Perfect location to tour Yellowstone for three days. Absolutely amazing views to wake up and come home to. Kathy and Harry made us feel so comfortable in their beautiful home. They were more than accommodating. We enjoyed our conversations too. We would definitely recommend this home. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hosts were great the accommodations were outstanding. The daily cleaning was better than most hotels we stay. Our girls enjoyed telling Kathy and Harry about their findings in Yellowstone.

Our stay was delightful. Kathie and Harry were gracious hosts. Both met us upon check in and helped familiarize us with the property. They left us delicious cookies, and access to their bear spray and binoculars for our time in the wild. This was above and beyond! The property is very clean and comfortable. We hope to stay at this property again next year.

The hosts were terrific & the view was amazing! The drive to Yellowstone was easy and beautiful and The fireworks on Henry’s Lake was an added bonus to an incredible stay! Couldn’t have asked for more!

The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. The parking was so easy. It was covered and steps away from the front door. The view across the lake at the snow covered mountains never got old. Our hosts were great and provided us with everything we could need.The drive to Yellowstone National Park was quick and easy.

This home is gorgeous and clearly well cared for. The hosts were so personable and kind, and also very helpful. Really appreciate them both for letting us share their gorgeous home. Literal rainbows 🌈 and all the wildlife and stunning views. Having access to a washer dryer was beyond helpful, as well!!

Kathy and Harry's first floor living space was perfect for me, my wife, and our 15 month old son. My wife and I slept on the pull out couch and our son slept in the bedroom as it was the darkest and quietest for him. We were greeted by a smiling Kathy and Harry and plate of delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. The hosts even did our dishes while we were away in Yellowstone during the day which was super helpful. The last night we grilled on their porch which has stunning views of Henrys Lake and the mountains behind it (be sure to appreciate the sunsets!). Can't say enough good things about this place, great job Kathy and Harry, we were very happy with our stay.

We had a great time. It was a nice location with pretty views. Close to the park, but away from traffic of West Yellowstone. We had a great time at the park and at a few spots more local to the cabin as suggested by the hosts. Saw lots of wildlife. Thanks!

Kathy was absolutely wonderful felt like we were family..the best chocolate chip cookies in the west! We will definitely be back to stay and spend more time at Henry’s Lake and explore this area. We spent two whole days in Yellowstone exploring the lower and upper loop. The sites of Yellowstone and Henry’s lake are absolutely amazing along with the wildlife. Only disappointment was not meeting Harry. Thanks for everything Kathy and hope Harry is up fishing and hunting soon. 😘

The host and hostess are absoutely amazing and make your stay very comforatable from the amazing homemade cookies to the clean and comfy private cabin. The view of the lake and mountains are absoutely gorgeous. Just a short drive to the Yellowstone Park West entrance. Hated to leave this cozy cabin.

Kathy and Harry are the ultimate hosts! The chocolate chip cookies are delicious and set the tone for the visit. The property is clean, well maintained, and cozy. The drive to Yellowstone is only about 20 minutes. If you have a chance to book this property, you should jump on it! We enjoyed every minute of our 5 night stay.

Fantastic, beautiful home, great hosts

This is a wonderful apartment that feels like home. The queen size bed was very comfy. Kathy and Harry are great hosts. Lathy does your dishes for you every morning after you leave. They provide everything you might need to prepare a simple meal, even coffee and tea bags. Their house is only about 25 min from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park and the town of West Yellowstone.

Very quiet 1st floor log mountain chalet. The owner's Harry & Kathy live upstairs. Private entrance with a combo door lock. You walk into the dining/semi kitchen/living room area that has a refrigerator with a small freezer, drip coffee maker with filters, microwave, toaster & a round table with 4 chairs. There is not stove or oven, but it was fun finding restaurants for lunch & dinner! The living room has two recliners and a sleep sofa. The TV is large and swivels from LR to DR. Private bathroom with shower & soft towels, queen bedroom with closet & 4 drawers. Owner's leave a dish homemade cookies on your 1st day and and bags of microwave popcorn. They provide bear spray, binoculars and a walking stick to borrow for your stay. They will let you use their outdoor grill. Kathy shows you were extra blankets, throws & pillows. Washer & dryer are in you bathroom and owners use them when you are out exploring. They have detergent & dryer sheets. Shower water has great pressure and heats up fast. We has many great conversations with Harry & Kathy and they are the most gracious host we have encountered. The view of Henry's Lake is spectacular. The location is 1/2 hour from West Yellowstone and the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Totally reccomend this VRBO!

