The beach is a short walk from the house. Having all the bathrooms and showers available was much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay!

The house itself was plenty big for our group of 12. We enjoyed the beautiful views, but being older ourselves, didn’t care much for steep hill combined with stairs for closest beach access. The beach itself was beautiful! All our family really enjoyed the stay, although we thought it was due for a deep cleaning including windows. We realize rentals do mostly surface clean for quick turnovers, but time has caught up with this property.

Great location, wonderful home and had a great time together as a family. The only concern was that the bunk bed downstairs, the railing was broken and was a safety concern. Hopefully it gets fixed in a timely manner because if you are counting on the bed for a child you would need that repaired. We used it for a 19 year old.

House was clean with a big family area and an upper deck with great view. Access to the beach was a few blocks because the city maintained r team were fixing the closest access’s staircase down to the beach. A new handrail on that access went halfway down the staircase when it reopened (half way thru our visit)- the last stairs I think need a handrail also- CITY ISSUE - not the house- we had to call once for permission for an earlier entrance (1 hour early)- phone call was answered quickly and a very upbeat person said YES to an hour early check in. Ping png table in lowers level and the TV there were used extensively by teenager and young adults. Spacious kitchen and large dining table were great for our large family. All appliances worked great and when we called about a cracked shelf in refrigerator door, we were advised that newer appliances were being delivered in a couple of weeks and we were told to duct tape the crack and use the shelf! A few extra kitchen towels and a sponge for sink would have helped (we bought sponge and left it) Overall- this is our 6th year in total (two off for Covid years) and this house is in our top two! We definitely would not hesitate to go here again

We had a wonderful time, except the barbecued did not work, propane was empty in both bottles, very disappointed we had to cook our expensive steaks in the oven.?

House is very large and very clean, but it is very LOUD! The layout of the house isn’t ideal with the kitchen on the top floor. It sounded like elephants were upstairs when trying to sleep in the main floor.

2nd time staying here & we'll be making reservations again. Great open layout, of kitchen/ dining/ family rm & a 2nd family room in the basement w a pingpong table. Clean, well built house w a great view & a short walk to the beach. The hot tub is a great bonus!!

We had no surprises when we checked into the residence. The home was clean and well stocked with nothing missing. When we contacted Barb, the manager, she was polite and answered the two questions we had. We definitely would stay again and would also recommend this home for the group size of 13 that we had and were very comfortable..

This property has amazing views, room for lots of family and has nice upgrades. With the wide open space of the main living we were able to easily play games and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped and on top of each. Definitely something we would book again!

This home could not have met out needs better for a family Christmas. We came from 3 different directions to meet for the holidays and it exceeded every expectation. The Christmas tree went up, the fireplace turned on and we were ready to enjoy! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped - it even had a rice cooker, electric griddles for breakfast pancakes and more. The views were incredible in spite of being 2 blocks off the beach. It’s an easy walk. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but with good proximity to grocery stores and town. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and roomy. Our grandchildren enjoyed the lower level bunk room with the ping pong table. And the hot tub was perfect to enjoy on our stormy December days. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful and a great size for all 16 of us. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the ping pong table provided hours of entertainment.

The views were incredible, This house fit our needs perfectly with 3 floors, lots of bathrooms a pool table, hot tub and a deck for enjoying the view. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. With the set up and furniture layout, you are able to break up your group with one group on the main floor and another group in the basement. There are stairs to get to all the levels and the main living is on the top floor, so there is a lot of stair climbing. There is a little walk to get to the beach. Our group is ready to book for next year.

The house was absolutely perfect for our coastal getaway. We had 10 people (3 families) together in the house. It was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The beach access was wonderful, so I could start each morning with a Beach walk. There was tons of space and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Lincoln City is an adorable town with close amenities (groceries, restaurants, activities, etc). The kitchen was large and well stocked and perfect for our thanksgiving feast! I would recommend this place over and over again!

This house is gorgeous, with all the amenities one could wish for. Lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, a huge game room downstairs. The family area is very functional with great kitchen work surfaces. The view is one of the best we've ever had and the space was plenty big for our group of five. If there is a downside to this house, it's that there are a lot of stairs. For us older folks that is a problem. Other than that I highly recommend the home for a great beach escape. Barb, the property manager, was easy to work with and responsive to our phone calls when the power went out in our local area..

We had an amazing time. The home was one of the cleanest I've ever rented. We managed to pull off a Thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of dishes, utensils, and space. Plenty of towels. Easy beach access. Beautiful views. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Well stocked and as described. Would definitely stay again. Our only complaints were the toaster didn't work so we used the oven. We also found a broken chair. The chemicals in hot tub were super strong. We also had a full outside garbage when we arrived. None of these things would keep us from revisiting in the future

This house is great for larger groups! Our family had a wonderful time. Gorgeous view, quick walk to beautiful stretch of beach.

I booked this home for a close friend/family gathering, and it was wonderful! Comfortable beds, quiet and private bedrooms, clean and open living space with a HUGE kitchen, and beautiful views. Everyone had an amazing time! Barbara was responsive, professional, and very helpful. We had an issue where previous guests had changed hot tub settings, so it was not usable during our stay. She jumped right on figuring out a fix and offered compensation for the lost amenity, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here, again!

Thank you for letting us stay at your house. It was beautiful and amazing and the view was superb. Would definitely be renting this place again if possible.

This was the perfect space for our girl’s weekend getaway.

We loved the house and the layout. The main living area was very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The only thing we had an issue with was the lack of linens. There are extra futons to sleep on, but no sheets for them. Also, one bed was missing pillow cases. The manager was very responsive and brought those to the house the day I called. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the location is excellent!

The house was perfect to accomodate three families with children between 3 and 7 years (could work with four families too). The adults all had comfortable bedrooms and enough bathrooms for everyone. The beach was within 2 blocks and the views from the deck were awesome. This was one of the few homes in the area that had views of the ocean without being by the beach. Everyone said they would definitely go back.

Close to beach and very family friendly house. Need better ping pong balls, but plenty of room for all. We had everything we needed.

This home was perfect for our large group. It has enough space to gather everyone and do meals together as well as spread out. The lower level with ping pong table and hot tub was perfect for the teens and the close access to the beach was super convenient. We loved our stay!

We were a family of 13 that stayed here several nights over spring break. It accommodated our family very well, and we would like to stay here in the future! This was the best stocked Vrbo home kitchen we have ever stayed at!

Whole family was very impressed and the property manager was very easy to deal with! 1000% recommend. We will be booking again in the future for sure.

After being careful of wearing kn95’s a week leading up and PCR testing a day before our get together, a group of friends (4 different families) met for our yearly surf weekend! The house was great for us all- I liked the basement floor to send the lil ones (and one adult) to play and be loud. Pro-tip: if you have a baby in your group, don’t pick the room under the dinning room table (I have not been in a house that can insulate the noise of toddlers jumping- so no fault to the house). Other than that-the house was perfect! Clean, roomy, with a hot tub, & second fridge! Bonus- 2 mile moderate hike to ‘God’s Thumb’ out the front door!

This house worked for our group very well. The common area was large enough for everyone to be together comfortably. The kitchen worked well.
