Close to airport, comfy bed and quick check in after long flight.

Under staffed, uncomfortable beds, AC did not work properly, breakfast not stocked 2 hours before it was over (understaffed), really my worst hotel stay in a while.

They offer a great breakfast and the staff are friendly

Wish they had usb ports in the rooms for charging stations

Soaking wet floors through out the hotel room, black mold and the staff was never around and propped open exit doors to go outside to smoke.

Location just off the highway and easy to find. Good, clean room and ample towels. Breakfast was self serve and had a good selection. Friendly staff. Cookies and lemonade were a nice touch!

Power went out in our room. No one ever showed up to fix so we got ready in the dark after waiting for an hour. It seemed to be a breaker as all the other places had power.

The price and reviews which is why I registered.

Nobody answered the phone listed for this hotel on the Booking.com website. No answering machine either. After multiple rings, it went to a busy signal. I called twice, maybe three times; each time the same result. My reservation was cancelled 3 hrs after my cc was charged on day of arrival. I found out that they called to confirm my reservation three hours after charging my card but I didn't answer because it was from an 'unknown' source and I was driving. I found this out after we arrived to check in at the hotel. My cc charges hadn't yet been removed. The female clerk stated that it would be a few days. It was after 8 pm. We hadn't eaten yet and now my husband, our two young grandchildren and myself had no place to stay in a strange city. While at the hotel being cancelled, I picked up the BW business card at the counter. The phone number listed was the same as on the Booking.com site. Shame on Best Western.
