Cozy felt like home way from home. Nicely located. Had everything needed to cook in the kitchen, clean cute rooms, comfy couch. Host was very responsive.

Great trip, the house was a in a great location and very accommodating. We look forward to booking here again.

This is the third time my family has stayed here. Communication with Russ is always easy. The house is always clean and the listing is accurate. Overall, the house is in a great and easily accessible location.

We had a great time at home, everything is super quiet, no noise, that really bothered me.

House is very roomy and clean. Blinds were difficult to open with rod missing or broken off. Master bedroom very comfortable however beds on other rooms were uncomfortable for friends that vacation with us. Despite this the neighborhood was very quiet and it made for a very relaxed time for all of us.

Needed lodging for our family while in Havasu for a memorial service. The property was clean, close to where we needed to be. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, adequate linens and kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. Clear check in instructions. Only problem was internet went out for a little while after a wind storm, but system rebooted. Able to sleep our six adults, but easily could have had 3 more guests.

This was the ideal property for 2 small families with kids! It had all the needed items in the house for cooking and the setup of the pool was absolutely perfect with our little ones! Spoke with Russ when I was having an issue getting into the house, only to find I didn’t follow the instructions, he was extremely kind and accommodating! The one recommendation I can give is maybe it’s time to upgrade the mattresses. They were all very squeaky. Whenever someone moves the springs squeaked! Lol we kind of found it funny though. Overall we had a great stay and would without a doubt book here again.

This is our 3rd Havasu rental, it is by far the best….. it is AWESOME!! We had a unfortunate trip to urgent care with our 2year old on our way to Lake Havasu which put our arrival at 10pm ….. 5 hours later than expected. Needless to say we were exhausted and unsure of the place we rented. Well this home was just that, super homey, very clean and so inviting….. just what we needed!! The pool and bbq we used everyday and all of my family gave this property a 10/10. From my booking in April to the very last minute at the house Russ, the owner, was super receptive and accommodating!! This house is a definite for our family next summer!! If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed! Thank you Russ

Easy to find, get into and well worth the rates. The pool was a huge favorite with the built-in umbrellas and bench with table. Perfect location.

We booked looking for a place to hang out, relax and stay out of heat. I figured we would hang out in between going to the lake or park. I had to pull the kids out of pool to walk the London bridge. Kids enjoyed every minute! It made it so enjoyable. Amazing vacation home and location.

The house turned out great for us- 3 adult couples. We each hauled our boats from Oklahoma and it was really nice being a short drive from the main boat ramp. The house was clean and spacious. I had to do some work on my laptop while on vacation and the wifi was not sufficient for uploading photos- just a heads up if anyone is doing a work trip. We only used the pool for a short bit one time, but Russ had it at 87 and it felt really nice. The outdoor area was awesome for having dinner outside at the table. My only suggestion would be to use blackout curtains so you could sleep a bit later in the mornings. Thanks Russ!

Talk about prime location! Only a half a mile to Windsor launch ramp which is where we were launching from and not far from the bridge either. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed all of the thoughtful touches. The pool was great and we unexpectedly loved using the foosball table. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely return.

This place literally had it all! The location: 3 mins to food city, dining, Starbucks, liquor store. View of the lake and sunset was pretty right outside of the main neighborhood. Pool was perfect for our family. And outdoor patio area in front or back was spacious for morning coffee. Sonoras tacos was an 8 min walk or 3 min drive and we picked it up and brought it back home. Plenty of room for our parents (in master), kids (3) in bunk room, and us (2) in the 3rd room, however living room could have easily slept the kids and another family could have joined. London Bridge area was and easy 5 min drive away (if that). It just really had everything we needed, from regular paper supplies to pool towels. Drive way is steep, but we found out it was much easier to park on the long slab on the side of the house with no issues. Russ, was super responsive in anything we needed.
