Room was serviced and acceptable

no floor mat in bathroom so had to use towel which was slippery Breakfast was disappointing, advertised as complimentary breakfast but what's on offer doesn't meet what's advertised as per marketing pictures. For such a well known brand that does banqueting and catering the breakfast is below par - and also disappointing that dinner is not available on site

We liked leaving the hotel every day

Communication with staff was very difficult, and rules only applied to some guests. For two of our three days there they had weddings. This led to slamming doors until 2 am shouting in corridors and guests banging on hotel room doors shouting let me IN. Thus keeping us awake . Asked for scrambled egg instead of fried and was told NO in a very forcible manner. I am sorry but I laughed at him. Bed was very hard, We have slept on softer floors.

Hotel was nice inside .

The room was booked for 3 people. Double bed and a pull out bed . We only had enough bedding for the double bed and nothing for the pull out bed. Only 2cups . Should have been 3 cups . Had to get everything we needed ourselves. Not enough furniture for 3people , especially for the clothes. We put the " do not disturb" sign on the door . When returning to the room the sign Was on the floor inside the room . Therefore someone had been in the room ( the cleaner) . They could have cleaned it but didn't. Why then go in the room.

Die Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe. Riesige Flecken auf den Kopfkissen, Schimmel im Badezimmer, muffiger Geruch in den Nebenfluren und schmutziges Besteck. Der Lärm bis um halb 3 Nacht hat keinen erholsamen Schlaf zugelassen. Das Bett war total durchgelegen und das Zimmer extrem klein.
