I am only giving 4 stars because there was only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, would have been nice to have a dishwasher tab for each day and it took much longer than expected to get anywhere because of traffic. Otherwise it was wonderful. There were 12 of us. Every couple had their own bathroom a definite plus! The pool area was fabulous, kids and adults had a wonderful time. Also there were plenty of towels!

Our 3 grand daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Each family had there own space for sleeping and bathroom. Washer and dryer helped to keep up with laundry everyone went home with clean clothes.

The main negative about the property was the extensive mold in two of the showers, and the pool table (which was one of the reasons we rented the house) was unusable due to the deteriorated bumpers and holes in the felt covering. I contacted the owner via text and she said she would have the property manager contact me, which never happened. Some of the other annoying aspects of the property were the heavy wear and tear on the house, which did not show in the pictures (the pics must have been from years ago or enhanced). The property also did not have small essentials like salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. I would not recommend this property.

Listing was labeled Downtown Orlando. The property wasn't in the same county as Orlando. I assumed the map pinpoint was accurate. During heavy traffic the property was over an hour from downtown Orlando. Once I realized the mistake it was too late to find another suitable property. The property itself was just OK. All the furniture was beat up, the shower drain required plunging.

Really nice property…it was clean and well kept, and the whole family loved it there.

This property was perfect for our family gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone, and was very comfortable. The game room and patio were great places to hang out. Everyone was impressed with the property.

Overall this property was perfect for our trip to Disney and universal. We traveled as a family of 7 and still had one bedroom that wasn’t used. The house was very clean and we loved having the pool and hot tub was amazing to rest our feet and let the kids play in the evenings. The rec room in the garage was perfect for our boys (9 & 12). Owner was very communicative

The house was very nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We did have some concerns such as they needed more dish cloths, hand soap and toilet paper. The master bedroom, my husband, and I stayed in had a door that did not lock. The neighborhood was beautiful and the house was nice. Enjoyed having so many bedrooms that had their own bathrooms.

Property was nice. ALL the mattresses that our family slept on need to be replaced! We used 5 of the 6 bedrooms and those mattresses sunk in the middle and became uncomfortable after a week. Also, there were little black bugs EVERYWHERE! I'm not sure if thats a Florida thing, but it was gross. Like the house is infested with them. There was mold in some of the bathrooms and it was obvious that there are several repairs that need to be made. Also, the floors were dirty when we got there because our feet turned black while walking barefoot. Had to sleep with box fans at night because they jad a rule about the temperature. The house served its purpose, but it definitely needs some TLC from the owners!

House was very clean, great communication from host, very easy check in/check out. Pool heater worked great. All was just as expected. Thank you.

The house was what we needed. A little outdated in decor but that is not what we were there for. Property host responded quickly to any concerns which were minor. Great place to stay!!!

Great place for family vacation.

We had an amazing time at the property. It came as advertised. All the rooms were clean and the pool was well kept and well used by our family. May was easy to deal with and responded to enquires quickly. It was about 45 minutes to Universal at the time we went but it wasn’t unreasonable. Check-in was quick. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience for the entire family.

We were at this house for a week. The only reason we’re rating it 4 stars is because during our stay it was said that we had to put the garbage out and recycle. On the day we were supposed to put the garbage out someone else had put the can to the street and then another day we had left to universal and when we came home the hose in the back had been unraveled and put into the pool. Which made my family feel a little uncomfortable the rest of the stay because we were not told that other people would come onto the property. Other than that it was a great house exactly like the pictures. My son had a great time in the pool and the kitchen was very well equipped! Great place to stay!

Nice subdivision with all attraction close by. Wifi is not good but neither is seevice with mynown service provoder for my phone. It was noce to come to a home away from after long fun filled days. The game room located in the garage was extremely but the pool made up for any inconvenience with that. If you have a family you'll enjoy this home.

So pleased with the stay. So accommodating for us we took are baby who is 6 months old and they had a walker highchair stroller which we didnt take but was there for us. I would do this again so so very happy. Had a great stay

We stayed for about a week. The house was clean and in a gated community. It was a great place to stay with a great location. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It is about 20 mints from Disney close enough but far enough that it was not in high traffic area. We had no complains and we plan on staying here again in the future! Would highly recommend!

Stay here for son's graduation. Was a great trip

Our family of 14 people age range from 5-54 stayed here for a week. We spent days out doing activities, but mornings and evenings were spent at the property. This property had everything we needed! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and spread out. We do wish the hot tub had stayed fuller while running. Every time we ran the jets on the hot tub the water level dropped about a foot. When the jets weren't running, it was at a great level, but the water was not hot. Overall, the property was excellent for our trip, and the community was awesome!

This house was perfect for our family ( there were 10 of us…ages 3 to adult) Only recommendation would be that the kitchen range and grill needs replaced. It is further than 15 minutes from Disney. With traffic, expect a minimum of 40 minutes. Would stay there again!!!!

Perfectly suited for our 15 person family! The Host was very attentive and excellent to deal with at all stages. Would rent this home again.

Overall great place, lot's of room for a big family and tons of bathrooms. Not as close to Disney as we hoped but it's about 30 min drive. Close to stores, restaurants and easy to find.

The house need little more TLC

Perfect home away from home. Less than 30 minutes to Disney and just a few minutes to the local grocery stores and gas stations. Homeowner was so helpful and responsive. Would definitely book again for my family.

This property is in a beautiful area and well managed; everything was just as described. There was plenty of space for all of us and a whole lot of bathrooms! We had small children with us so the baby fence around the pool was appreciated as well as the playground on property. The neighborhood was quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again. House was perfect for our needs

This property was what we needed for our runDisney weekend. There were five of us and the fact the each our our rooms had an ensuite was the best for those very early 4am race start times. The house could really use a decor refresh and could definitely benefit from some overhead lighting with ceiling fans instead of the fans that are provided in each closet. And a few area rugs to make it a bit more cozy. The light in the front entryway is too dim and could also use a replacement. The beds were comfortable for all with the exception of one room. It seems that the frame was off fitting which made the box spring sink and the sheets used on that bed we're a little worn and could use replacements. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The bathrooms were clean but again, could benefit from a renovation. Overall the property was well worth it however, the exit plan could use a slight revision. I'm not a fan of having to do extra laundry when I'm on vacation. That should all be taken care of by the management team. Maybe have a rotation of sheets and towels off site that are brought in when guess leave and then the used sheets and towels can be taken off site to clean.

House was just as pictured. We had a wonderful stay while visiting Disney for the week. Plenty of space for 12 people. Our only complaints were that two of the stove burners didn’t work and the pool light didn’t work either. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. The rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable, the pool/hot tub relaxing. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit and we will definitely stay here again if/when we come back. Our hostess was very responsive and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever.

A little far from where the Wedding was located.

House was great. Lots of bedroom with joining restrooms. 12 of us enjoyed the heated pool at night when we got back from the parks. We'll use you again.
