Clean quiet place with a lake view and s pontoon! Robert and DiAnn were very accommodating.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 trying to get away from the snow in Canada! It’s location was perfect, and provided us with easy access for all of the activities we had planned for the week, with the pontoon boat being a nice perk so we could tour around the community. DiAnn & Robert were fantastic hosts and we’ll definitely plan to stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area!

Perfect spot for a relaxing stay!

Close to the airport and most major highways. Robert was great with check-in and all communications. The villa is cute and was well stocked, and very clean. The next time I'm in Tempe, I'll look to book this one again.

The property was clean and well-appointed and the deck and lake were big bonuses. Close to everything important to us. The hosts were friendly, accommodating and caring. We will refer and return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the lake. We spent a month and it was so peaceful and lovely. The kitchen was a dream.- Everything you could possibly need. A lot of thought went into outfitting this kitchen…honestly, the best ever! The house was sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable . All the linens were provided. The washer and dryer -very convenient. Outdoor space was lovely. Fabulous grill and refrigerator. Outdoor lighting and Seating for 6 . To our surprise the umbrella had lights which made game playing fun after dark. The flower pots were brimming with beautiful color as well as the bougainvilleas. The fire pit was perfect for cocktails during sunset…..as well as a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Birds chirping and ducks quacking. The pontoon was such a nice touch. Very relaxing. Oh I loved the pool. Just a block away. Water was kinda warm and it was a great space for water walking., swimming laps or just reading a book. The neighborhood was safe and well taken care of. Grocery store, drug store and anything else you might need was close by. The location was great..easy access to anywhere… Our hosts were simply amazing.. They kept in touch and answered any questions promptly. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for sharing your little piece of Heaven. We loved every minute! We will be back…..

We rented for two months and found this location perfect. It is located on a lake and we had use of the pontoon. Very easy access for travel, eating, shopping and entertainment. It was great!

Our stay was wonderful. The property was really great. The lake and boat added something special to this AZ property. Great owners who stayed in contact with us for anything we needed. Central location to most of Phoenix activities. Will certainly stay here again!

wonderful experience

My husband and I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was, by far, the best! Sparkling clean, comfortable bed, fantastic kitchen, and it was stocked with anything you might need. It’s a fun, quirky place with all kinds of interesting things to look at. The setting is lovely, right on the water with a great patio for sunbathing, enjoying a meal or having a cocktail. And the best part - our hosts! DiAnn and Robert are awesome. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, DiAnn and Robert!

Beautiful home with a great location on the lake

Really enjoyed our stay...unique Lake front property 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Close to everything. The owners were very kind and hospitable. Use of the boat was fun. Highly recommend this property.

Homeowners had excellent communication and take a lot of pride in their wonderful home. Everything was clearly explained ahead of time. The amenities such as the lake and the boat were very fun.

Highly recommend this beautiful home! My sister & I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute! DiAnn & Robert are wonderful (even helped us with travel tips beforehand & when I left something behind, they promptly mailed it back to me). The home is kept immaculate & has the BEST kitchen plus outdoor bbq. We both love to cook but are busy professionals; a gourmet kitchen was just what we needed. Then there's the pontoon boat & 2 bikes, plus access to the community pool. What a fun bonus! I could go on & on but will summarize to say that there is only positive feedback about our stay here! :-) Thank you & will be planning a return trip this year!

Such a lovely, peaceful waterfront home! Beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips to enjoy your stay in Tempe (outdoor patios, private dock with a pontoon boat, BBQ, clubhouse with pool/jacuzzi, garden, wonderful kitchen with top notch appliances, and the hummingbirds!) Our hosts (Robert and DiAnn) were friendly, gracious and welcoming, and could not have been more attentive to our needs. Their home is delightful!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and all the appliances were top notch, as well as the cooking utensils. The linens were in excellent shape. We especially enjoyed riding around on the pontoon. I can't wait to plan a girls weekend at this condo.

Such a gem! The lake, grilling area, fire pit, pontoon, comfortable beds, great location, very friendly owners! The kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at the property! Already recommended to three different friends! Would definitely go back!

My husband, our two adult daughters and I had a delightful time at this VIRBO home. The amenities were wonderful, including a Nespresso machine, TVs in every room, fireplace, professional grill and lots of kitchen accessories (an aspect that as a professional chef was very important to me). This home is a lakefront property, and another wonderful amenity was the availability of the pontoon boat at the home’s private dock whenever we wanted to use it. Lastly, the hosts (Robert and DiAnn) were simply amazing. They were incredibly responsive and ensured the property was everything we hoped it would be! We would absolutely rebook if the opportunity arises—our stay was well worth the five-hour trip from Las Vegas.

It was great to sit on the deck and enjoy the water views and to sit around the fire pit at night.

Loved our relaxing home. Everything provided! Natural products were provided for hair, bath, clothes, dishes, etc. Enjoyed gas fireplace and propane fire pit on the water. Loved use of electric pontoon. So peaceful! Ambiance was so enjoyable. Loved use of pool and gym. I could go on and on, but you must see this yourself to really appreciate it. Robert and DiAnn were the perfect landlords. Very personable. Definitely would rent again.

I needed a place near Scottsdale to recovery from a surgery that I traveled for. We could not have found a better place. The home had everything we could ever need, was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. As soon as I was able, we took frequent rides around the lake which was so far beyond what we would have been able to experience at any other rental. We loved the decor and I have already earmarked a few things that we were able to find online to copy for some decor for our own home! :) All instructions for everything were clearly marked. There truly was nothing missing that we might need. Thank you to our friendly helpful hosts! We hope to return someday!!

We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful lake view and then afternoons on the lake front patio & Pontoon boat. The house has everything you need and then some. High-end appliances. Quality towels, bedding and plush robes. Charming with colorful art and collectibles throughout the house. We will return.

Robert and Di win award for most gracious hosts! Even with a delayed flight and late night arrival, they greeted us onsite with a warm fire and handshakes. The property is absolutely adorable and the water views made us forget we were in the desert. We took the PONTOON out for a Sunday afternoon cruise and made such fun memories with local family. What a fantastic experience.

This was the longest I've stayed at a rented property. Robert & DiAnn were charming and accommodating. Their home is well stocked with everything you would need. The decor is playful and unique. The use of the pontoon boat was such a treat! We used it nearly every day to cruise around the lake. We loved the location! Private and quiet yet close to main roads, close to the highways, close to the canal for walking/biking, and close to every store and service you could need. It was just my husband & I at the two bedroom, two queen bed house. Because we had a lot of luggage (golf clubs) and we like to "spread out", I'm glad it was just the two of us for that length of time.. The Waterfront Villa is a charming retreat. Robert & DiAnn are wonderful hosts.
