Our stay was absolutely everything we hoped for and more. You can genuinely tell the love and effort that goes into this property. Such beautiful views, everything is very well kept up, very clean, and the host, Kris, was incredibly kind as well. All of the guests were very impressed with the home - I got kudos all week for booking it! Best property I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Absolutely recommend it and hope to be back soon!

We loved every minute of our stay. The property was immaculate, well stocked, and comfortable for our three generations. No view could possibly be better. We felt like we had a private beach with breathtaking scenery at both ends. Host was so helpful- we tried to do everything recommended, but ran out of days, as we were making our way to Bandon Dunes. Coming all the way from Cincinnati as first time visitors, our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Out of thousands of options along the Oregon Coast, we all felt like it was literally the perfect choice!

The view, house and grounds could not have been better! Our group was multi-generational, spanning ages from 17-80 (parents, grandparents and grandchildren). The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was very well set-up (Keurig, great cookware and appliances, nice supply of dishes, glasses and silverware). Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to find an item I was searching for, I would open another cabinet and find it! We cooked every meal at the house, because we knew we would not find a restaurant with a better view! The bathrooms are set up nicely...love the heated floors and mirrors! We appreciated the prompt response/communication from Kris. We enjoyed walking north to Hug Point and south to Arch Cape Creek. Such a great place!

Wonderful and well appointed, the Loft of Riley was spacious, clean, and comfortable. You are right on the beach with giant picture windows looking directly onto the beach and ocean. We loved watching the moody Oregon weather and getting out to the beach to play fetch! Thank you for a spectacular ocean getaway! Hope to return!

Beautifully designed and maintained modern home with sleek design and open concept main living area. Perfect for grandma and grandpa, daughter and her family. Adjoining guest cottage was a dream. Great location, terrific view onto the ocean.

Perfect house for an extended weekend with friends and family. Very nice touches like supplied coffee service and toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with intentional supplies and dishes (not stuff discarded from the owners 1st home).

The house was perfect for a fantastic long weekend with my children, their spouses and my adorable grand babies. We made the most of the well-equipped kitchen and roaring fires, which set the stage for lots of laughs and love.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and such a beautiful place. Kris is so great and no way you can find a better place to stay then at this oceanfront beauty. I’m sure we will be back a third time!

This house is just perfect for our family. Late sleepers in the studio. Early risers in the house. Views and access to the beach cannot be beat. Helps when it’s in the high 50s and dry. A very relaxing pre-holiday trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is our 7th stay here. There’s nothing comparable to this house. Kris has thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. It’s become tradition to spend my birthday weekend here every year. Can’t say enough about this home. It’s just amazing here.

This was a stunning property for a quick weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. We lucked out with weather and got to enjoy the deck for a few great sunsets. The house was well furnished and had a great kitchen with everything we needed for dinners at home. We hope to return!

Loft of Riley was as we expected - stellar location, privacy, and well-appointed, comfortable house. The view can’t be beat, and private path to the beach is a plus. It was nice to be away from the crowds in Cannon Beach, but have the amenities there easily accessible. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. The heated bathroom floors felt great on the cool days we were there, and we also appreciated the nice quality bedding and towels. We didn’t want to leave such a serene spot! And to top it off, Kris was great to work with. A+++!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft of Riley. The owner was very responsive to questions, the view was spectacular and the overall quality of the beds and bathrooms were appreciated. We loved being able to bring our dog with us to a house that felt like home.

This was our third stay at the Loft of Riley. The house is beautiful, the view is unbeatable, and the owners are amazing! The house has everything you would expect from such a gorgeous home, including heated floors in the bathrooms, plush towels, and comfortable bedding (and plenty of extra pillows and blankets). We can't wait for our next stay!

So impressive. We had such a fantastic stay. Six adults. Four children three and under. The property might be more easily suited to children a bit older but we made it work and work well. The only thing that might help would be if the light in the loft could also be controlled in the loft rather than at the bottom of the spiral staircase. A screen or door up there might also be helpful. Light from below seemed to be distracting. But these might be unique to us. One of the sleepers up there is an ICU doc so she has extreme blackout curtains in her house in Charleston. Our houses are craftsman, transitional and more mid century style. Your glorious contemporary home with its generous living area, great dining space and glorious views was so special for us. We all love to cook and found so much to enjoy in the kitchen. Beach access was terrific. And I have been informed of late so the ramp was very appreciated. Linens and sundries were all lovely. I appreciate the detail. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Hope to do it again. I know my daughter already gave you a quick reply. Hope you won’t mind a second.

The views from this home were spectacular! So cozy to just watch the waves and peaceful! Very comfortable beds and the guest home was awesome! It is a hidden gem, we loved our stay!

There are no words to describe how breathtakingly beautiful this house (and the views) are. My family of four (plus our dog), my parents and my in-laws stayed for 5 days of pure awesomeness. Wonderful wrap around deck to enjoy the sunsets over the ocean or sit inside and play one of the numerous board games provided and enjoy the sunset from the huge floor to ceiling windows. Path to the beach is right through the backyard making morning strolls or sunset walks with your 4-legged friend a breeze. Best part is the ease of check in with the instructions provided by the owner and quick responses to any questions. You can tell the owners take pride in their property and have a strong desire to make sure everyone that visits has a wonderful time. We stayed the second week of March and plan to visit this exact property again sometime next summer. If you’ve come across this property in your search stop looking, you’ve found the place!!

If you want to have a special beach getaway go in the winter…you could have a bit of every season in one day! It’s as breathtaking as any of the warmer months, if not more so, with winter skies above. Peaceful for sure.

Amazing! Even though the weather was bad, we had the perfect time with our family. The home has everything you need for your stay. We were able to walk on the beach each day in the rain and enjoyed every minute!

Everything was perfect!

It was so pleasant to escape the inland 100F temperatures and arrive back at the Loft of Riley in Arch Cape. It was in the upper 60's all week, a relief for all. This was our second stay here and, like our visit last year, the place was perfect. We did more cooking at the house this year, and the well-equipped kitchen served us well. The house's internet is fast, supporting all the streaming channels we enjoy at home. Most importantly, there's the beach. It's right there. You can't miss it.
