Very nice neighborhood! Exceptionally clean. Host was very attentive snd responded promptly to my questions. Only complaint is that I would’ve appreciated separate containers to put our recyclable trash and food waste in.

Check in was very easy. House was amazing, had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. Location was awesome, close to pickleball courts, beaches, dinning and shopping. Would definitely stay here again, thanks Cynthia.

This was a great find. I wish I was not so busy to enjoy using the pool table. Place is easy to get to and from the freeway and other locations. Highly recommend for families. If you want to run relatively flat to run 1-2 miles in the gated community.

This was a perfect meeting place for our family from three states. Very well maintained and spacious with enough sleeping and bathroom spaces for privacy and great gathering space. The private outdoor space was great for the toddler. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend for families.

The 6 of us turned a So Cal family wedding into a multi-generation weekend gathering - comfortable space with bathroom for each bedroom and enough separation for each age group (ranging 5-80) to do their thing. Great pool in walking distance. Nice pool table / deck. Short drive to ocean / downtown Carlsbad.

Our family of four stayed here for a nearby wedding, and it worked great for us! Clean and comfortable, and super convenient. There's a beautiful park within walking distance. It offers sidewalks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a dog park. Interstate 5 is close by, and downtown Carlsbad is a great beach village with excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and a sandy beach. Finally, the owner was great to work with, and committed to providing us with a great stay. Highly recommended!

The house was as advertised. We had a lot of fun playing with the pool table. It would be a great house for a family, with the pool table, BBQ, and loads of board games. The kitchen was fully equipped, the house immaculate, and we had a lovely visit.

We were really happy with how responsive our host Cyndi was. It did not matter what time of day it was, Cyndi always answered our calls and emails. The location of the home is perfect. Very close to the 5 freeway, a stone throw to the ocean, and nearby to a Ralphs grocery store. The house had absolutely amazing bathrooms, and three nice bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. A nice community pool. And my kids loved the pool table a lot. It really felt like home for us. Thank you, Cyndi!

Instructions sent prior to our stay were timely, welcoming, and accurate. The home itself was clean and comfortable, any questions during our stay were answered quickly. Plus, the location is perfect! The neighborhood is friendly and relaxed, close to the highway, shops and restaurants, and beaches - 10/10 would stay again.

This home is in a lovely gated neighborhood. The beach is just a short drive away. Easy freeway access. Close to the outlet mall and great dining options. The home is spacious. Each bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the master has a wonderful jetted soaking tub!

We had a wonderful time for our Spring Break visit. It was a great central location. Beautiful home. The pool was close and easy access. Nice amenities. Pool table was fun.

Our schedule was changing some before and after our stay and the host was very accommodating for us and we appreciated it. She responded very quickly to our questions and was super friendly. We loved the neighbors next door and across the street.

Terrific house, very clean and nicely furnished, and the owner couldn’t be more responsive. We had a big windstorm and a table had broken and she had replaced it within 24 hours terrific vacation.

My husband and I went with our little Frenchie. The house was as expected and comfy. It was very clean and had amenities that you would expect. The bed was really comfortable and the pool table was a nice touch. Location was good and we felt safe the whole time. The fenced in yard was also great for our dog. Property manager was kind and available if needed. We loved our stay!!

Great location in a gated community with easy access to the freeway, a short drive to the beach, close to Encinitas, Carlsbad and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other locales within a 10-15 min drive in any direction. House was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. The master bedroom is very large with it's own sitting room and the pool table was a great extra. Everyone had their own room and the TV den was cozy. Kitchen had everything needed, although a tad bit on the small side. Is a quiet neighborhood, so perfect for families, or adults who are out-and-about for the day. Nice place to relax after the beach. Not a beach party house - very much a neighborhood house. Would recommend and visit again!

Great location for us to attend a wedding at The Crossing. Close to the beach, restaurants and Legoland.

Overall this house was lovely and in normal circumstances would have been fantastic. Unfortunately we stayed during a heatwave and we didn't realize when we booked that this house didn't have air conditioning as A/C is customary in our area of the country and we didn't know it wasn't in this area. That is our fault, however the house is just not conducive for 80-90 degree temperatures as only 1 bedroom has a ceiling fan positioned over the bed and the three portable fans just weren't enough for the size of the house and the level of heat. Obviously the weather is out of the host's control but it really impacted our experience to the point that we left a day early and booked a hotel. Any other time of year outside of summer I would book again at this house. It was in a great neighborhood and the host was very responsive.

First, Miss Cyndi was great to deal with in all respects, and we would absolutely rent from her again. The house was perfect for our family - 2 boys and our dogs. Our dogs had a nice big patio area to hang out in while we were there, and the surrounding neighborhood was great for walking them. It’s not easy to find a place in SD with a grocery store 5 minutes away, the beach 7 minutes away, big enough to allow the family to stretch out, and that is dog friendly. This place captured all of those things. I can’t think of a single complaint I would have. The house was perfect for our needs, and I would recommend it highly.
