I had a great time at Ivana Air b nb it was very close to the tram to get to the tube I suggest to anyone staying there is to get your groceries in Wimbledon at Tesco which is a short walk from the tube station there you have more choice there instead of walking into croyden. The appartment is very comfortable and clean and nice and warm I do suggest to study the hot water supply in the kitchen.

it is a nice house with two bedrooms. has a nice garden nice contact with the owner

no toilet paper, no kitchen towel it is far from London Centre, you need one hour, not for a family vacation

Location was good--outside of center of London--as we expected. Neighborhood was pretty quiet, especially overnight. Property was very close to the Tram, which was so convenient to get us to Wimbledon.

We really would have appreciated free WiFi. Other than that, no complaints! Also would have appreciated a coffee machine of some type.

Did not like the location, this property is not a holiday property had to get a taxi to and from the train station as we felt unsafe.

Only two hand towels when we arrived and there were four of w, no toilet paper, not a problem to buy it but when you’ve traveled for six hours you might need the loo when you get there. Back garden overgrown and only two seats, cigarette butts in the garden and a false eyelash stuck to the chair.

this is the perfect place for a nice get away, the house is very clean, very well laid out and comfortable to be in. with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and such comfortable beds. really pleased.

Flat is really cosy, all amenities available.

slight faff to use public transport into the city but iPhone said which trams etc to take, tapping on and off is easy!

- I like that the property was local to croydon where I work - I like that there was two bedrooms one for me and one for my kids with two single beds - I like that there is parking right outside the property - I like that the host offered to cut the garden grass so my kids can play in the garden (even though this did not get done)

- First of all in my honest opinion at a first glance the property looks abit clean but it is only when you “dig abit further” you notice many spiderwebs and dust and just in general an uncomfortable feel. - upon booking the property I looked through the reviews and I saw somebody said there was a strong sewer smell in the house. I sent a screen shot of the review to the host ask asked if this issue has been rectified, the host said to me that the person who left the review was a disgruntled person who wanted to cancel her booking as the last minute so she purposely left a bad review, the host said when she checked the property there was no smell, so I decided to give the host the benefit of the doubt and go ahead and book - once I entered the property and in the toilet THERE IS A STRONG SEWER SMELL. Luckily for me I had incense / sage burners so it was able to overpower the strong smell coming from the bathroom - garden was not maintained and there was old beds piled up in the garden - WE SAW RATS IN THE GARDEN (see pictures) - there are many open holes within the property leading to outside which made it uncomfortable because the rats could easily get into the property (see pictures) and I had two young children with me who were scared once they saw the rats. - I booked this property for 14 days but after I saw the rats We immediately left on the 12th day we could not stay in such place I rather paid an additional £400+ to stay in another property which does not have any rats. We left on the Saturday (even though checkout was for Monday) I notified the host and they refunded my £150 security deposit in full - also the internet WIFI is VERY VERY SLOW and in some parts of the property you do not get good phone signal - my advice to the host is sort out the sewer smell in the property, give the property a proper clean, keep the garden maintained , block all the holes in the property and get pest control for the rats.
