This condo was the most well stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. They had everything you could think of and more. We really appreciated that. The condo was super clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the boats go by. The pool was perfect for the kids. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but not terrible. We would love to stay here again!

This condo was immaculate and loaded with everything you could possibly need! It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels and a wagon to transport them all to the beach! We loved sitting on the lanai with the beautiful view. The games came in clutch when the weather wasn’t cooperating. We had a great time and loved this condo!

Our stay was lovely! The condo was very well equipped, sparkling clean, and comfortably furnished! The view was beautiful and the wildlife was plentiful. Wonderful stay waking up to sunrise every morning. White sand of Siesta Key just a short walk away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Midnight Cove 11. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way possible, is immaculate and beautifully situated. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We had all we needed for a relaxing holiday We loved sitting on the lanai watching the many boats go by. The lanai is also perfect to view wonderful sunrises. This is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. Thank you Jim and Audrey for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. We wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to return.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom Top floor condo with stunning views of the intercostal waterway…..Kitchen had everything you could imagine and more….Very clean unit….We will be back soon

What a wonderful experience in Siesta Key. The beaches were beautiful, food was good but the Condo was over the top. Extremely clean, very comfortable and beyond well stocked with the finest kitchen and living environment. This condo has everything you need for an amazing stay. Extremely spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Has everything you need for beach, cart, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. nothing needed to be packed except your clothes. The walk to beach is about 10 mins but the view of the intracoastal makes it worth it. Short walk to fun restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this condo at Midnight Cove 2!

Our trip to Siesta Key was wonderful and we couldn't have gotten a better Condo to stay at. The Condo was immaculate and had everything you could ask for. The views from the lanai were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at Audrey and Jim’s condo and our third time staying at Midnight Cove II. We loved watching the boats go by from the lanai and watching dolphins play in the intercostal water way. This is the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to SK for 17 years- Paper-towel, tp, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, laundry detergent, the best beach chairs, noodles, and beach toys. We also love Midnight Cove II. The property is beautiful. We always get the best family photos with the beautiful trees and the bay in the background.

This was by far the best rental we’ve stayed in. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation! We appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for beach time. My girls loved the games and beach toys as well. If you like to cook on vacation (I don’t lol) there’s everything you could possibly need. We loved watching the boats and dolphins from the lanai. The grounds were very well kept with a nice pool and just a short walk to the beach. Also a short walk to Daiquiri Deck, Captain Curt’s and ice cream. The owners were great with communicating everything you need for easy check in and stay- they obviously pride on maintaining a beautiful condo. Loved it!! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful stay at James & Audrey’s property. The property was immaculate and just as advertised. The location was perfect for our needs, short walk to the pool, beach and short drive to the village. We have stayed on Siesta Key many times and this was are most enjoyable stay yet. We highly recommend James and Audrey's property and hope to return in future years.

The owners of this beautiful condo have thought of everything you need to make your trip to Siesta Key a memorable one. You only need to bring your personal belongings (and food should you want to cook at home). This was our final and the best of our 3 weeks in Florida! The apartment was beautifully decorated, immaculate, clean, well stocked and had all we needed for a relaxing holiday. We cooked in most evenings, and there was enough crockery to have hosted a dinnerparty for 10!! Thankfully there were just the 2 of us! We loved eating in the lanai, drinking wine and watching the boats go by. We even saw a crocodile in the water one evening! Thank you for a memorable stay!!

This property was very clean and just as described. We have never stayed in a place so well stocked with supplies. It was so nice sitting on the lanai watching the boats. We would stay here again.

Our family of four loved staying here! We’ve been to Siesta multiple times and this condo was our favorite! We loved the bay view! We saw dolphins, manatees, and lots of boat traffic! Sitting on the lanai every day was the perfect spot! The condo is also very well appointed! It had more than any other rental we’ve stayed in before which made it feel more like staying in your own home. We enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! We hope to stay here again when we return to Siesta Key!

The condo is immaculate, organized, in a great location and fairly priced. There is not much more you could ask for if you know Siesta Key. No, it is not directly on the Gulf side. No, there is not a “private beach”. No, there is not a beach attendant setting up your chaise lounge. These things can all be had for a price – a very stiff price. But for many, the amenities of Midnight Cove II are more than sufficient, especially if you are renting Audrey and Jim’s unit. Let’s start with location. This condo is on the bay side; directly on the bay side on the top (third) floor with a lanai directly overlooking the bay. It is peaceful and relaxing, yet there is always something to see with the boat traffic, birds, dolphins and manatees. All of this is maybe 15 yards from your lanai. Yes, you can fish right in front of your unit. Midnight Cove II is near the Stickney Point Bridge. This is an advantageous spot to be able to get to your condo and avoid the long lines of traffic that build up on the road to the Village. From the condo you can then walk (appx. 100 yards) to a small grocery, numerous restaurants, a marina, a bike and kayak rental shop, ice cream, etc. This is the Crescent Beach center. The condo has a private beach access point right across the street with a well-marked and flashing crosswalk. Their section of the beach is officially between Siesta Royale and the “regular” Midnight Cove. {{Midnight Cove and Midnight Cove II are side by side, look almost identical and share a canal, but they are different.}} In practice, you also mostly have a large section of the Siesta Royale beach as their beach attendants set up further back from the beach. And depending on how busy it is, Midnight Cove gives up a bit of territory also, both on the side and especially in front. We were there during one of the busiest weeks of the year, Spring Break in high season, and there was never an issue to set up your beach gear practically any where you wanted. Speaking of gear, Audrey and Jim have everything you need except a fishing pole. There are 8 beach chairs – 4 high, 4 low - 2 umbrellas, coolers, toys, and a rolling beach cart to get everything there. You do not have to pack anything extra from home for the beach. It is about a 10-minute walk when fully loaded with the cart to get to the beach.
