Great family fun! You just don’t find properties like this

We traveled from Oregon for our sons wedding. It was the perfect place for us to stay with others that traveled for the wedding. We were able to relax and visit with friends and family we don’t see often enough. It was so nice having the space for the younger kids to play outside and run around. We loved taking walks on the many trails on the property. We hope to stay again in the future.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway.

We had 18 adults at this beautiful property. Our daughter got married in the backyard. It was a beautiful setting. The house is amazing as is the property. Frank was very responsive when questions arose.

We enjoyed the property with a large age range of kids. We spent one day at a water park about an hour away then enjoyed lots of “camp” style activities both inside and outside. Lots of ticks. We didn’t encounter many chiggers. Bring bug spray.

Franks place is an absolute GEM tucked away in wooded area..home looks even better in person. Very spacious home equipped w all essentials you can imagine. This was home away from home for our family of 14 short weekend getaway. Frank is a Great host and very accomodating. This by far was one of our best stays at an airbbnb. We will definitely be back for next family gathering.

We had a great time with 4 families (16 people) meeting for our annual get together. We enjoyed the frogs, toads, deer, herons and box turtles around the property. It was a perfect place to gather!

The house surpassed the pictures posted on vrbo. It's an amazing space both with the house and the property. The owners were there to greet us and show us around. They answered all questions and responded quickly to any phone call. The house easily accommodated 17 adults and 5 children. and made our reunion the success that it was. Thanks Frank and Yon

House and the location was awesome. We stayed here 5 years ago and it was great then too. Meet Frank and he introduced us to Frank and everything was great. We would like to see tvs in bedroom a, but that is being picky.

The pictures don't do it justice -- this home is great! Big kitchen, entertainment room, plenty of space for a large group to both gather and find solace separately.

If you are looking to enjoy time with family and really disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the world, this is the place to visit. It is a private retreat and such a serene setting. The house is perfectly designed for any family function, but I would think it to be perfect for any group such as wedding party, etc. The owners are super easy to reach and very sweet. I would highly recommend this property and we are certainly planning on going back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is spacious and beautiful and it was perfect for our family Christmas. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, and the Christmas tree was a very nice touch. We will definitely come back, and we will tell all our friends about it.

We've done many VRBOs over the years, and this one has been the best in terms of just about everything. Beautiful property just as advertised, great exploring, beautiful house on lots of land, more than well stocked for a family Thanksgiving with lots of room inside and out. This was the perfect house for our group to gather at. The house had enough rooms, beds, and baths that no one had any issues with space. Our group is discussing returning for another weekend trip.

This is one of the best experiences we have ever had with a vacation property. We were staying in the area for our daughter’s wedding and it became difficult to get anyone to leave for other activities as this house was so relaxing and comfortable. There was so many recreational games provided for families indoor/outdoor. We would love to return to visit family in Hopkinsville and get away from city life again. This house has ample space for large groups and the owner has thought of every detail. It would be a challenge to find a house in the same caliber as this beauty!

Our family loved the space, everyone gathers in the kitchen and this home is set up just for that, room to visit and play games, and just be together while cooking!! Secluded and beautiful, and a huge yard for our " required" family wiffle ballgame!!

We found this VRBO location through Burdoc Farms wedding venue. Our son was getting married at Burdoc Farms and we wanted some place close to this venue. We shared this house with other members of our family. Each family had their on bathroom and we still had one bathroom to spare. The large table was great for a family meal we hosted. The trails through the woods were fun to walk. Frank is a great host. The listing is very accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and utensils Hoping to go back here and do another family gathering.

We had a large group and this was a fantastic place to stay. I agree with what another said about this Property looks better than the pictures. Frank was a great host and easy to communicate with if there were any questions. Due to strong storms the power when out, he was quick to answer and to call the power company to come out and fix it. The Wi-Fi was not the best but it did give us enough service to take care of a few things when needed. I would like to have had curtains upstairs with the big window as I am not use to having that much natural light in the bedroom, but the view was so great to see. I loved getting to see the deer and turkeys in the yard. The place was very clean, private, and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped and even provided extra space in a refrigerator that was located in the garage. This is one of the top places our group has stayed.
