Great little house, well kept and clean. Although small it is well laid out and feels more spacious than it is. Great front porch that is private, excellent location - short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. The only negative is the cable (TV) was a pain to get working - after a few visits from the Prop Mgmt staff, realized that everytime you turn the tv back on you have to first unplug everything and then replug in...or the cable doesnt work. Dont come to the beach to watch alot of TV but with 3 young kids its nice to have obviously...and you do but its fairly quirky. Other than that, absolutely recommend staying here!

Charming cottage near the beach. It was very clean and parking was great.

Cozy little space, but it accommodated two adults, two kids and two dogs for a weekend just fine. The shower is very small and might not work the best for folks who are above average height and weight.

I really enjoyed the property and the location. The rental co was courteous and a smooth process.

Adorable little house conveniently located to beach and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The Kitchen is a bit on the small side but other than that it was perfect! We would definitely return.

This little cottage was perfect for our Mother-Daughter trip!! Short walk to several shops and restaurants, and less than 5 min from beach!! We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed staying at the property. However, with the fees it ended up being really high three night stay. The house was located very close to the beach and was very cozy. We enjoyed how small it was, it was perfect for the two of us and our infant.Couple things that weren't so great: The main bed was brutal. The first two nights it was ok, the third night I could not move, my back was in so much pain. My spouse complained the first morning about how uncomfortable it was, and I said he was such a baby. Well... I woke up with back pain as well.Wifi was not working, we communicated back and forth with the office and I just decided to use my Xfinity account, which is ok, I did not come to work anyway.My last biggest disappointment was late check out fee. Rules are rules, but I found it extremely petty. Half of our trip the weather was very cold and windy. On our departure morning the day was beautiful and I wanted to take my son for one more beach walk. The leasing office was gracious enough to let us leave our car on the property for a couple of hours, however, I did not think about our dog (dogs are not allowed on Tybee beaches), so I asked if we can check out at 11 instead of 10. The staff allowed us to do late check out (thank you), but we were charged for additional hour. If you ask me, that's nickel and dime and I would never bother customers with something so little. I know this has nothing to do with the owner, but just left a sour taste with the property. I would definitely recommend this home, but I can't say that everything was splendid.

Excellent Stay, we loved it, it was great for my daschund to have a yard, and walks down towards the beach and back were good, house was "perfect" for one adult, one little doggie! Only complaint would be all the "Hidden" fees that totaled up to just at $700 for two nights stay, but that is typical of most all rental properties.

This is the last of old Tybee. A true "little" beach cottage. Don't ever tear her down for condos please. I'll definitely be back!

My husband and I had a great time and the Little House is the perfect place for a getaway. This place is close to the beach and was close to family and friends that were staying down the road.

The rental experience was as perfect as it could be! I’m completely happy with everything and had a great weekend!

We enjoyed the property. It was close to a lot , and the neighborhood was peaceful. My mom saw some dark hair strands that may have belonged to a pet, but other than that there are no complaints.

We've enjoyed staying at Little House for the past 10 years or so. It is quiet, big yard, morning coffee on the front porch is a winning routine. Very short walk to the beach. We think Grandma Lee's 1940's cottage is the best kept secret! (uh oh...).

2ND time we've stayed in the Little house and we love it! Walking to shop and to beach is short and easy and the house itself is perfect for small group or couple. Only down side is minor and it's just such a tiny kitchen it's hard to cook real meals like I do on vacation. (I'm a former chef so hubby prefers my cooking) Could use a few more small pots and pans to work with as well. lovely nice patio furniture which is new from last trip. Overall good value and perfect location for those who like to be close to everything and either walk or bike places. One thing we both hated was the keyless entry. wed rather both have an actual key plus I got totally locked out(after so many tries it just goes nuts with lights and buzzers and then nothing you can do from there) and had to call office right at closing time and they had to reset the box and give me new code. I think you'll find the older generation prefers tangible keys. The wifi at this house is rather sluggish also but we are spoiled to highest speeds avail.

The property was very pleasant and clean bathroom and kitchen were extremely small and bed were uncomfortable however location was great and close walk to the beach. Overall was a pleasant stay

Our 2nd stay in “The Little House”, Love this place and Tybee Vacation Rentals!. Close to everything, quite neighborhood, Clean and Comfortable. Can’t go wrong with “The Little House”!.

Property could use a few updates, some of the outlets didn't always work , the porch had loose boards ( that shoes got caught on ) , and only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth is provided for your entire stay so either bring your own or vist a local laundry mat ...... , a major plus was it was walking distance to the beach , and restaurants...

Great stay, as usual! The only thing negative was it was a bit smaller than expected, but we did just fine. Thanks a bunch!

More than we ever expected. Little House is so cozy and clean. Has everything you need to have fun AND save money. TVR have been an AWESOME rental facility. We had a SMALL bout with the gas grill and they sent Dick right out to fix it. He was there in no time and had us up and running. We will absolutely be using TVR again. We will probably ask for Little House EVERY trip!

Great getaway for 3 sisters! Loved the home's history, decor, proximity to beach and amenities. Everything provided for cooking, cleanup, TV viewing...would have welcomed a box of Kleenex but, otherwise, expected and found towels, paper products, dishes and glasses!! Adequate instruction for keypad entry door but none for assuring locked status once inside. Be sure not to forget clothing and towels hung on back of double-bed door! The person before us did and it was not removed by cleaning crew. Would return despite this "small stuff."

Great location. Close to shops, food and the beach. We rented bikes and never needed to move the car. The beds were comfy and the house was clean and very nice. It is a little house but perfect for our 4. The outside porch was our favorite spot. Great for reading and eating any meals we cooked.

Exactly what is advertised. Close to beach and restaurants. Nice yard and outdoor eating area. Bathroom is very small. No washer / dryer.

My two sisters and I loved the decor, proximity to beach and ocean-front restaurants as well as the family history of this Tybee Island "gem!" While small, this cottage is well-appointed and "uncrowded," in its sleeping space and amenities. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware and small appliances. Readily available WIFI and information should assistance be needed. "Small stuff" to note: front door keypad instructions for entrance available and clear. However, I could not find instructions to assure that the lock was actually in place while we were inside. Adequate paper products available except for any kleenex. Clothing "hooks" and drawer space available for use. However, remember to take any clothing from hooks behind bedroom door upon checkout! We found both clothing and a used towel from a previous occupant still there upon our arrival. Otherwise, the cottage was clean and ready for our arrival and use. Would definitely return.

We loved staying at The Little House. We had everything we needed and having onsite parking is a plus. The huge front porch and yard are wonderful. We have visited Tybee many times but this was our favorite trip.

The property was clean and very easy to locate. Was the perfect little spot for a girls getaway. It is very small, but was definitely enough room for the three of us...

My mom and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Savannah. We loved how we had our own little house and yard in the midst of all the less personal condos. The bathroom WAS tiny, but we were told ahead of time about that, so no surprises. The little house was decorated so cute! I loved it! We were able to sit on the front porch at night and enjoy the salty sea air. And the walk down to the beach was very short. We also were within walking distance of the pier, several restaurants and shops, and even an ice cream shop. It was a short drive to get to Savannah for day trips.
