Large groups ranged from 10-72, 3 families Loved the house! Many of them wanted to stay at the house vs going thru the park. It had enough room and was well equipped. Had everything you would ever need and more. The amenities were just amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! So many memories made !

We booked this home two years before our trip and we’re so grateful that we did! We had a large group ranging from 6 to 70 years old. The home was perfect. Terrific thoughtful details like two washer/dryers and two dishwashers made things easy. The theatre room and fire pit were huge hits. The house was well stocked with detergent, toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each of the large showers. There was even bear spray to borrow - which saved us renting it in the park. We walked in and immediately felt at home and ready to relax. The property is beautiful. We swam off the dock, saw an eagle from the dock, and saw a moose in the lake from there too! We have rented many homes before and this one was truly spectacular.

This home was just beautiful, our family of 14 had plenty of room for our own space and coming together in the evenings for dinner, movies in the theater and games. We absolutely loved this home, each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and California King beds (except for one room that had bunkbeds, perfect for the boys). The views of the lake were beautiful, fishing down the lane at the river and a gorgeous kitchen...everything was so luxurious and well thought out for an incredible vacation. It was about a half hour to the West Yellowstone West gate entrance and close to ATV rentals, horseback riding and more. We highly recommend this beautiful home, it was hard to leave!

Great layout. Beautiful location. If you fly fish you will love this. Saw eagles near the house. Loved that the owners provided good kitchen supplies and games for kids. VERY clean.

House was just as described, and the owners were great at communicating. Loved every minute of our stay there!

Awesome for a couple getaway!

Excellent Property. Easy to get to and Very Spacious inside. Every amenity you could think of is in the Kitchen! Great Home Theater Room. All Bedrooms and Baths were top Notch. No stone left unturned on this Property. My Only Wish is for a Hot Tub! Other than That, Fantastic Place.

This property is fantastic! It sits right on Henry's Lake and we were able to walk out the back door and go ice fishing. The home is beautiful and each bedroom has it's own private bathroom....score!! The property manager/owner was very responsive with the question I had. The home was equipped with every needful thing and there was plenty of room for everyone...and then some! The only thing I would add would be a hot tub. That came up a few times as the only thing missing. But regardless, I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it as a 10/10!

Had a wonderful family time, 6 kids 6 adults plenty of space, double laundry, double dishwasher, double fridge, double stove! It was perfect for large family!

Host is very accommodating

This house and setting are amazing! Seven bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, allow privacy and comfort for everyone. The great room is large, comfortable, and has great views of the lake and surrounding property. There are large screen TVs in every room and the living room. Oh, did I mention a movie room downstairs with 8 comfy recliners and drink holders. We watched Top Gun Maverick and felt like we were in a private professional theater. The downstairs also features a pool table and air hockey table. The kitchen is large and easy for several cooks/preppers to be in at the same time. Below the house is a BBQ and fire pit, and a large lawn leads down to the dock and lake. This house is every bit as good as the VRBO pictures show and worked perfectly for our group of 9 adults and 1 toddler. The hosts/property managers were fabulous, quickly fixing small problems with the BBQ and water pressure. They also retrieved a purse and jacket we left behind and arranged FEDEX shipping to our next destination. I can't imagine any group being disappointed with this property or the people who manage it. Everything exceeded our already high expectations!!!

This is the most amazing home for a family gathering of 9 adults and 3 young children. It truly was built to host large groups! We could cook together in the spacious kitchen, stocked with everything we needed. Also the two refrigerators and dishwashers were excellent for our large group. Empty drawers for storing all the groceries we brought was very much appreciated. The spacious house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of space for everyone. Each bedroom having a king bed and connected en-suite bathroom enabled each couple to have space for a restful night. Our family loved being on the lake and the dock. We rented water “toys” that were delivered for the week. So much fun on kayaks, stand up paddle board and tubes. S’mores at the fire pit was so much fun! 20-25 minute proximity to West Yellowstone entrance was perfect for easily going into the park. Jill was very responsive and helpful, she made our stay perfect. We have rented many VRBO’s and this is the very best of the best! We would definitely stay here again.

Rental was spotless...beautiful location...super comfortable with lots of bedrooms and bathroooms. Perfect for family gathering. Includes a basement with pool table, air hockey and TV for grandkids entertainment. Very nice laundry room. All bedrooms and bathrooms are massive. Kitchen has two of everything so wonderful for family meal preparation. Our only complaint is we didn’t book it longer than 3 days! Amazing property!

