Clean, very accommodating and the entire staff was on their game. Very well trained or they are just very professional people that take great pride in their work.

Location

The location is good for traveling through - right off the interstate and centrally located near a few wineries. The property is clean and the rooms are modern, roomy and comfortable. The beds were perfect and the A/C worked well. Very close to a great winery, Airfield, which we loved and bought several bottles. We would have liked to try more wineries, but arrived to town near 5pm. Next time we travel through Prosser, we will plan an afternoon.

The shower head doesn't work very well, the pressure is very light. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. We arrived at 8:15 and breakfast was served until 9am. They were out of everything and somewhat reluctant to make more bacon, eggs, biscuits, etc. But, the staff was very helpful and did make more for us. I don't understand why they would run completely out of everything and expect no one else would show up for breakfast well before closing.

Great property, only a slight issue of getting to the property thru the next door gas station everything else was spot on.

Excellent location for our two day trip between home and Seattle, near the Airfield Winery which we love.

A bit sad that the fee for our dog was so high, but understandable.

When checking in, they went all out to get us into our room faster. Very enjoyable stay

One afternoon, I told the front desk that my brother slipped in the tub. She didn't act concerned or ask if my brother was ok.
