I want to start by saying this rental was clean, neat, and had everything we needed. The Location is nested in a small harbor with plenty to do. I knew we wouldn’t be driving around much and wanted a place where things were in walking distance. The beach is steps from the property. The only downfall at this rental is there is no a/c in the units. The temp outside was around 79F in the peak of the day and the condo became very hot and humid for the better part of the day. There were fans provided, which I am extremely grateful for. I did not see this information on the listing, or I would have rented a small a/c unit for nights. With having an infant with us, he was very restless with the heat. The wind coming off the beach was cool, and helped in the mornings and evenings but being on the ground level, I was not comfortable keeping the windows open while we were gone, or while we slept. I would just say to be mindful of the time of year you are staying and check the weather before you come. You will need more fans if the temp is high. Which I don’t consider 79 high, but the condo faces the sun in the afternoons.

Place had all the comforts of home nice comfortable beds. Directly across from the beach. Couldn't see the ocean view from the bottom but it could definitely hear it while setting outside. Felt safe and secure in the area.

Great place to stay to enjoy the beach. It’s simple, cozy and clean. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and it’s what has kept my family coming back since 2002!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It’s truly Perfect steps from the beach wonderful amazing sunset,the harbor right there,and the pool area what can be better. More memories made this year with my family!

This is our second stay at this beachfront location, and we were not disappointed! Everything is always so easy and thought out with this property manager, and the condo is always clean, well stocked, and ready for us! We can’t wait to visit again next year!

My family and I spent a week in this condo and really enjoyed it! It is located in the perfect spot right on the beach and right next to the harbor and management was great!

This property was great! Perfect location across from the beach and just steps away from Harbor restaurants and shops. Very clean. Checking in was easy...great receptionist. Glad thay it was a gated property. Can't wait to go back!!

Some things are dated, but it is all as described in the listing. We came to this place for location and amenities which were awesome! We could see the door to our unit from the beach so some could easily walk back whenever they wanted and others could stay at the beach.

Location, location, location. Quiet spot right by Oceanside Harbor faces the beach on the first floor. Walk out and set up at the beach. We loved having a kitchen with kids to do breakfast and lunch. Clean, quaint place with a good pool/spa and great community that isn’t too busy. Condo was stocked with boogie boards, chairs, shade structures! So nice to not have to bring all of that.

I spent the month there with my family. Absolutely loved how simple and easy check was. Beds are comfortable plenty of bedding and towels. And every kitchen cooking item you need. Bake cakes, cook a Turkey, you can do it all. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Now it’s not super fancy but that’s what I loved about it. I could relax and unwind. The sofa couch was actually awesome! And that’s pretty hard to do. I’ve had terrible experiences with even in fancy resorts. The amenities are fabulous! Awesome pool and super deep hot tub, laundry facilities and walking distance to restaurants. The community is wonderful and we made lots of new friends. Fabulous hostess with super quick responses to a few questions I had, but they were not of anything that changed my opinion on great of a place and stay we had.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards to keep our crew happy as clams on the beach. Check-in was simple and checkout was the easiest we've ever experienced with a vacation rental. Cindy was kind and helpful and responded to any of our concerns quickly. The property owner, Marjorie was very accomodating and easy to work with. The central beachfront location made this condo the perfect basecamp for all our adventures. Our kids all commented that this was their favorite location we've stayed while in Oceanside. The pool area is perfectly situated with views of the harbor and boats, we even saw sea lions. The pool is heated and the BBQ area made for perfect cookouts during our stay. We'll be back.

It was more than we expected, however, I don't understand why you call it Townsite. It is Oceanside?!

The location is right in front of the ocean, which was amazing. Since it’s the first level you’ll miss out on the ocean view but will have the convenience with easy/quick access to your unit from your car. The furnitures were older and didn’t feel that great. Kitchen items were plenty and useful. There were beach gears such as boogy boards, beach chairs, mats, tent, and etc, which was great. The bathroom was small and shower head was very low. I think the communal pool was heated, which was very nice. The beach water was perfect and gave really nice waves to add more fun. Overall the combination of the location and unit was good enough to have a nice time.

My sister, niece, her god daughter, and I really enjoyed our annual girl's beach trip at your condo. The location was perfect. It was so nice to be on the lower level directly across from the beach and within walking distance of the harbor shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for our trip.

We had a Wonderful time together as a family in this homey condo, everything was so Convenient. We enjoyed having the beach steps away and having a pool and spa right there to relax in after being on the beach. We would walk the harbor at nights to get dinner or ice cream or just go see the seals . We even had a Great day of renting a Duffy boat and cruising the harbor, with no worries of parking we could just walk over and Enjoy! Thanks 4 letting us have our Family Vacation here!!!!!

We had such a great stay! The property manager Cindy was amazing and totally accommodated our checkin process (even helped direct us when we got lost lol). We will definitely stay again!!

easy to book easy to find . My only complaint is the noise from the second floor not picking up chairs just dragging them

Nice place that is a quick walk to the beach and harbor. Room is clean and bed was comfy. Checked in with the nicest lady ever too.
