The location is close to Honda bay and Viet Ville Restaurant. if you have a driver, you will find here amazing ^皿^

The hotel was surely very nice but it needs a bit of refreshment.

I was here for 9 nights, Everything was great. The staff and facilities were very good They offer a free massage for every 3 nights you stay Welcome drink As the resort is quite a distance outside of town they offered multiple free minivan trips into town - all you do is book a slot in the morning and they also collect you at a certain time. Free Airport shuttle on check out they offer laundry service but this is outsourced. I had a special request which they kindly accommodated They accommodated some of the meat dishes and turned them into a veggie option for me i.e pasta etc Sensational Vegetarian pizza!!!! Wifi was great!

As I was there for 9 days - I would also have liked a traditional veggie option, the only hot option for me was pancakes. The brekkie was great just not varied

I had some problems with payment , it’s more expensive that you think !! they don’t include taxes so be careful when booking ! it’s in the middle of nowhere but they have a nice shuttle for free that you can take to town

EVERYTHING. the staff go over and above, they were incredibly helpful and just lovely. the pool was great and clean. rooms were spacious and clean. bathroom pristine. food was great, drinks were great. they have a free shuttle bus into airport as well town/mall. breakfast was delicious. we loved every money of our stay.

location is a bit in the middle of nowhere but the shuttle makes it convenient to get around. also wasn’t so keen on one of the shuttle bus drivers “over-friendly” compliments but it was harmless in the end - just a bit unprofessional.

View from the balcony over the pool was good a lot of greenery,gardens, further on the sea and three small Islands. The pool is a good size , kept well, cleaned every morning. I would highly recommend the breakfast as I would all of there meals, the staff are very efficient, friendly and very welcoming.

WiFi wasn’t the best in our room but when we bought this to the attention of the manager we was given a booster this sorted our problem.

everything the staff were exceptional and went and went above and beyond. room was comfortable. resturant had amazing food.

only thing i would say is the WiFi didn't work the best and sometimes not at all. but from what i understand its more because it was a remote area and the hotel tried their best to make it work

Beds, staff, environment, facilities, pool, aspect , view, flexibility & horel transport were all wonderful, need I say more??

it had a lovely pool and nice big clean bedroom and bathroom. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was a bit far from the town but they very kindly dropped us into town when we needed to go .

The food menu was very limited . it would be a good idea to offer snacks that you could eat by the pool.

like the paperless way to check in, its safe and economical especially during this pandemic. they had special birthday treat for me in the room. staff are polite and very nice. the facilities are good, view is fantastic. i love it! for sure we're coming back for another staycation.
