Stayed for the Annapolis Boat Show the large home was very cozy with a beautiful kitchen and very well supplied. Everything a host could possibly think of was available including some toys and a play area for children. There is walking paths in the area as well.

All was as stated! Relaxing weekend vacation away with our mid and extended family.

Lovely house with plenty of space to spread out and also have privacy. 5 adults---1 grandparent, 1 couple, 2 adult grandsons (21, 22).

Overall very good property. We enjoyed our stay and it worked for our family. We had six adults and 1 infant. The carpet is stained, the toaster did not work and there was a very moldy plate on top of the stack of plates. The outside decks could use updated furniture.

With so much going on to have this home as base was magic. Nicely laid out. The extra refrigerator in the basement was useful. Recommend chair in downstairs bedroom to assist with putting on clothes and shoes without sitting on the bed. To families of Naval Academy midshipmen, you CANNOT find a better location. Two blocks from Naval Academy shuttle bus location at the stadium! Kitchen a dream to host meals/snacks for your graduates! A/C very comfortable and beds made for great sleeping! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We had our kids and parents with us on the trip and this house was perfect. The bedrooms are large with enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We loved the location as it's not in the direct hustle and bustle of downtown, but it's so easy to get everywhere. The parking is fabulous - no fighting for a spot. My husband was thrilled with the grill. Heating/Cooling was great. The beds were all comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for the weekend for our son's wedding with out of state family. The location was perfect, only a mile from his fiancees house and only a few miles to the Naval Academy chapel and O club for the festivities. Really quick drive for groceries and pizza. We were able to check in easily and early by a few hours. Overall fantastic stay!

My family really enjoyed staying here for our visit to Annapolis and a navy football game. The house is very comfortable, clean, and easily accommodated our family of five. Ashley’s check-in instructions were easy to follow. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Great location; walking distance to Main/West Street shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The owner let us check in early, which was a great help. (This meant they had to hurry the cleaning crew along because they had people checking out that morning.) The 2 story layout of the house with TV areas on both floors was very convenient.

Original reservation was made by my spouse. She died 7/11 and I noitifed VRBO 3 times and they told me they could not change the email address that original reservation was made under. We were in Annapolis and could get any support from VRBO on getting instructions on how to get access to the property. Finally my daughter found a name of management. mpany that was in some correspondence earlier. Called the lady had left the company and no one followed up. They finally found someme who new the information. VRBO Zhelp desk finall agreed they would ca Hangs the email from spouse to me and we cold the check in email but it take 24 to $2 hours for that change to go into effect. This was at 4 pm the day of our check in. I filled this survey out earlie and yet no one has called to respond.

Nice clean home. Well-stocked, updated kitchen. Great location. It's very close to Navy football stadium as well as attractions in Annapolis and DC. Comfortable seating.

We were visiting for a family funeral at the Naval Academy. The location allows you to walk into town (30 minutes to the city dock) and the home provides plenty of space and amenities for all ages. Very comfortable home and Ashley was super responsive to any questions.

This was a great house for our family. We were in town for a wedding and the location of the house was perfect for seeing the sites around Annapolis and the proximity to the ceremony and reception. Communication with the owner was prompt and check in was easy.

Very spacious and comfortable, perfect location for touring Annapolis. Two masters was perfect our needs will definitely consider this house next time we need to bring family to Annapolis!

Due to Covid our son's wedding reception was delayed from last fall This property was the perfect location near the reception. On Friday night we hosted a small party for out of town family. The house accommodated the group very well.

Ashley was always quick to respond and easy to work with. The house was great for our needs and location was perfect for commissioning week. I didn’t realize there are stairs to access main level and basement. This presented a bit of a challenge for our elderly family member. I’d recommend having a large mixing bowl available, a blender, and extra blankets and pillows for sofa bed.
