O hotel é muito bonito. Tem um lindo lago com carpas coloridas em meio a um jardim impecável. O atendimento dos funcionários é extremamente cordial, especialmente do Phu, que buscou nos ajudar em tudo que precisamos e ainda nos ofereceu um banho para depois do último passeio, mesmo depois do check out, o que nos propiciou uma viagem mais confortável para o próximo destino. Pessoa incrível mesmo. Hotel nota 10.

Ottimo hotel nel cuore di Tam Coc. Perfetti i servizi offerti, come banco escursioni, servizio lavanderia ad ottimi prezzi, noleggio bici. Staff molto disponibile, nota di merito a Phuc che ci ha aiutato in qualsiasi cosa. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e di utilizzare la doccia della piscina. Camera spaziosa e pulita dotata di ogni confort (anche la cassaforte). Colazione buona e varia, presente anche la parte dolce.

Hotel com localização fantástica. O manager Phuc é simplesmente inexcedível na procura da melhor experiência para os hóspedes. Óptimo pequeno almoço, quartos amplos e limpos.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Obst zum Frühstück war hervorragend und die Betten äußerst bequem. Wir kamen um 5 Uhr morgens mit dem Nachtbus an und wurden eingelassen und konnten ein Frühstück gegen Bezahlung einnehmen.

Die warmen Gerichte beim Frühstück sahen nicht sehr einladend aus. Es konnten jedoch frische Eier und Suppe bestellt werden

Todo! El mejor hotel en nuestra estancia en el país. Phuc y el resto del staff son un 10, las instalaciones, la habitación súper nueva, camas comodisimas, el baño muy nuevo y el desayuno súper completo.

Pour 35 dollars, la chambre avec 1 grand lit et 1 lit simple était parfaite. Très propre, avec du matériel neuf et le nécessaire. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ce 3 étoiles nous a séduits, ma femme et moi.

The bikes were free to use but needed maintenance we ended up hiring the next day.

The staff were very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean - very modern villa and great location also. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again

The breakfast was very early between 7-9, it was a buffet and the spread wasn’t great but that’s all I could fault

Absolute TOP-Lage nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt. Fahrradverleih im Hotel kostenlos sowie ein günstiger Roller-Verleih. Schöner kleiner Ort, der allerdings schon stark touristisch geprägt ist. Mit dem Roller sind die meisten umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu erreichen.

Der Frühstückskaffee hätte besser sein können ... :-)

Very good location, perfect staff. We were in bigger room, it is higly recommended.

One hand the view was beautiful from our room, but on the other hand we could also see a garbagedump which was infront of our appartman.

Un bon standing pour un prix correct. L'hôtel est très clean, et se situe au fond d'une ruelle calme près de tout (restaus, activités touristiques). Les chambres-villas indépendantes se trouvent dans un environnement zen et silencieux. Grande douche propre et agréable avec eau chaude instantanément et produits renouvelés chaque jour. Petit dej buffet complet, il y a pas mal de choix. Prêt de vélos et location de scooter. La réception et la communication ont été parfaites. Phuc, le manager est omniprésent, s'occupe de tout, de la réception au buffet du breakfast avec beaucoup d'efficacité et de professionnalisme. Il nous a proposé de réserver nos billets de bus de nuit pour la suite du voyage, c'est beaucoup plus simple que de courir en ville et essayer de se faire comprendre ou de réserver par internet. Il nous a même accompagnés jusqu'au bus, sans quoi nous ne l'aurions pas trouvé étant donné qu'il n'est pas entré sur la place des bus ! Merci à lui ! Tout le personnel est très avenant, souriant et compétent.

We hadden een familiekamer, normaal voor 3 personen, deze was erg ruim en comfortabel. Heerlijke douche. Gevarieerd ontbijt met ook westerse opties. Service was ook top, personeel wist alles en kon ons overal mee helpen.

El desayuno muy bueno, la amabilidad del personal, la ubicación. Como viajábamos tarde nos quedamos ahí sin habitación pero nos permitieron quedarnos en la piscina y bañarnos en un baño habilitado para eso, que si bien no era la gran cosa, cumplía bien el objetivo.

Poca agua caliente, tiene que ser una ducha muy breve.

Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter in die Innenstadt, dafür aber etwas ruhiger; Kostenlose Fahrräder; sehr freundliches Personal; es wurde sich um unsere Wäsche gekümmert; wir haben Ausflugstipps erhalten; es wurde sich um Taxis und Roller gekümmert usw.

Great central location. Comfortable and value for money. Generous buffet breakfast. Pleasant pool and outside area. Le Phuc, the manager/concierge, was particularly helpful and accommodating.

Unfortunately they had hot water issues for most of our stay but the manager found a solution using the pool facilities for showers. Maintenance issues can’t be helped I suppose. No Netflix and only a very limited number of English speaking TV channels.
