We had a wonderful time here. Everything that you need is here for you. Stocked kitchen, thick towels and comfy beds. Great communication with owners. I loved watching the boats and sunrises on the enclosed porch. I loved being here and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is visiting the siesta key area.

This condo is easily the nicest one we have ever rented. The view is amazing- the lanai is large and accessed from both the master and the living room. We watched dolphins and manatees morning and night- and loved watching the boats go by. They have it equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is large and is perfect for cooks! There are so many pots and pans, dishes glassware and flatware- all new and in really excellent condition. It was such a pleasure coming back to this home after a day at the beach. The location is really nice- you can walk to some restaurants or hop on the trolley to go up to the village. The beach is across the street but we also enjoyed going to Turtle Beach as well. Would love to rent again if we go back to Siesta Key!

Audrey and Jim’s top floor unit has the very best views on the property of the intercostal waterways…Their spacious two bedroom two bathroom unit was exceptionally clean and has everything you need for a tropical getaway…..We will book shortly for next year!!!….Communication is outstanding

The condo was absolutely clean and comfortable. Very easy to check-in. All staff and even more available. Nice view to the chanel. And close to the beach. Beach is amazing. In evening you can meet a lot of baby tortillas. Very cool. So satisfying!

My family and I stayed here for a week in August. Cannot say enough good things about the space, condo property, and host. The online photos are accurate, yet don't fully capture how amazing it is to wake up and eat breakfast as you catch dolphins and various boats just feet away on the intracoastal. The condo is stocked with amenities! More than any other location. Since we flew in, and couldn't pack much, this was much appreciated. A wonderful (albeit hot) stay ON Siesta Key!

This condo was the most well stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. They had everything you could think of and more. We really appreciated that. The condo was super clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the boats go by. The pool was perfect for the kids. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but not terrible. We would love to stay here again!

This condo was immaculate and loaded with everything you could possibly need! It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels and a wagon to transport them all to the beach! We loved sitting on the lanai with the beautiful view. The games came in clutch when the weather wasn’t cooperating. We had a great time and loved this condo!

What a wonderful experience in Siesta Key. The beaches were beautiful, food was good but the Condo was over the top. Extremely clean, very comfortable and beyond well stocked with the finest kitchen and living environment. This condo has everything you need for an amazing stay. Extremely spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Has everything you need for beach, cart, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. nothing needed to be packed except your clothes. The walk to beach is about 10 mins but the view of the intracoastal makes it worth it. Short walk to fun restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this condo at Midnight Cove 2!

Our trip to Siesta Key was wonderful and we couldn't have gotten a better Condo to stay at. The Condo was immaculate and had everything you could ask for. The views from the lanai were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at Audrey and Jim’s condo and our third time staying at Midnight Cove II. We loved watching the boats go by from the lanai and watching dolphins play in the intercostal water way. This is the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to SK for 17 years- Paper-towel, tp, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, laundry detergent, the best beach chairs, noodles, and beach toys. We also love Midnight Cove II. The property is beautiful. We always get the best family photos with the beautiful trees and the bay in the background.

This was by far the best rental we’ve stayed in. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation! We appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for beach time. My girls loved the games and beach toys as well. If you like to cook on vacation (I don’t lol) there’s everything you could possibly need. We loved watching the boats and dolphins from the lanai. The grounds were very well kept with a nice pool and just a short walk to the beach. Also a short walk to Daiquiri Deck, Captain Curt’s and ice cream. The owners were great with communicating everything you need for easy check in and stay- they obviously pride on maintaining a beautiful condo. Loved it!! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful stay at James & Audrey’s property. The property was immaculate and just as advertised. The location was perfect for our needs, short walk to the pool, beach and short drive to the village. We have stayed on Siesta Key many times and this was are most enjoyable stay yet. We highly recommend James and Audrey's property and hope to return in future years.
