The view was the only good thing

The TV was broken, and there was no heating for 6 days. The sofa appeared weakened in the back rest, which was hazardous for an older, more vulnerable individual who may have mobility issues, and most of the chairs in the property were broken. As for the kitchen, every single thing in there looks like it was purchased at a charity shop with nothing matching or complete sets. Not to mention the mould starting to grow in the bathroom

Best location ever !Near to the shops and 20mins to central London. East Croydon train station is a minute away

The Lifts .. both lifts were not working and being on the 19th floor this was not easy

The property is right next to the train station so it was easy and perfect for the local commute. The view from 19 floors was good.

The main entrance to the property is a long walk and with a lot of luggage, it is painful to carry all the luggage, it is not an ideal place to stay. 1 out of 2 lifts was down for the whole 2 weeks of the stay and one day both the lifts were out and we had to walk 19 floors which is a bug pain. During the visit here, there was once a water shortage, and the Internet was out for almost 20 hours and hence couldn't work. The beds are soo old that it was difficult to sleep on them. I got back problems because of the spring mattress which is too old and on every move, they make a lot of noise which is very irritating. The utensils provided are too old and some are even damaged to use it. I booked an apartment with a kitchen so that we can cook however we end up ordering food due to this.

It was Spacious & Big, Nice and central with a nice balcony/view.

The property needs to update their pictures as most of the furniture etc which is shown is not what the apartment looks like. It was very unclean throughout the whole place like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Everything was dirty from bathrooms, floors, cooking equipment, oven, carpets, kettle, mouldy food in the freezer. Many things & furniture were broken within the apartment such as broken master bed, broken blinds in master bedroom, dishwasher, grey sofa in living room is broken also. I was really looking forward to staying here but was very disappointed with the state of the place and the owners lack of help/resolution/partial refund considering bad cleanliness and things being broken which shouldn’t be an issue when staying somewhere especially for the price. I was called cheeky for sending the pictures of the place to booking.com and complaining instead of being helped and my stay made to be better.
