Nice hotel in a great location. Welcome drink upon arrival.

Mini bar fridge does not keep anything even slightly cold which is frustrating in summer. No air conditioning- only fan. Biggest issue was house cleaners knocking on doors at 7.30am-8.00am and banging and crashing with moving vacuum etc

Well located and easy to find. Room gorgeous and bed very comfortable. Historic building.

Rooms look over central square with bus station, room was very noisy with windows open. Free-standing air con unit not working properly, so room very hot with the windows shut. The hotel is really a B&B- no bar or restaurant facilities. Nice though and lots of places to eat nearby

Excellent central location close to station. Family hotel with lots of period charm and character; staff excellent.

It was very hot during our stay so had the windows open at night as while there are fans there is no air conditioning. it was unfortunately quite noisy with late night revellers, early delivery lorries and sound echoing. Nothing to be done about that. didn’t detract from our enjoyment of this lovely hotel

When we initially booked, I wanted a room with a bath-tub. Upon check-in, the room we were allocated did not look like the images on the property site and we asked if we could change - as this was not what we expected. The changed our room and we were allocated the room on the image - which was lovely. Very comfortable spacious room.

The lifts did not work - so dragging luggage up 2 flights of stairs not ideal. Check the room you booked carefully, not all of them look like the image shown. Our initial room was not as nice as the one allocated to us after we requested a change.

The staff is very friendly. I left my charger in the plug at hotel room, luckiky I am still within germany and after a call, the staff found my charger and willing to deliver my charger with DeutschPost to my location without cost. What a Great service they have!

The breakfast was carefully served and good assorted. Also the quality of the materia prima was well choosen.

The room 401 was corner attic position. Extremely small seemed like an pigeon cage. Not fair to rent it as a standard double. Room including bathroom is about circa 11 sqm but being conical the ceiling is not more than 7-8 sqm. Hotel does not have his own parking but you just get a ticket from the hotel to have a discounted parking fee of 12 eur / night. However the parking is 200 meters away. The lobby room shown on the website is a lot more dated than it looks on the foto.

The suite we had was extraordinary, and we enjoyed very much to stay in the city center.. The stuff was very professional and they made our stage very pleasant..

I cannot think of anything negative.

Nice, old building, fancy room's design, elegant breakfast room, friendly staff and tasty breakfast with large scale of choice.

The suites are beautiful and personalized. This family-run hotel makes you really feel at home. The personnel are very professional but also very lovely and do whatever they can to put you at your ease! I highly recommend this hotel: it’s definitely a plus in your Würzburg experience!!!

Maybe the rooms should also be provided with harder pillows (I found the ones in the room too soft… but probably this is a clash with Italian habits, which require harder pillows!)

very nice boutique hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff

This is a charming, centrally located hotel near the Market Platz. We were able to walk to the Christmas Markets and enjoy ourselves. Breakfast was outstanding. We stayed in the family room, which was two bedrooms and a bathroom. Lots of space and very comfortable. You have to go up stairs to access the room however.

Staff at reception were a little off-putting at first, but we got used to them.
