Das Treppenhaus war durchgehend zugänglich

Sehr gute Emailkommunikation. Kleine Küchenzeile war ideal für die Selbstversorgung. Helles Zimmer. Gemütlich. Nachteil: kein Aufzug. Dunkel gestrichenes Treppenhaus. Innenstadtlage ist optimal für alles Aktivitäten in Würzburg. Viel kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Die Lage

Das Apartment war nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht das Zimmer und Bad putzen. Außerdem die benutzten Betten abziehen und neu beziehen. Ganz schlechte Organisation. Preis Leistung nicht gut.

The position. The decorations are nice.

Too many stairs and it doesn’t have a washing machine.

Apartment near the town center (10 minutes by walk). Not perfcet but it has everything you need

Self check-in not perfect. The apartment was a little bit neglected. For this last reason maybe too much expensive

Location near everything Grocery and cable car from Train Station nearby. Lots of restaurants and the famous bridge nearby. Pleasant room with Frig ( no freezer) small kitchen and table. Great access when we first came. with code to get key

Stayed on 2nd floor no elevator. We had little luggage so it was ok but higher rooms would have been a problem Internet came and went. No AC

Despite being situated on the third floor, our ability to sleep throughout the night was greatly hindered due to the excessively noisy party held at the bar located beneath the building, which persisted until 3 am.

the room not suitable for four persons, sofa bed was too old and the appartment didn’t prepare all towel and blanket for four persons that I had to call the staff and waiting for maid almost two hours.

There was no hot water! and no any information that the amount have to be pain on automate at the entry. Cold Shower was not what I was expected..

Very stylish apartment. Location is fabulous. In old town and near the river and that wonderful bridge! A multitude of wonderful places to eat and drink, in every direction out of the apartment,

Some non feather pillows( allergic), although I made do with cushions.

There wasn't a lift so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of steps. Not good at our age but the accommodation was clean and modern and very well located.

Should have a lift or advise clients in advance.

terrible for high age people because hotel don’t have elevator, the hotel have to tell the customer for detail of facilities, we didn’t read on the comments so we don’t know until we ask later which we can’t cancel any more because we already paid.

Central location but a quiet apartment set well back from a road. With a good bar and steakhouse downstairs and lots of eateries nearby, there's no need to do any cooking !

Located centrally close to the Rathaus, river and attractions; within 15 minutes walk of the railway station; nearby bakery, supermarket and other shops, cafes etc. Coloured wallpaper and matching towels and crockery; some nice vases and candles Spacious and nicely fitted bathroom; plenty of towel rails and hooks, bathroom cabinet Large fridge (though no freezer/ ice-making facility) Lighting provision reasonable and quite tasteful Pleasant and friendly messages from hosts who eventually responded to some of our queries and complaints (see below)

This was a noisy property as owners have their own nightclub located below; customers stand outside the club shouting and smoking well into the night with the noise & smell coming up into the flat. We expect city noise - vehicles and construction - but the club was a misleading omission as "quiet hours" from 22.00 are mentioned in the description The flat suffered from poor use of space; it felt very hot, cramped and rather dark (the deep blue flowered wallpaper felt oppressive for me though some people might like it); limited space for clothes and only a single person easy chair in the living space; eating was at a small high table with uncomfortable high perching stools; no lengthwise mirror provided. I felt that despite the owners' aspirations to create style, it did not merit the "boutique" label due to a lack of the extras, small luxuries and equipment that would be expected. Failings included: - Lack of Wi-Fi and Internet for the first two days (until fixed) - this was incredibly inconvenient; I could not even make any mobile calls. Yet "free Wifi" was included in the description. - The small kitchenette was woefully underprovided with utensils, knives and cooking equipment; no coffee maker of any kind; fridge was not very clean (mould at the bottom); kettle and microwave were on a high shelf which I felt was unsafe as well as inconvenient; no cupboards to store food; of the small supply of basics provided, the cooking oil was 7 months out of date - suggests lack of attention - Missing lightbulb (again it took 2 days to replace it) - also the bedside light was hanging out of the wall - again lack of attention to detail - Bathroom was the best room but even here the drain in the shower was partially blocked, therefore the tray constantly filled up with wash water The hosts responded to some of our queries but did not reply to others. Overall I felt it did not offer good value for money and was disappointing.

The location is perfect, quite close to city center. I have parked my car in the garage near the apartment, the day price for parking is quite ok for this location. The apartment is quite clean and modern designed.

The apartment is incredibly stylish and cosy furnished. We really felt so comfy as at home. It has a very romantic vibe with the view of the City Hall tower and the sound of the cathedral’s bells. The small kitchen is really well-equipped. A perfect apartment and not only for a short weekend stay.

For us it was not a problem, but you have to be aware that there is no lift. And when you get to the apartment, it feels extremely cold. However, the heating system works perfectly, it just takes a couple of hours until the apartment gets nicely warm.