Beautiful property. Close to Yellowstone but still quiet and secluded. Comfortable furniture. Loved the hand carved bears on the old stumps outside. Great view of the lake. Would definitely book again if we go back

The hosts were fabulous! The cabin is gorgeous, and in such a prime location, right above Henry's Lake. The host had chocolate chip cookies for us when we arrived, and doted over us during our whole stay. So cute.

We had a great stay here. Kathy was a gracious host and provided everything we needed. It is about 20 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance of Yellowstone NP. They provided binoculars and bear spray for our time there-luckily we did not need the bear spray! It was also very nice to be able to do some laundry during our stay.

Very nice place to crash after visiting Yellowstone and get away from the very touristy town of West Yellowstone. At no fault of the owner the water was off for the first 3 days of our planned reservation, but she worked with us to refund the first 3 days and retain the last 3. The owner provides everything that you would need for visiting Yellowstone. Everything was clean and well organized. We also liked that there were washers and dryers. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Kathy had cookies waiting for us when we arrived. They were awesome. The amenities she provided were above what most hosts provide. The house was close to Yellowstone and across the street from Henry Lake and the view was gorgeous. It was a short but sweet stay

We had a lovely stay and the hosts were extremely accommodating. It felt like we were visiting with family. Excellent view! Easy access to town. Bear spray provided (Thank you!). Daily dishwashing service and yummy cookies upon arrival. We had a wonderful time!

The accommodations were comfortable, the host was sweet, and the view was amazing. It was a great location close enough to Yellowstone and the space was perfect for our family.

Owners were absolutely amazing, kind, informative, caring. Beds were great! The pull out bed was amazing. Bathroom very clean. Everything we needed was available. Location was amazing! Hated leaving can’t wait to stay here again!

My adult sister and I stayed here for a reunion and opportunity to explore Yellowstone. The view of Henry’s lake with the snow capped mountains in July was every bit as beautiful as Yellowstone , and the house was an easy drive away from the chaos of west Yellowstone town. Had all the amenities of a nice hotel , but so much more relaxed and comfortable. Kathy and Harry were extremely cordial and a joy to work with , but remained unobtrusive unless we needed them. I would come back here again and again.

Kathy and Harry were incredible hosts! The place is just what we needed—very clean, lots of space, all the necessities. My boyfriend got a bit sick one of the days, and Kathy and Harry checked on him to make sure he was doing alright which was so kind. They also gave us little magnets for souvenirs on our last day. Beautiful view of the Grand Teton mountains from the living room, too. Highly recommended staying here!

The cabin has breathtaking views of the mountains. It is well maintained, very clean and Kathy and Harry are amazing hosts with attention to detail. I had a bunch of questions which they answered quickly and Harry even had some very cool stories for us about the local wildlife. Kathy had some delicious home made cookies ready for us upon our arrival. On our first day there we saw a fox. The location of the cabin is ideal and a short 25 - 30 min drive from the West entrance of yellowstone. They provide binoculars and loaner bear spray so we didnt have to search for and buy it there as it is not allowed on a plane. The nearest supermarket is about the same distance so be sure to plan accordingly. Overall, if we even do yellowstone again we would definitely rent their cabin again. :)

Great location with absolutely beautiful view. Convenient from town. Better than a hotel in town!! Friendly hosts!! Very accommodating. Excellent choice for my daughter, my son in law and I.

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly to questions or concerns. They added a lot of little extras which made our stay more comfortable. The home was clean and the views were beautiful. Highly recommend!
