Staff was very polite & co operative. Place was clean . Location was best for my purpose.

Only issue I found was the dish TV don't have channels paid channels so the channel stops after few mins of play

Clean and spacious rooms. Caretaker Avijit was amazing.

The staff is really good. Close proximity to good places to eat.

The bed in the standard room is difficult to sleep on, you can spot insects and lizards some times but the staff takes care of it.

I am staying in this hotel for the third time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting HSR layout or nearby location. The hotel is located in calm and peaceful neighbourhood and at the same time is well connected. The rooms are clean and hygienic and they come with all basic amenities. The staffs are very friendly and always greet you with a smiling face. Especially kudos to Mr. Avijit who showed an excellent hospitality and made sure everything needed for a comfortable stay. I look forward to stay at this hotel again.
