The main living room area is amazing, very high ceilings, and Beautiful. Cool design. Really nice bath in the master bedroom.

The electric kept cutting out. We couldn’t take a shower because the water wasn’t working. The electric cut out, but we reset it many times. Therefore the air-conditioning was not working and it was boiling hot! This Villa has too many problems that need to be fixed! we had to check out to another Villa because this one had no electricity and the air-conditioning does not work properly. The house is absolutely boiling hot.

Amazing structure with beautifully designed rooms , large spaces and love the thatch roof it does look as amazing in person as the photos , the gardens are well kept and beautiful.

Some things didn’t work and it wouldn’t be suitable for everybody, the spa just didn’t work only one bubble jet worked and it was as cold as the pool was, the power went out multiple times in our last day I think related to the pool as well. The rooms didn’t need so many tvs, one in the main room would have been enough, young kids will just watch tv when they can,. older people will hate the bridge over the pool as it’s steep with no arm rail (ok for younger people) but a 70+ age group would struggle and walking around the pool to the outside rooms is a pain. Location: mmmm during the day a walk to anywhere involves barking dogs, jumping over open sewers and dodging mopeds and cars on both sides of the road at anytime, at night double the stress, google might say the beach at Sanur is 20mins walk but…….. transport is always better and having someone’s WhatsApp number for a bemo is the best option and 100000 idr to Sanur beach area and 600000 for a whole day worked well. Don’t get me wrong I’m staying here again just be aware of the location, plenty of fantastic food just a ten min walk away I even went shopping and cooked

It was a little out of the way but few good restaurants nearby and easy to catch scooter or GOJEK

The villa is spacious and clean, the onsite helper is only too willing to assist and very pleasant. The pool is lovely and we were very safe. There is a cafe at the end of the driveway and we enjoyed lovely brunch there a couple of times. A deli is also close by.

My daughter was in Canada and I live in Darwin. We saved up a show on Netflix that we both wanted to watch and we looked forward to a day of mother daughter time just chilling. The internet connection couldn't support it and it was also not functional for 2 days. We were all unable to access internet for that time although the manager did remedy the problem as quickly as he could by bringing in IT people.
