We loved the location, it was very close to the location where the Christmas markets were. there were planty of places nearby to have a nice dinner as well.

Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to eat at the hotel's restaurant because it was full and in the morning we couldn't bring our small dog into the breakfast room.

The team working at the hotel is very helpful and friendly, located in the old town and 15 minutes on foot away from the main train station

Breakfast is very restricted both in food and in quantities. Although you mention your breakfast time (you are unfortunately committed to a timing) so that the reception can plan breakfasts without queues, at 9.30 (breakfast ends at 10) many things are already missing and do not get replaced or if some get replaced,they get replaced late,after you have waited or chosen something else. I would not book breakfast if i stayed at the hotel again

Very helpful staff and nice breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Hotel accommodated our requests to the point. Me and my family had a great stay.

I thought that the staff were very friendly from when I arrived to when I left. Was also dead central of the city which made it easy to move around
