Nice home in a great location. The pool table was a hit! Kitchen was well stocked. Eric was great to work with. I highly recommend this home!!

We stayed here for Barrett Jackson and it was amazing! It was only roughly 20 mins away and the house was very clean! The pool was very clean and perfect template for this weather! There was lots of room in the house for all of us and overall it was just a great home to stay in. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

The house was everything as described. Location was fantastic, close to everything in Scottsdale. Would definitely stay here again. Eddie was very responsive!

I would stay here again. This home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It has good sleeping options, nice kitchen & eating space, a pool table, & the backyard, where we spent most of our time, was perfect. The location was good, with easy freeway access, & close to Oldtown. We had no issues with access, & our host was great!

Convenient location, easy keypad access, back yard has a beautiful pool and plenty of outdoor games, pool table provided lots of indoor fun, enjoyed a few movies with the multiple tv streaming services, kitchen has everything needed for the days we ate in, comfortable beds, appreciated a full bath for each bedroom - Village Grove is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Scottsdale area.

Only going to focus on what is not been updated and needs it, in the rooms we used. There was only 2 of us. Front entry, the window and the ledge was dirty. First impression. Master bedroom, top mattress appeared to be smaller and the box spring and the box spring looked OLD. Master bedroom/closet, needs new carpet, it is filthy and was loose (ripples and is a tripping hazard). Master Bath rugs needs to be replaced, tripping hazard. They moved and not stay put. Master shower head has very little pressure and glass is spotted. Dishwasher smelled of mold and was wet, so guessing maybe the heat/sanitize cycle is never used or is broken. Coffee pot stained brown, ie never scrubbed? Pantry shelves needs maybe to be lined with paper to wiped down as they looked dirty. Visible fingerprints on kitchen cupboards. I found 2 opened packages of ground coffee to use in the pantry, guess I missed fresh coffee was not available. Bring bottled water as water/ice cubes tasted off from what we were used to. (were not from AZ). Did not use pool, but would be nice to have a handle to get in and out. To step down to the first step is maybe a good foot down. (have a bad knee) Will post pictures if the review will allow me to in the next step.

The house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. We enjoyed the lovely back yard and refreshing pool during the 100-degree weather (sorry we didn't get to use the firepit due to the heat!) The location was great being in close proximity to many key attractions and restaurants. Really liked the open concept of the home and the A/V set-up. Eddie was a great host who promptly answered all our questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Carpets need cleaned or replaced. Trash needs to be cleaned up around property. The trash can in the front needs to be emptied and moved.

Had a great comfortable stay here. Loved the house and the amenities. The home is very well thought out and I appreciated how chill the street was and did not have any issues during my stay! Definitely recommend this location

The property was beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-stocked. We had a party of eight women, and everything was great. Eddy was great to work with, from booking to checkout, answering any question we had. We would definitely book with him again!

First off, the host is very accommodating! He was easy to get ahold of and very nice. The house is great, slept 7 comfortably and had great additions in the pool table, poker sets and a ton of inflatables for the pool. The pool itself is great, it’s got both shallow and a very deep end. Overall an amazing stay!

This property was absolutely amazing. It was extremely clean and is in a very convenient location. Very close to old town Scottsdale, where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants and entertainment to take in. The pool and outdoor backyard area was very nice. Plenty of chairs and tables if you come with family members or other guests. I really enjoyed the barbecue pit. What a unexpected surprise that was. The refrigerator and freezer is like something. You would see in a five star restaurant. It is absolutely huge. The oversized gas stove was awesome as well. You will love the large countertops and large table in the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of pans, cooking utensils, and supplies. The bedrooms were perfectly sized. There are walk-in showers in two of the bathrooms. There are oversized TVs located in every room. There’s a really neat pool table there, which regretfully we did not take advantage of. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s definitely as advertised and you will not be disappointed.

This home is exactly like the photos! It was perfect. We enjoyed the pool everyday and evening. It was very relaxing to enjoy the evening sky in the backyard. The location was exactly what we wanted to be able to get to the Scottsdale baseball stadium for the Pac 12 tournament. Amazing restaurants very close to the home. We will come stay again.

The house was perfect for my family! Tons of space and a great location. The pool was a big hit and would definitely reccommend for anyone traveling to Scottsdale or surrounding areas.

Really needed relaxation time after son’s long AAU tournament In Arizona. Family joined us the first night and was so disappointed that they weren’t going to be able to stay and enjoy the house and it’s perks. The house had everything we needed and more. I love that there was a book that told us all of the local places to go; sports bar, fancy restaurants, brunch etc. The house was super clean and the set up was perfect for vacationing. Played pool, got on elliptical, sun bathed, cooked, listened to music and drank a few cocktails. Only recommendation would be to run a cleaner through washing machine because it had a little smell to it. Other than that I would recommend this house and stay again. Can’t forget to mention how responsive Eddie was 👍

Our family has stayed in multiple rentals over the years, but this one takes the cake!! LOVED the open layout of the house, the heated pool, the backyard, Sonos music & TV’s to watch March Madness! Eddie (the owner) was super helpful & fantastic to communicate with! The location was perfect too! We will definitely be back & highly recommend!

Terrific property. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Pool table inside, putting green, swimming pool, covered patio, corn hole. Big screen tv’s everywhere. Extremely clean and assorted conveniences. Spices and coffee. Plenty of plates and cups. Monster refrigerator freezer unit. Make a quick grocery run and you are in great shape for days. Large comfortable rooms and a really nice outdoor area. Highly recommend.
