Suite was very nice. Did not know we had to book the hot tub. The hot tub in our building was out of order😩. There was no plug on the master bath tub, so we could not bath our grandson.

Overall a great location to stay in. Close enough to Banff attractions and the neighborhood is close to all kinds of stores and restaurants. The only drawback would be the beds. The mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. Need new ones. Need a good night's sleep after a long day.

We enjoyed everything, but the check in. Too many codes to get in and out. The area was great & very convenient to shopping and the whole experience was fabulous.

Loved loved loved this property! Very well maintained and stocked with essentials. Location was within walking distance of shopping, trails and downtown. Would absolutely recommend this to there heading to the Banff area.

Our group of six adults found the condo to be extremely comfortable and well equipped. All bathroom supplies were provided, the kitchen supplies included spices, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and the living room provided ample space for all of us to watch tv and talk. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We totally enjoyed our stay and appreciated being within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store and small shops. The view was outstanding! The only difficulty we had was locating the entrance to both the condo building and underground parking lot upon arrival. The owner provided great information and answered questions through email. We would definitely stay in this comfortable, well located setting if we return to the area.

This condo was the perfect place for our group to stay while in Canmore, it was spacious and clean and had a well stocked kitchen. 2 things we thought could be improved: - instructions for how to access the parking garage - it wasn’t initially clear that you had to pre book a time a lot to use the hot tub, by the time we discovered that via a sign in the elevator, there were very few slots left during our stay

I was informed the evening before our stay that the elevator wasn't working. Unfortunately with such late notice it would have been impossible to find an appropriate lodging for 6 people on Thanksgiving weekend. I was traveling with my 79 year old mom who has difficulty with 2 flights. She really struggled with 4 flights and left the apartment less often as a result. When I inquired about any financial reimbursement for this change in accessibility I was offered a discount on future booking. If I had been informed earlier I might have been able to make alternate plans. I would NOT recommend.

We came for a wedding and loved our condo. It was so clean beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you needed. It was also a pleasure dealing with the owner. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

great location and accommodations - we were able to walk everywhere!

The condo was great. There were 7 of us, all seniors, all family. The only downside was that the instructions to locate the underground parking entrance were vague "by the Superstore". It wold have been nice to be told that the entrance to the underground parking was on the side of Block A.

We enjoyed the home. It was perfect for our group. With 2 bedrooms on first floor and 2 on second floor. Enjoyed the privacy of the dead end street. The view was nice overlooking the golf course.

Following our GNP week stay, we explored Banff and surrounding areas. This trip has been planned for over a year and of course we had some anxiety as to the lodging and more. Fortunately, our Canmore stay exceeded expectations (once we figured out how to enter the parking area). Communication and directions were excellent. The location was really great as we could go out for a day trip and still return easily with lots of continued views, light hikes and pretty good food. Having the Safeway so close was a huge plus- not to mention the local carry outs. The condo was very well stocked with all conveniences of home. The layout and view were especially nice. I wish we would have had more time to use the hot tub and sauna... also nice perks. Highly recommend and loved Canmore.

Very well stocked condo and spacious for 4 adults. Had a hot week the last week of July - unit has no AC and we got by w fans in each room n blinds closed while we were out. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery is across the street. Will need to purchase your own National park pass if u plan to go to Banff - was told that they are not transferable to guest after we got there.

We had a one week stay in Canmore with 7 of us in our family. My two brother’s families stayed in the apartment complex as well. Our apartment was by far best furnished and became a place for us to gather when we were all together. We had to eat most of our meals homemade at the apartment because my daughter is pregnant and throws up any restaurant food. We had everything we needed to make all the meals we planned. There are two grocery stores in walking distance- the same parking lot, which was so convenient. There are games at the apartment and everything we needed. We went at the height of heat (70 degrees) and it did get a little warm but not too bad. I highly suggest this VRBO and we will use it again when we come back in the future!

The location was perfect, close to everything and the place was clean and has a view in every room. Would definitely recommend it! Just the parking is a little tricky. I suggest to go to Safeway and ask for parking direction. Other than that it was great!

This is a perfect location for enjoying Canmore and exploring Banff National Park was easy from here. Beautiful mountain views and easy to walk to anything you want in town. The condo was clean and modern. Would just warn that it isn’t air conditioned. That wasn’t a problem for us and it cooled down nice in the evening. There is a fan in every room. Would definitely try to stay here again if I return to the area. We had a wonderful family vacation with 3 generations!

We had a great week visiting Banff and loved the location of Canmore to the park. This condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. I would highly recommend.

The Canadian mountains are beautiful and the condo was in a perfect spot to look and enjoy those mountains. It was in close proximity to groceries and to the downtown area shopping. Really the condo was great. Thank you for sharing your place.

Great condo, well equipped, close to everything, quiet day and night.

We came for a family wedding in the Mountains. The condo was large enough for all 5 adults. My brothers took turns sleeping on the hide a bed in the living room. The place was quiet and we didn’t hear any street noise unless we opened the windows. The only complaint was that there was air conditioning in the hallway but we needed to use fans in the condo. The fan did keep me comfortable but we wished it was air conditioned too. Otherwise we enjoyed all the amenities like a well stocked kitchen and lots of seating for all of us. Thanks.

The condo was very clean, well organized and spacious, beds were very comfortable and really appreciated all the amenities within the condo itself. Easy walk to trails, shopping and dining. Grocery and liquor store steps away. Appreciated the detailed directions to get there, how to enter the building and condo, and elevator use. Thank you for such a great travel experience! The one down side was not having emergency contact numbers for the property management company listed near the elevator. The elevators went down while we were out and about and we did not bring the key that allows you to enter the stairwells. Spent an hour trying to find a phone number for the property management company, could not find one anywhere within the building (that we then had limited access to). Luckily someone came down the stairs to let us in :).

Best ive seen. Huge windows. Great location. Lots of space and games.

Clean, nice, exactly as described and what we needed

We were all impressed with the beautiful Condo. Perfect size for our full family. Have never stayed at a place so well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms…. Even a playpen for my granddaughter. Hosts were very helpful. Will book again when next time!

This was a great property to stay at as a base for driving into Banff national park. Lots of amenities within walking distance and use your f the on-site hot tub was great after long days of skiing. Space was more than enough for our group of seven and well stocked with non perishables (coffee, tea, spices) that allowed us to eat in most nights. Thanks for a great stay

Positives Comfy beds Great location Plenty of equipment kitchen, games etc Car park convenient for lift and heated Wifi written in book was unreadable so had to ring Landline phone wouldn’t work as rechargeable batteries not charging so made a noise and difficult when we needed to ring Lovely and warm Areas to think about Description of the location and even which apartment building and number (407).. the how to get there was vague and could be much improved with exact location ‘enter car park next to Scotia bank’ not pass so yes (1 block away and near Safeway’. Didn’t say b building. Also could explain where to access to walk in access to building ‘use door in between x and y’… Hot tub not working half the time and far far far to hot. In fact too hot and almost unsafe/unusable when it was working plus booking system for it wasn’t working Description of having a gym a bit of a stretch- one treadmill and one cross trainer. That’s it. Better than nothing though Only 1 sofa for size of apartment and then uncomfortable bucket chairs when all you want to do after a days skiing is come in and laze on comfy sofa and put feet up
