Thank you Kim and Jay for the privilege of having the chance to stay during the month of March, 2019 at your beautiful Club Bahia condo in St Pete's Beach. The condo itself is very well cared for and decorated meticulously with a great deal of tasteful thought, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, while being extremely well appointed and equipped with everything that you could possibly desire. The new kitchen is wonderfully arranged and you will find everything that you need there to create your meals. Kim and Jay are excellent hosts who deal with things in both a professional and courteous manner and are always willing to answer and assist with any questions you might have during the entire process. Isla Del Sol is a lovely community of like minded people and very well maintained and the setting of this condo sits along the bay and provides you with constant sources of entertainment with passing boats and wildlife for those times when relaxing for the day suits. When you want to explore the area or other cities in the vicinity they are all very easy to access as this is a premier location. Guests seem to follow a pay it forward principle and when something runs out it is replaced so there are never any concerns about having what you might need. Overall they provide a lovely home for others to enjoy while escaping from winters elsewhere and personally I feel a responsibility to care for their place as if it were my own. Overall it would be very hard to find anything nicer to come upon and I would highly recommend it! It would be a privilege to share more time here so I am looking forward to returning in the coming years as often as possible. If there was a score exceeding five out of five this would be deserving of that! Russ

The property is clean and comfortable with all the facilities we required. Cane completely as advertised. The view from the balcony is amazing and we saw dolphins every day. We also saw a Manatee We would recommend this property to anyone and we hope we will be able to return again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Isla condo as we knew we would having stayed in Kim and Jay’s other property at Isla. It was a pleasure and we hope to return soon.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo the during the July 4th holidays. The furnishings are first class, the views are wonderful (we saw many dolphins from your balcony), and the location is so convenient to the beaches and restaurants. We look forward to renting from you again!

We spent 1 week at this condo. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The kitchen is fabulous. Loved being by the water and enjoyed seeing the boats and wildlife as they made their way up and down the waterway. A very tranquil setting. We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. The owners were such a joy to work with. My husband and I highly recommend this condo and hope to make it back to the area soon!

This is my second time visiting this vacation unit and I didn't think it could get any better...but it did! The new kitchen is beautifully designed and so well equipped for all of my cooking needs (they even stock Oxo kitchen tools which happen to be my favourite). If you love to cook, even on vacation, this place is perfect. The best part of this unit is the balcony which is a mere 15 feet from the water. I enjoyed doing work out there for the frequent wildlife intermissions but it was also great to just have a glass of wine or a cocktail and relax. During our time on the balcony we saw manatee, bonnethead sharks and even a nurse shark! The local dolphin pods and birds paid us regular visits as well. It was a quintessential Floridian experience. Overall, this condo is perfect for relaxing in a home away from your own (and one that is much cleaner than mine). We will be back, hopefully very soon.

We spent 2 glorious weeks at this condo. The inside is decorated so nice and is clean as a whistle. The new kitchen is absolutely fabulous and has everything one could possibly need. The linens are luxurious and the towels/beach towels are high quality. The condo even had a cooler & beach chairs. The view is the real star.....we would just sit out there all evening to watch the sun set and watch the full moon....during the morning you can watch dolphins, wildlife and beautiful boats heading out to the Gulf. Kim & Jay were most accommodating and we look so forward to returning next year.

We have just completed another wonderful month in this fabulous unit, at Bahia del Mar. Thank you again, Kim and Jay, for all the amenities that are offered there, and such a beautiful new kitchen !! This was our 4th month there, and we are already looking forward to our stay next year !! Everything was perfect, and we had the best time ever, with so much to do in the area! Thanks again! We have stayed at the condo for a month at a time for the past 3 years and will be returning next year. The condo is updated with brand new gorgeous kitchen, extremely nice master bathroom, and very comfortable beds with nice furnishings. The area is great for walking with beaches close by and the Bay right off the balcony. Love sitting on the balcony watching the boats and dolphins. Jay and Kim are quick to respond and we would highly recommend this condo. Very relaxing with everything you could possibly need for a memorable vacation.

We spent one glorious month at this condo enjoying the spectacular scenery right off our patio! The condo is very comfortable with updated and remodeled rooms throughout. The owners provided high quality appliances, fixtures, furniture linens and mattresses adding to our comfort. We were delighted to have a daily newspaper delivered to our door. We are bikers and enjoyed the opportunity to ride from the condo all the way to Clearwater on a dedicated biking trail. We would definitely return to this property and hope to do so soon. We would recommend this condo to anyone wishing to experience a little piece of paradise!

This was our fourth year staying at this condo in Isla del Sol. Isla del Sol is a great place to vacation in the St. Pete Beach area but staying at this condo most definitely added to our trip. This year, the brand new kitchen was certainly a highlight of the already beautiful condo. The ocean/beach decor that Kim and Jay has chosen also compliments the condo quite well. Views from the patio are spectacular. Owners Kim and Jay are very easy people to deal with and will respond to any concerns or questions you may have in a timely and efficient manner. Two great people that we finally got to meet in person on this trip. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing to visit this area of Florida.
