This home was perfect for my sisters and myself. We spent many hours sitting in the living area watching whales, pelicans, deer, seals. The location is great for taking walks along the ocean.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We all fight over who is going to do the dishes because the view is so breathtaking. We’ve stayed in this house 3 or 4 times now and every year we make more wonderful memories. This year was topped off with all the whale watching.

clean and plenty of room for 7 adults. The location was perfect for us. It was nice to start the day walking along the shore line. Thank you for sharing your home and some of your family history.

This house was perfect and the description was exactly written. The view alone was amazing! The convenience of the washer/dryer was great. No problems with any of the electronics. Fireplace was beautiful. The one downfall is that we were all looking forward to having a bath in the big tub in the master bedroom and it was so disappointing to find that the plug was broken so we did not get to use it at all for the entire trip. Would have been nice! Also would have been nice to have a propane griill!.Thank you!

The house is super nice, very clean, very nicely furnished, and in a fantastic location! We had a really nice walk down to Asilomar Beach with the whole family and saw all kinds of interesting sea life.

We took the kids for a Monterey Bay Aquarium summer vacation and stayed in this lovely home. The two car garage was convenient, close to shopping and stores and directly across the street from Asilomar Beach. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Looking forward to coming back again!

we requested no chemical fragrances or down due to serious allergies. We reiterated it with the property manager the day before showing up, he said he would clean out any chemical products. When we arrived there were no less than three plug-in air “fresheners“. There must be some serious mold or other problem to have to use so much stink to cover the smell. The property is 500 feet from the beach you can’t get cleaner air than that.
The property manager misrepresented lied about the property. It was not cheap, I got it for my wife’s special birthday . She’s the one who’s allergic and it ruined the entire birthday celebration. If you like sniffing glue sure come here, otherwise if you want clean fresh ocean air this is not the place for you.

The house has a stupendous view of the ocean, is comfortable and well equipped. We celebrated my 70th birthday there and can’t imagine a place that could be better. You don’t have to drive anywhere to experience the fantastic coastline, but you can walk quite a ways if you like.

All as advertised except garage access (only one worked and no remote). Also, iron and ironing board not on site, but calling property manager got us an iron (no board). Overall, very nice place and I'd stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. The views are stunning and location excellent for accessing everything in the area. The house was very well stocked. Everyone, from my two-year-old to my parents, were safe and happy at the property.

Upon check in house was cleaned and prepared for new guests, it was like walking into a welcoming atmosphere for us.
We were lucky to arrive on a sunny day with no clouds. Our amazing view of the ocean started from the kitchen down to the living rooms large open windows. Then the Master bedroom felf like we were overlooking down to the beach from our own private suite. Could not have felt more at peace and calm from the amazing beach view alone.
Everyone, including my kids will remember this beach house for years to come.
We will definitely look forward to coming back to this beach house!

The most part great. A few improvements would make it even better. The stairs from the garage need a handrail to be safe. There should towel bars in the bathrooms. The sheets and towels should folded not just be pilled in a cabinet. The DVD player did not work.
We will be coming here again.

Sister/Friend perfect getaway spot. Communication with host and prop manager was personal and professional. Lovely spot we all enjoyed and will definitely rebook here together and with our own families. We appreciated the quiet, calm and beauty this space provided.

This is the most magical place you can imagine. The windows are so big and you can see the ocean from all locations in the house. The energy and love radiating from the parents who built the home is still alive and well, filling the home with joy and warmth.

Beautiful home in the most amazing location! Home is very well kept - in top shape and very clean. Views from the bedrooms and main rooms can’t be beat! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. Loved it!