Wonderful views and relaxing stay!

This is an exceptional property for a family gathering. Everyone has their own space but loads for common space to enjoy together! The lake was so peaceful and serene! We will look forward to coming again!

This home is so amazing we didn’t want to leave! The layout and design of this house is perfect for large groups. The home is spotless to the point you would never know it’s a rental property. Large bedroom suites and Sleep number beds allowed everyone to rest well after days in the park. The setting on the lake is breathtaking. Kids loved catching lake trout off the dock!

Property was amazing and the location is great, close to but not to close to Yellowstone Park. Only 20-25 minutes away. We have stayed at other vacation rentals and this is by far was our best experience. Very peaceful and private.

Booked a week stay for a reunion with friends and to visit Yellowstone National Park. This property is amazing! Super clean upon arrival and Jill is a fantastic host with quick responses to any questions. The house is FULLY equipped. Coolers, fishing gear, and a perfectly stocked kitchen for all of your cooking/dining needs! We were a group of 11 and never once felt crowded. The theater and game room were awesome and the beds are super comfortable. The drive into Yellowstone is about 20-25 minutes and easy going with beautiful views! The road leading to the house is a dirt road but easily navigable. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and am looking forward to a future stay! Thanks Jill!

The property was incredible. I wanted to move in permanently. It is the perfect home for several adults/couples traveling together and very easy access to Yellowstone. Instructions were spelled out everywhere making each part of the stay simple and the home supplies anything you may need. I will be recommending this home to friends and returning again if I'm ever in that area.

We were absolutely in love with our time in this wonderful rental. Everything from towels, to your choice of pillow firmness, adjustable mattresses, and a fully functional kitchen is top notch. Information is well organized and the home is beautiful.

Everything about this property will exceed your expectations. The house is larger than the pictures make it seem. The main spaces are larger & the bedrooms are larger. The house is more well-appointed than any other we've ever rented. There wasn't a single kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom amenity that we wanted/needed that wasn't there. This is a very rare occurrence in a short term rental property. Myself, my wife, and 7 kids never even needed the bedrooms on the main and basement levels. This house could have easily swallowed another family 9 just like ours. Every room has an internet connected TV for all your netflix binging needs (though bring a Fire Stick or Apple TV if you want all your usual entertainment apps). There was a freak snowstorm while we were there (early October) so we didn't get to use the yard much, but the location on the lake makes for a truly beautiful setting. The only 2 negatives I can think of were 1) the water pressure in the house wasn't great; and 2) the road once you leave the hwy is dirt and in significant disrepair in some places. It wasn't an issue for us, but I would have been nervous about a small sedan being swallowed by potholes. These are complaints hardly worth mentioning, but in the interest of a fair review, there you go. In sum, we rent properties all over the world and none has ever made my wife and I think to ourselves "we wish we owned this exact property" until this one...I can't think of a better compliment to give it than that.

This house is spectacular. Even nicer in person than in pictures. ALL of the bedrooms have comfy beds and large bathrooms. Tons of games, books, seasonings, kitchen items. There were moose in the neighborhood daily. The owner is super responsive and easy to get in touch with. I am picky about cleanliness but this house was pristine. The movie room and fire pit were also highlights!

This home is beautiful, inside and out! It sits on a private, quiet street, on a lake, surrounded by nature. We saw moose our first day there. Our family of 7 spent a week there while visiting Yellowstone National Park. It was about a 20 minute drive to the west entrance of the park, so very convenient. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could want. We enjoyed the theater, pool table, and gas fire pit. We cooked nightly dinners in the large, fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very nice and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Very nice place right on the water. Great dock and great fire pit. Was nice to have bathrooms in each bedroom. Our family had a great time. Only problem was fireplace was not working. That was a must on my list. But other then that is was a 5 star for sure. Thanks Tom for sharing your cabin with us.

Home was beautiful and immaculate! Having adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 11 was very much appreciated by all. We all enjoyed the game room and Theater-the outdoor fire pit and grill were also a hit. Owners were very prompt with communication and very easy to work with. This was the very best property I have leased through VRBO. Would absolutely stay here again!

We are 10 men from the same family and we stayed here to fish and hike for a week. I can’t say enough about this rental. It’s huge, new, clean, upscale and private. Tom and his wife thought of everything. We all agreed that it’s the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and we’ve stayed all over the country. Tom was very accessible and responsive. You won’t be disappointed if you rent here.
