The beds were very comfortable.

The reception who checked us In and checked us out was so rude. Each time we had any interaction with her she was so awful. The ac in our room hardly worked. My shower was clogged and over flowed. There was hair on our lamp shade. We were told breakfast ran til 10 but it ended at 9. Over all not a good stay. The service definitely needs improvements.

Paying $10 a day for parking in a lot that was huge and 90% empty was ridiculous Housekeeping was only available by request and still didn’t arrive

I didn't know I had to pay for parking. 10.00 a night which is crazy. I wasn't even informed about this until check or time and I wasn't told but my daughter. I've never heard of a hotel charging for parking ever.The cleaning service knocked on the door at 9:20am the door was locked because we were getting dressed she tried opening the door even after saying to wait a minute since we all weren't dressed fully. Once I opened it and said we have till 11am to check out she laughed and said she'll be back at 11am as if she didn't try coming into the room without permission.

There seemed to be a lack of cleaning staff. There were piles of trash throughout the corridors. My room never got made and I noticed several rooms near me, who’s windows were left open, also had messy rooms.

I travel frequently and usually try to stay at in Embassy Suites. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel in Tempe. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had great selections and the omelettes were awesome. I have eaten dinner several times in the bar/restaurant. It is a limited menu, but is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Perhaps a more varied snack bar, some premade sandwiches, or little hummus snacks.

The washroom had broken equipment's. This should have been taken care before checkin.

The staff was helpful and great The pool was clean and I enjoyed it daily as well as the daily breakfast

The bathroom door was broken the toilet had dirt around the toilet. The shower needs upgrades because the shower head had little pressure and very rusty.

Property was okay The first room was hot and in Phoenix this time of the year that is unacceptable! I did get another room and it was better!

The property was poorly maintained. Filthy walkways & stairwells. Large, empty flower/shrub pots everywhere. The happy hour buffet was not replenished or tended.

Room had an unpleasant odor and was dark. No outdoor area to escape smell and darkness. Ground floor with very noisy upstairs neighbors.
