I’m totally impressed; EVERYTHING was on point; initially we had a small problem with the stove in one of the kitchen’s but that was taken care of immediately. We can’t wait til next year

Renting this property was very easy. It was the perfect size for our group. The beach was very close and host was very responsive to all our questions and needs.

Our stay was amazing. The location and lay out of the house is exquisite. However, there was damage to some of the drawers and one of the panels on the jacuzzi was missing exposing the inner machinery. The sheets also had visible brown dirt on them and sand. The bath tubs had black hair in them and a dirt film, and towels were wet and left on the floor when we arrived. Would be 5/5 stars if the cleaning service was better 687 dollars for a servicing fee should include clean sheets, towels, and bathrooms.

We had a group of 10 that had plenty of room to reconnect. House is well equipped with kitchen necessities and big TVs.

Location is great. Short walk with access to private beach made staying on the beach all day very enjoyable. Having two houses made for a great time for a large group. The pool was great. Had one issue with the pool but it was addressed quickly. Kitchens were nice but more pots, pans and baking dishes are needed along with better lighting over the stove and counters. Glass ware was also needed. Would definitely come back again.

Nina was an amazing host. Property was clean and well taken care of. Nina had great communication making the stay easy.

This was a great spot for our group! We had some minor issues with not being able to connect to the WiFi the entire time but all in all it was a great trip and this location was perfect for our group’s needs.

This was perfect for our team of 8th grade girls. They all slept in the bunk room and the coaches and parents stayed in the other rooms. Super spacious. The property manager handled our minor issues immediately on day 1 and we had an enjoyable stay!

Fair at best. Pool was green when we arrived. Game room first. Ac not working in master bedroom. Remotes on TVs without batteries. Half TVs didn’t work place was fair at best. But I will say the issues we had they fixed in reasonable time. We definitely left place cleaner than when we arrived. I do expect I get my $500 deposit back

The property is HUGE and sleeps a ton of people. We had 6 adults and 6 kids plus a newborn. The house was too big for our group. It is in a great location. The house was not cleaned well (qtips in a bathroom drawer, lots of broken glass in the driveway, some sort of liquid in the bottom of the fridge), and bedding linens were inadequate. Also, there were a lot of light bulbs out. Bottom line, you're paying for space, but for what I paid I would have expected much higher quality. On a plus side, Nina did send maintenance to take care of the light bulbs, but they did not resolve the other issues. Oh, and the internet was not working in one of the houses. I would not stay here again unless I was a college kid looking to cram a ton of people into a huge space, which is what this house is primarily used for according to the neighbors.

The property was perfect for a big family gathering. Great accommodations. Having two kitchens made it easy to prepare meals. Baths with all bedrooms was awesome as well. Where the visit went south was the lack of cleaning and the conditions of the property. There were broken cabinets, broken toilet and spoiled food left in frig. It was evident that some bathrooms had not been cleaned and there were sheets and towels left in washer and dryers. That told me that the cleaning crew did not do their job. The property manager did the right thing for us. It’s was disappointing to have to contend with that while trying to enjoy a vaca with the family.

So nice to not ever have a crowded beautiful beach. We loved how big the house was for our large group with big rooms, big bathrooms and lots of beds. Nice to have lots of places to gather from the 2 decks, 2 kitchen/dinning areas, game room/garage and pool. The kitchen is "stocked" but not well when cooking for a large group (pots/pan/dishes were small and not many). Also the kitchens are on the top (3rd) floor, this was not a problem for us but would not be good for elderly and handicap. The floors are all concrete which is great due to high traffic and sand from the beach but did not seem to be cleaned when we arrived, swept but not moped. And having small children in our group made it hard to put them down anywhere. Other than the floors the house was clean but when we arrived there were multiple things broken.Communication was great up until a month out. We even needed to change our dates due to COVID-19 and were very pleased they were able to help us change dates. But as the time got closer to pay communication was not good and even cancelled on us at one point and said they would not refund us our money. Most times we would receive a quick response but were not getting our questions answered. Long story short due to the pandemic we are 2 weeks past our time in Florida and we are still waiting on our refund due COVID-19 and them not sending our refund right away.We understand COVID-19 must have made things very difficult for them but we are most disappointed with the failure to communicate clearly and fairly.

The house exceeded our expectations. Loved the location, neighborhood and view from the decks! Nina was so accomodating.

We drove one vehicle and parked it each day at the gorgeous private beach to unload our canopy, chairs, coolers, etc. We were able to cook some excellent meals in the kitchen, and restaurants and entertainment were nearby as well. Our air was not working well on arrival but the owners corrected it quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group. We fit 20 people very comfortably. True to the advertisement, the two houses together sleep 30 . Plenty of parking and its a short walk to the beach. The private beach is so nice. The pool and game room were a hit with our kids

Our family rent both sides of this house for our summer family trip and we all loved the house. The Private beach access made the week very enjoyable as well. We would recommend this house to any large group needing high end quality and perfect space for a large group.

The house was great and the owners/managers were great to work with. Even the maintenance guy Edd was awesome. You can see the Gulf from the incredible balcony/deck areas. Tons of space for people. Very accommodating of different group sizes. Got to talk with some of the neighbors - if you are respectful of them, they are great. Pool was a lot of fun. Would highly recommend this house to anyone with a larger group. Close to a lot of stuff that is around but with your own private beach.

We were very impressed; plenty of room for 20+ people to sleep and relax comfortably. Perfectly located, close to the beach, shopping, and dining. The rental staff was very accommodating for our party's requests. We will definitely consider this location for our future vacations!

This property was awesome for our three families and it had lots and lots of room between the two houses . The beach was very close and it's private and the kids absolutely loved it . There was brand-new patio furniture and gas grills so we could cook out on the decks which was awesome . We would definitely book this property again .

we had a fantastic time at this property! The private beach access at Bid A Wee was awesome, it wasnt crowded at all and we had the whole beach to ourselves!!! The houses have plenty of rooms for all children and adults! The kids loved the bunk bed room, and the 6 master suites with private bathrooms were amazing!!! The driveway provided ample parking for our 7 cars, pier park is not very far and the beach is pretty much right at the front door.The view is great from the roof top terraces!!! We will book again for next year!!! The Baker Family

We loved the modern Houses , they are very spacious and we had a great time on the beach and shopping around Town . PierPark is only minutes away and so is Frank Brown Park . Loved the Decks on the property and the concrete floors kept the houses cool. Great Location
