Very comfortable spacious house with outdoor space. Owner thought of everything. Perfect for families. Lake just a few steps across the road. The lakeside is done out lovely, with picnic benches and pier and canoe. Highly recommend.

Clean, spacious rooms with all modern appliances, The location suited us as we were within easy reach of various sights in Leitrim, Sligo, Fermanagh and even Belfast.

I don't think it is suitable for small children as it is too near the busy roads and there is no garden for play or fresco dining.

Great house with super hosts. Highly recommend for family breaks.

Great house with everything we needed! Loved the electronic dartboard, cosy bbq area (indoor) and lake on your doorstep. We took the canoe out for an afternoon and the views were spectacular. Will be back for sure 😊 Breda was very friendly

We had a lovely stay here, enjoyed every moment. We felt like at home with all that was prepared for us. Our host Breda is the nicest person, kids loved the goodies she left for us in the house. Rooms nice, clean, comfy beds, just what you need for a perfect relax. Would recommend 100 %.

We appreciated the generous breakfast left for us, along with the games and books. The children loved the sports equipment, outdoor rooms, swings and football available in the large private yard. The owner directed us to a nice walk down by the lake, which we enjoyed. The location is good, but be warned that it is on a junction, so although the area is quiet, the traffic may wake you. This spacious property was great value for money.

Having to have cash on hand to pay for the electricity at the end of the trip was awkward; since covid hit, we rarely carry cash any more and needed to go and find an ATM to get this. I don't object to the charge, but would have preferred to have it rolled into the price up front.

Lovely location, the house was well equipped and comfortable. It was nice that there was milk, bread etc left for us. A nice touch.

I asked the lady if its was an 11.30 check out and she said that there were people booking in the day we were leaving and could we leave early. We agreed on 11am but they came at 10.35 which was inconvenient but not a problem. I also did not realise that the cost of electricity is extra she said she would read the meter when we were leaving. It was 3 Euro. We were paying 132 Euro a night I would expect that electricity would be included.

The whole 3 night experience, house was exactly as advertised and equipped with everything. Location was perfect for walks/fishing & view's. Host very friendly.. Kildare 🇮🇪

Everything was brilliant...

A tiny thing... Busy road with alot of lorries going by.. But nothing that would stop me from going back...

We loved the outside area and all the sports equipment was great for example the balls the badminton rackets etc.Holiday

We found the WiFi was a bit weak. My son loves his technology but found it difficult to get good coverage.

Lovely quiet location, great hosts and nice walks locally. Great base to explore Leitrim and surrounding counties.

WiFi and tv were an issue, no Irish channels on tv and WiFi stopped working on day 3.

We enjoyed our weekend at the farmhouse. A lovely welcome package of goodies and Breda was very helpful with nearby places to visit. The house had everything you would need and was clean and comfortable.
