Very bad experience I already booked a room but when we reached hotelier not received our booking.

It was not bad. Room was clean, wash room was clean but shower was broken. Room was not spacious that's the drawback rest all was good.

Guy receptionist at night was only interested in watching things in his mobile and was least bothered about customer.

room size is too small and bedsheets are not proper clean .....

Landline was not working

Room service, very bad room maintenance, staff was very bad, food is also very bad

Location is the sole okay factor

ambiguous location (no signage regarding the hotel), cramped rooms, not even a double bed (2 joined single beds were there) as stated in info for the room, had electric kettle could have kept a few pouches of tea or coffee else what was the use of keeping just the kettle, disappointing breakfast, toiletries had to ask for numerous times
