Property was great, we were there for a softball tournament and fit every need we had, we arrived considerably earlier then check in and we contacted Dmitriy and because know one was checked in the day before he let us check in early, it was perfect. Thanks, if we are in PCB again we will be staying here.

Doesn’t seem used all the time, some things needed cleaned, but all in all it’s a good stay.

I have stayed here several times and each time it has been an awesome experience! The condo is very clean and the location is great to every place I wanted to go! And Dmitriy is always very helpful if needed! I look forward to coming back again soon!!

We had a really good time overall, it was fun. Six days of rest and relaxation at Christmas was definitely amazing. the condominium was awesome.

This is it! The most peaceful, quiet, relaxing place. Very clean and spacious. Everything you need in one place with the best ocean view we've ever seen!! Plenty of towels, pillows, and extra-large rooms. Regular sized washer & dryer in its own room with a door. Walk-in closets, extra-large bathrooms, large side-by-side refrigerator... Plenty of parking in a beautiful garage with super-sized half-moon window cut-outs of an incredible ocean view!! Everything was so at-ease. The owner was absolutely excellent to speak to and answered immediately anytime there were questions. The heated outdoor pool on the 5th floor was heaven!! We loved being high above the beach with yet another beautiful ocean view. The pools/hot tubs had colorful lights at night. The only place we've stayed where we weren't in a hurry to leave! Would definitely stay here again.

Room was perfect size for us and locations was good. About a 20 minute walk to pier park which wasn’t terrible. Loved that the owners let us have access to their beach chairs/inflatable etc, that saved us a lot of money! Only thing I’d change would maybe be a small mattress topper for the king bed……it pretty firm. Other than that, we’d definitely come back.

The unit was very clean and A/C was on. We were very impressed. We had a great trip.

This was our second year staying at this condo and we love it. The process and communication is top notch. We visited with our 3 kids, 2 of which are grown and this unit has plenty of space. The full-size washer and dryer is a huge plus. There is plenty of closet and dresser space for clothes. The only thing we would like to see added would be a lounge chair or two for the balcony.

While we were there, all the elevators broke down except for 1. This means that we waited 20-30 minutes for an elevator to go anywhere. Everything about the condo was great, however! The location is great. The owner was easy to contact. The facilities are great, too! Just the elevators, man!

Our family celebrated our daughters graduation at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the condo was in a great location. It was just as described on VRBO and we were very pleased. We will definitely be back again soon.

We liked the condo. It was very clean. Brother-in-law spends a lot of time on balcony when he goes to Florida. The furniture on balcony needs an upgrade. It was not very comfortable while sitting out there. Mattresses on beds need upgrading. AC was good. Nice tub in master BR! Enjoyed watching WWE on the TV's. Upgrading balcony, mattresses, and maybe a reclining Lazyboy and condo would be super nice place!

Believe the reviews! This condo looks better in person than the pictures show it. The only issues was the bed in 2nd bedroom gave one person a backache. That person was use to a firmer bed. So it could be him and not the bed. The Master was the best sleep I had at a PC Beach condo (been going there since 1987) Dmitriy (care taker of this unit) was easy to get ahold of when I foolishly tried to get the door to work before 4pm. My watch is 5 minutes fast so I checked it at 3:55 and the lock is set to change at 4pm Will be making another trip in Aug and as soon as we set the days if this unit is open for that week I will be reserving it again.

Property and condo was actually as represented. Could not have asked for better place. Had a small issue with door that was handled in the most timely manner possible despite the owner being out of the county. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Definitely will book this condo again.

Wonderfuul

My buddy and I were looking for a clean place to stay near golf courses, restaurants, and bars. This was the spot. Additionally, I accidentally left some personal items behind and was promptly notified and assisted in having them shipped to my home in Michigan. I'd definitely stay again.

It was everything we needed and such a nice deal compared to other units. We truly enjoyed our stay. Furniture could use an upgrade, as it was not really ideal for comfort or having visitors but all in all.. beautiful and spacious! The view was just stunning!

This a great place to stay! Communication was great with the host. Parking and entry to place was a breeze. The place had a great view of the beach and ocean. We loved going out on the balcony with our morning coffee and then taking a walk on the beach. The kitchen was equiped with everything you need to cook meals. We made all meals there except for a few nights. We loved the easy access to the beach, pools and hot tubs. One pool was heated and we spent a lot of time there and in the hot tub especally on cooler days. The Walmart store is only 2 miles away for easy grocery shopping and for any items you might have forgotten to bring. The beds were comfortable and the place was roomy. Plenty of smart TVs for everyone to watch what they like. We look forward to staying there again.

Condo was in desperate need of a deep clean & updating. Several scuffs & missing/peeling paint around the condo. Dishes were mismatched, well used & several dishes were in the cabinets dirty. Had to wash them before using. Dishwasher didn't work (wouldn't release the dishwasher pod) so we had to hand wash dishes. Dryer took 3 cycles just to dry a small load of towels. Just what we wanted to do on our vacation - spend time washing dishes & doing laundry. The showers had black mildew around the edges from lack of cleaning. Around toilet & baseboards were dirty. Beds & bedding were very uncomfortable. AC only went down to 70 degrees. The front bedrooms were cold but the livingroom & master were hot/stuffy. Ceiling fan in master made the most horrible grinding noise. Couldn't sleep with it on but the room got too hot with it off. Contacted owner & was told it couldn't be fixed until before we checked out, that we needed to turn down the AC. Owner was quick to respond to any questions but kinda sarcastic in the responses. All of the info listed on fridge was out of date. Called the number listed to get the fan fixed, spent over 30 minutes on the phone just to be told they didn't manage the unit anymore, to contact the owner. I would've done that if that was listed on the emergency numbers list. Parking garage height was listed as 6'8", only found this out after we were out of the cancelation period & after we paid for parking. My truck was taller than the clearance. The low clearance should've been mentioned in the listing. The oversized lot was several blocks away, on the other side of the street behind another hotel. It was dark & unsecured. No lights & we were never questioned as we entered/ exited. Had to walk down the busy street with no sidewalks. Not a safe situation. Only gave this condo 3 stars instead of 1 because the view was amazing & beach access was very convenient. Was unable to use the balcony in the evenings because a nearby condo was smoking (not cigarettes.) We didn't know which condo it was to report it. Owner did offer to refund unused nights when I reported the fan & AC issue. However we decided to stay because there was no way we would find another place to stay on Thanksgiving. Master bedroom was on the beachside, 2nd bedroom & bunkroom were in the front on condo right off of the entrance. If I had small children, I wouldn't want them staying the front bedrooms alone.

Unit was clean, everything looked as it did online, great location, and beautiful view.

This condo is amazing. From the pool to steps from the beach there was so much to do. They have everything you need for your stay. You are so close to everything that is Panama City beach. You can walk to restaurants. And the condo is very kid friendly. I will definitely stay again with my family.

I was very impressed with the location, the cleanliness of the room and not having to check in at a front desk was a bonus. The host Dmitriy was very helpful and replied back to my questions automatically. I will definitely be back!!!
