This is a beautiful property with a gorgeous view and access to a nice walking area. The house had everything we needed.

Unexpectedly the owner has paid significant attention to all house details. The house is lovely with spectacular views! Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. My stay was simple, quiet, restful, and productive. The upstairs windows and looking out to the ocean felt like an elevated tower. It was fun and a pleasure to cook while looking at the sea. I hope to be back and will definitely rent this house again .

This was one of my favorite VRBO properties. We loved Yachats! We fell asleep listening to the waves. We could walk to the beach in Yachats and would frequently see seals there. We visited Thor's Well, Cape Perpetua, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and Devil's Churn. It was a wonderful trip, and we plan on returning.

It worked out perfectly for our family. We had a 2 year old with us and the gate at the top of the stairs was a necessary feature. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The overall property was clean. Plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. Staying at this property was a great experience and would stay there again.

Booked this trip to enjoy the coast with my family visiting from Europe and it did not disappoint. The house was in a great location outside of Yachats and had everything we needed. The house is spacious for 5 adults and one infant, the beds were all very comfortable, the house was very clean and the kitchen well appointed. Couldn’t have been better!

Great place; not too far from town and scenic places of interest.

I cannot find a single thing negative to say about this property, it’s location, and the sweet town of Yachats. This is exactly what we came for. Enjoyed every single thing. Staying with Sweet Homes is highly recommended.

Very welcoming super clean and very well stocked. We were surprisingly closer to the ocean than i thought. The beds and the furniture was very comfortable and so close to so many things we wanted to see on the Oregon coast. Loved this beach house. Thank you

Great location, very close to amazing tide pools full of anenomes and sea stars. Rocky shore, be prepared to give your knees and ankles a workout. Short driving distance to several other scenic places. The home has a great layout, very spacious. We had four adults but the house would easily accommodate a larger group. Very clean especially the towels, which are laundered by a service. Everything was great but I would go back just for this. Have definitely stayed at other rentals that were clean but had mildewy towels. Not right on the shore but still a lovely view from the kitchen and living areas. Nice new LR furniture since the online pics, which really don't do the place justice. Husband and I and both adult kids pleasantly surprised. A couple appliance issues that we were warned about in advance, water heater replaced during our stay and the washer is probably fixed by now. Neither affected our stay. Well equipped kitchen for a rental (rental quality, if you are fussy bring your own knives).

The house was perfect for our family! Wonderful views of the ocean, and great beach exploring right down the street. The house is conveniently located close to town. The location is also ideal for exploring beaches, hikes and parks in the area. We were sad to leave!

Very good. Thought we had reserved a one story on the ocean. Surprised to find a two story thst we had to use the stairs. To come or go. My husband was able to negotiate the stairs so it all worked out.

My best friend and I stayed here - we relaxed and enjoyed this beautiful home and ventured around the area, could walk into Yachats - would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and next time we will bring more friends as there is so much room and great layout!

Perfect for our group!! Entire home was great. Child gate at the stairs was very good feature. Large fenced yard was also a great feature. Kitchen was very good. The only thing we couldn’t find was a pizza pan. Games garage was very nice as well.

This property is in an ideal Yachats location, and it would be great for a larger group (2-3 couples or equivalent). We loved looking out the upstairs picture window and watching the surf come in mornings, or the sunset at evening. The walk from the location of the house to Yachats town is absolutely beautiful, and relatively short (about 15 min). The property was very clean and well-kept. Our only wish is that there had been just *a little bit* of coffee for the Keurig on that first morning. Otherwise, lovely. Fenced yard good for both dogs and outdoor parties.

The home is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy time together and time apart; comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, game room is perfect, fenced yard is wonderful for furbabies. Location is perfect for getting to the ocean when the sun peaks out and for watching the tide come and go.

This beautiful place is definitely one of the best we've stayed in. The property managers were communicative from the start and even called me on check-in day to say we can check-in early! Upon walking in for the first time, the place was warm and inviting. We were impressed with the nice, thoughtful touches of holiday decorations (especially the Christmas tree), along with the regular decor, around the house. This place is perfectly furnished. The showers had great pressure and consistent hot water. This place was impeccably clean and spotless. The kitchen is beautiful and updated with all modern appliances and accessories. We were quite impressed with how clean and pristine the kitchen was. The activities in the recreation room/garage provided fun entertainment for us adults (darts, ping pong). Many laughs transpired as we tried to hit the ball back and forth. The location of this house is amazing - just about one mile south of Yachats' main strip. Also, the view of the ocean, especially from the second floor, is incredible. We would definitely rent this place again.

This house is close enough to the water to have a pretty nice view of the ocean. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I love to cook, which is why I like to stay in a house vs a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked, although they didn't have any spices, which you can usually find at least some leftovers from other guests, and I of course forgot all the spices I needed for my dishes.

This is a great place for family with or without children. It is close to the tide pools, the sandy beaches and several attractions such as sea lion caves, local shops and even a hospital in Newport, or a clinic in Waldport. The beach is a short walk along a path so you don't have to walk along Hwy 101. The firepit outside is nice for cool evenings to roast marshmellows. The garage has been turned into a game room with ping pong, fus ball, and other activities.

A beautiful residence, with window view and short walk to seaside and tide pools. Quiet. Home was clean and well stocked with all kitchen and bath supplies, and 2 'frig's !, and game room a brilliant touch, for our stay. Short walk to charming Yachats, short drive to many coastal sights, but I guess nothing can be done about 101 traffic!? Thank you, Miller Family

This home exceeded our expectations! It was super clean and comfortable. The views were really amazing, and we loved exploring the tide pools right in front of the house. Yachats was such a cute town and easy to get to, plus you are so close to Cape Perpetua, which was gorgeous. All and all this house was just perfect for our family. We loved the ping pong table too!

There was absolutely nothing to not like about this property! Comfortable beds; best equipped kitchen of any short term rental we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at a LOT; walkable to tidal pools, sand beach (at low tide), and town; garage converted to Rex rooms and you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. And it was CLEAN.

Never having been at this property I didn't know what to expect. The first thing that hit me was the cleanliness. Everything sparkled. Our family had a fabulous vacation with plenty of things to do including puzzles and board games plus all the TVs. The tide pools were great for the children and the dog! Thank you.
