The condo was so super nice!! Very clean and beautiful. It was very well stocked with all essentials. The view was breathtaking!! I would highly recommend staying in this condo, you won’t be disappointed!!

My family (husband and three teenagers) had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The location and layout of the condo was perfect. We loved the large balcony and indoor/outdoor pool. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic vacation during our stay at this property. The owner is extremely responsive to any questions or needs and the property itself was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We visited during spring break and beach was never overcrowded. The beach chairs/umbrella/table was a nice bonus not having to lug chairs up and down from the room. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. It seemed bigger than the pictures online. I had 3 boys plus myself and my wife and we had more than enough space. The unit has everything you could need/want. The beach service included in the condo was so helpful. The view from the balcony is incredible. Location of the condo was the real plus for me. Far enough away from the "spring breakers" but close enough to check it all out if you wanted. My family was very happy we booked this condo.

Condo was beautiful and clean! We came in the off season and the only conplaint i can think to have is that while cleaning the garage there were some issues with the parking spaces. But it was out of anyones control and was resolved peacefully. We look forward to our next visit!!!! Host was very communicative and even found my daughters forgotten blanket and is having it shipped back to us. Highly recommend this condo!!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful Condo! The views are incredible, has everything you need, there were only 2 of us but this place is definitely big enough for 5-6 people. Highly recommend renting this unit!

We had a wonderful time at Tropic Winds. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean! The parking garage is very tight and the spaces are close together. I wouldn't recommend driving a large vehicle.

This will be the 2nd time we've stayed in this condo and I'm sure it wont be the last. everything you need for a great trip to the beach. Gorgeous views and a very clean, relaxing feel. The condo itself is in a perfect location to anything you may want to do. Defiantly walk to Mikes oyster bar for the fish and chips while you are there!

First walking in it felt like home! Spacey, the bedrooms were inviting. The patio was simply beautiful. Tile on patio gave it a certain flair. Kitchen...i am a cook that travels with major cook ware. I was so in heaven with the kitchen. If i had known this kitchen had the quality of cooking items, i would not have bought mine. I hope everyone that rents the unit take care of the quality items. Fridge made ice! All i can say is WOW, WHAT A UNIT. thanks for the extra parking across the street. We drive a large truck. It was purfect.

Our favorite condo so far and we come to PCB each year. Great location, clean and comfortable. Convenient parking and beach chairs were a huge plus! Huge hot tub and grilling area lovely. We never waited longer than a few seconds for an elevator. Grounds are very clean. Employee was seen many times keeping elevators and grounds clean. We were very pleased and impressed with communication from the owner. Very blessed to have found this condo. Oh, the games and books in the condo a huge hit also.

The place and location was absolutely wonderful! Loved the balcony off the bedroom. Only issue was the sliding door in the living room but we didnt need it anyway :). The owner was very easy to get a hold of if needed and was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pros: beautiful view, easy access to beach, large balcony with lots of hooks, size of condo/large bathrooms, communication with owner, least crowded beach we've ever been on in Florida, large hot tub, less traffic at this end of PCB.
Cons: parking garage, condo "police", hard mattresses

It was a nice condo. It supplied all our needs. I will say and have heard other complaints that the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and I agree. I woke up with backaches daily. There is a dip on one side and is a very hard mattress. The ceiling fan switch was broken and was on the lowest speed which caused it to be very uncomfortable but we purchased a box fan which did the trick. Overall, it was a pretty nice stay!

Condo was perfect. Communication with owners was simple and easy and they are very responsive. Check in was easy. Great time at the beach. My only issue is the parking garage. If you drive a truck or large suv it is very difficult to get in and out of the parking garage. They do have unreserved spots across the street and I suggest those if you drive a big vehicle. We had to park across street in those spots because of the difficulty of the parking garage and how tight things are in that garage. Overall great stay and would book again but the parking is tough. Next time will drive my smaller suv.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The condo was just as pictured and described. The owner was available when needed. The parking garage is nice, but it’s a little tight. But we figured out how to make it work. It’s at the quiet end of town, which is nice. I loved the large balcony and picnic table. Will definitely try to get this place again on our next trip to PCB.

We had a great time! Very clean and owner was easy to get in touch with. Had no problems. They had everything you need. They have beach toys for kids. But we will definitely stay here again in the future. Plenty of room!

Our family stayed here and we would definitely come back and stay again. Instructions for check in were thorough and clear, making it easy to know what to do and where to go. We loved that we had access to beach chairs and the easy access to the beach itself.

Condo is just as listed. Everything you need including lots of utensils, pots/pans, games, books, etc... The view from the balcony was perfect. Centrally located within reasonable distance to plenty of restaurants.
Master Bedroom bed could use a new mattress or mattress topper added, little too hard for me. The girls slept in the other beds and had no issues/complaints.
Nothing of the owners control, but if you have a bigger vehicle, driving up in the parking garage can be tricky, tight corners. Thank goodness for mirrors placed at each end of ramps :)
Overall a great stay and we would definitely book here again.
