rooms not cleaned, bugs and spiders found, had to get own cleaning supplies, tried to get fresh towels , washcloths but none. noone answering door or phone

Literally nothing.
Absolutely everything. The room was the absolute most disgusting room I have ever stayed in, there was hair from who knows how many other people all over the bedding, everything was dirty from the floor to the sink and towels.

No one was in the office to check in for 45 minutes. The rooms were disgusting and they had roaches

They had booked me for two beds and when I arrived, they only had 1 bed available. Terrible service. Why would they book us if they can’t honor our original room. Will never stay there again. Rude staff to top it off.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms could be cleaned better. The television did not work and we were not allowed to change rooms to have a working television because we didn’t discover it right away. I felt that was unfair and deceptive. The room should have the working amenities that you are sold.

liked that it was dog friendly and had a grass area for dogs.. but there was a van with dogs locked up in cages in the parking lot late at night so that was traumatizing to see.
shower head was broken, maintenance couldn’t find a piece to fix it, at one point there was no toilet paper and I didn’t have a car to go to the store to get any

The room was located on the bottom level in a well lit area. The large bathroom was nice, especially after the stay began. It was a comfort to be able to fix my own breakfast. It save me money and time, and was probably a little better for me.
You should have let me stop there. The rest of the story is a horror flick. It began with myself and two other guests having to wait for over an hour to check-in because the grave yard desk clerk was shocked up with one of the other guests. Maybe she was making up for the poor service he got? The clerk offer no discount or comps for the inconvenience, but did explain that if I wasn't happy with thing I was welcome to take my ass elsewhere. Her words not mine. The inside coffee the room was ok, the kitchen needed to be cleaned better and because of the stains on the bedding it was hard to tell if it had been washed.

I did not like anything first they gave me a room that had blood or something orange and red all over the walls. The floors were dirty and pills on the ground. I have dogs and if they got sick I would sue. the towels where dirty so I cleaned the floor my self. the TV didn’t work and then they moved me to another room and there’s tweakers yelling. I got my money back and they did not refund me hardly anything for one night. they will steal your money. do t go there.
