Excellent place

We loved everything about the condo and location. Wish we could have stayed another week.

Our flights etc went perfectly and my son’s comment was “everything is going too well - the place is going to suck”. Completely wrong. Best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Sweeping views, huge deck, everything worked, immaculately clean, instructions were clear and complete. The kitchen had everything including an ice maker in the fridge. Insuite laundry was very convenient. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit for privacy. Complex has huge pools and never an issue getting chairs. Also large, well equipped gym. It’s about a ten minute walk to the closest groceries/restaurants but Ubers always arrived within 3 minutes for longer trips. The master shower is a little dated and only had a rain shower so it took some maneuvering when my partner didn’t want to get her hair wet but a minor inconvenience. Very well equipped with beach toys, chairs, even golf clubs and a kite. Photos truly don’t do it justice and great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing, relaxed, stress-free stay. The location was perfect and the views did not disappoint. The property was as described. We had a great time and would stay again! Everything was perfect!

Beautiful place. Very clean has everything you need and if you forgot to bring anything, there are two amazing stores just up the road. About a 5 minute walk. We tried a local bakery and some taco places as well as a brewery. We enjoyed walking around the old town San Jose and driving upto visit Tamarindos. Our favorite was Taqueria El Paisa.

Very nice property on a quiet beach and complex. Super market within walking distance and some good restaurants close by. Also enjoyed Georges at marina sjdc. Great place for a walk if you enjoy large boats. Really disappointed with Baja brewing worst meal here. This complex has pickle ball and few pools on the beach , it is not Cabo and if looking for the boom of loud music San jose is not for you. Bbq is cleaned so quick after use it made our head spin. Great vondo for a couple or family.

We have stayed at many vacation properties over the years but this property stands out. It was not equipped as a rental but rather as a home. ANYHING you might need was there. In addition the view and the gigantic balcony were amazing. Great location. Especially convenient to airport and San Jose del Cabo. Lovely stretch of beach.

The property was stunning and Nina was the best! We had a wonderful view and the condo was so spacious. Nina thought of everything and we are so grateful to have stayed at this beautiful condo. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Nina's condo was great! Nicely furnished condo, with beach chairs, beach umbrella! Nina was great to deal with, prompt replies. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. The view from the 4th floor was fantastic. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we really enjoyed the pool and grilling area. We were traveling with adult family and we all agreed our favorite was the large patio. It was a great place to relax and read, have meals or just sit at the granite counter enjoying your beverage of choice while looking at the Sea of Cortez. We are hoping for a return visit:)

We come to Southern Baha in the fall every year for the fishing and food. This property is perfect for our needs. On the beach, great view and very comfortable. Thanks Nina, we will be back.

We had an incredible stay at Nina’s condo at Las Mananitas. Waking up to the view of the blue sea and beautiful pool never got old. The condo is spacious and the strong air conditioning was welcome every time we walked in from the hot outside. The beds were comfortable and our toddler had a wonderful time running around and peering through the balcony.

We loved our quick little stay at this great property! Can’t beat the views!! Gorgeous!! This condo has so much to offer and well equipped with all your needs especially for a family!! Quiet and safe area!! So many little extras that you don’t always find at a VRBO!!! So close to many great places within walking distance!! Make sure you stop and eat lunch at Cynthia’s too! This condo is a little gem in San Jose!! 💜

Wow! We had such an amazing stay. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by icy, cold AC and the smell of clean. The condo was well stocked. And the view! It could not have been more perfect. Nina did a fantastic job answering all my emails. I sincerely hope we can visit again. It was truly a slice of heaven. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Nina was great about answering all of our questions and is a wonderful and gracious host! The resort and the condo are gorgeous, clean, and very safe. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 10th anniversary.

Nina was very helpful and answered all our questions in a reasonable amount of time. Location was absolute fabulous with a huge grocery store less than a mile away. Property was beautiful and quiet with a spectacular view. Loved that the property had everything you need like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, golf clubs, laundry detergent etc. Definitely my go to when staying in Cabo.

Other than the traffic in the Zona Hotelera, we don't have anything to complain about.

I highly recommend this beautiful villa. The unit was spotless with beautiful views. The location is walking distance to restaurants and stores. The bed in the main room was extremely comfortable. I can’t say enough about this place.

Nina makes the rental process easy and convenient. Fabulous host.
