Excellent. All as described. Gorgeous view from the covered patio. Very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was very responsive and gave good directions from the ferry. When a heavy storm drove water onto the patio, a maintenance man arrived in less than an hour in response to a text.

The spaciousness of this house is truly amazing - huge living room and screened in porch are highlights. The porch was our "home" for our stay - it has a beautiful view of Hart Bay and on to St. Croix on a clear day. The kitchen is spacious too, pretty well stocked and with some spices and herbs there which was nice. Ice maker/water dispenser in frig. was nice too. Bedrooms are very good size and so are the bathrooms. It was very nice to have all paper products and soaps supplied. Pool is small but fine; lounge area by pool is also small. A/c and fans in bedrooms were great, as were the fans in kitchen, bathrooms and living room. It was very easy communicating with Abby who was very responsive. Driveway is steep and narrow but manageable going slow. Fresh fruit grows on trees that you can harvest! Iguana visitor likes the pool deck! All in all this is a wonderful house!

My husband rented this beautiful home for my 60th birthday. Pictures do not do it justice, as this piece of Heaven captured my heart!! It has everything you can think you will need for a stay. The view is breathtaking and dipping into the pool after a long day on island is perfect.
Abby met me to let me in and walked around explaining everything. She was such a help with island suggestions.
If you are looking for a place in St. John that is beautiful, convenient yet quiet, this is your place!

This property was in a great location to get to Cruz Bay. We loved everything about it - so relaxing and beautiful. The only thing we did not love was the water pressure in the master shower and the mattress in the master bedroom, but even still we would stay here again!!

The Villa was great, a perfect place to stay on ST John. Only two problems for us - we were able to connect to the WiFi but had no internet connection the entire time. Abby tried to help but it didn’t work. Also, the pool was green most of our trip. It got serviced the second to last day we were there, so we never used it.

The kitchen was fully stocked and we had many meals there. There is a grill we cooked steaks on one night. This is the most beautiful home and Island!! We will definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay. The house was large, decorated nicely and well appointed with plenty of dishes and all we needed. The pool was a good size and refreshing for our down day during the week. We loved the fruit trees, iguanas that visited, the chickens and of course the rooster! We highly recommend staying here.

We were really looking forward to our stay and were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into the villa. The Vrbo website pictures don't do this villa justice. It was very nicely decorated, super spacious and comfortable and in a Great location. Easy access to the entire island and St. Thomas. We will definitely return!

The house is wonderful! Very spacious and room for everyone. The enclosed verandah was fantastic and we spent every night out there. We didn’t use the pool much but did sit out there a couple of times. We needed laundry facilities and they were lovely enough to let us use the washing machine and dryer downstairs.
To top it off I would love to say how wonderful Abby is! Such a kind heart and I look forward to seeing her again!!

Communication with manager (Abby) was great, with local updates on the ferries (incoming tropical storm). You should be comfortable driving the roads as the trip to the house is very typical for USVI with steeps hills, blind turns, and steep driveway. The payoff is one of the most stunning views I have seen which made it hard to leave the porch to finally go to sleep each night. Minor issue was ants on one bed (typical in the area after big storms) which were taken care of by previous manager who lives in downstairs unit, nothing else to mention. AC in the bedrooms made it very comfortable at night.

Great view!
The view is fantastic and we loved the kitchen for making dinner together. We thought the pictures did an excellent job showing the actual property pool. The pool was really nice and the screened in porch is where we spent most of our time when we were home. The Property manager was extremely responsive if we had questions or needed anything. The place itself is not brand new and needs a little TLC. If that type of thing bothers you it might not be the right rental for you. It did not bother us and we were thrilled with the clean beds and clean bathrooms. The layout of the place is great because we each had our section of house - our bedroom and bathroom were on opposite sides, which gave us the privacy we wanted traveling with another couple.

Harts Delight was fabulous!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Harts Delight! The breathtaking views from the expansive porch were amazing! Great layout with bedrooms on either side. Great location with just 5 min drive into Cruz Bay restaurants and shops. Will definitely return!

Beautiful Spacious Villa
We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa we rented for a week. It was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. St John is our favorite island and we look forward to staying in Harts Delight another time!

Hart's Delight -Sanchez
The place was nice. Smelled musty when you first got there. Several fans did not work. Towels in masterbath smelled bad, had to wash to wash them & still had an odor. Blood on bottom sheet & pillow case but did not notice till day of leaving. Living room TV quit working midway through our stay but really didn't care. Good location. Lots of things handy like coolers, & ice packs, fins, & things for the beach. Enjoyed our stay very much.

house was not ready to be rented,do to a couple days of rain it wpuld have been nice to have had a tv or music we had none. we did have a pretty good roof leak to keep us busy, several lites and fans did not work.nice house and location,but needs work and better managerment.would be more than glad to talk further if anyone cares to

Perfect Villa for our Holiday
If your looking for a great place to stay on St.John we found this to be a great find. The manager Abby met us at the ferry dock and took us to pick up our rental jeep and then led us up to the house which was only about three minutes drive from town. She showed us around the house and went over everything we needed to know as first time visitors to St.John. We loved the screened in porch off the living room which is where we ate our meals at the nice teak table and were able to catch the sun sets every evening. The pool was great for cooling off while at the house when weren't at the beautiful beaches. We loved the convince of this place either going out to the super market or to town in the evenings for the restaurants and night life was only a few minutes away.. We can't wait to come back again next year.

Great week at Harts Delight
Renting was a very easy and smooth experience, communication was really good and I felt very confident we would have a great week, which we did. The house was perfect for our family of four with a large screened-in porch offering beautiful views to relax on after long days snorkeling. It was also nice to be able to cook in and not have to eat out unless we wanted to. The location of this property is fantastic - super convenient to Cruz Bay (from where you can pick up any road to take you where ever you want for the day), local grocery stores, and the car ferry dock.

Special place amazing view
Our stay was a perfect warm up for chilly New Englanders. Abby met us at the ferry and led us to the house. She was welcoming and warm and had thoughtful advice to enjoy the island. The screened porch and tidy pool were great.
