Breakfast was ok for the price of the hotel. Coffee was better than any other hotel breakfast that I have been to during this trip. I think the kids, and a colleague, enjoyed the pool and how late it closed. The bed was clean and comfortable. Closet/cabinet space was ample. The location of the sink was a bit off in my room, but the connecting room's placement of the sink, bath and toilet were much better. The towels were a bit hard. Toilet and shower areas were dark/not well lit. The location was perfect! Just beside it is Robinson's mall for all the groceries/toiletries that one might need. Its easily accessible as well, and not far from the airport.

I saw there was a light bulb in the toilet but not for the shower. The toilet light was busted and called on to the front desk to have it fixed. Until i checked out, nobody came to fix the light so it was dark and frustrating to move around that area. I booked through Booking.com and placed 7 people so it suggested 2 rooms from this hotel. Seeing that the other room can accommodate 5, good for me and my 3 kids plus the nanny, I got this one and the other room for my 2 colleagues. In the evening i checked in, they have to call me to let me know that i have to pay extra for 1 more person cpz the big room was listed for 4 only. I dont know why Booking.com suggested for us to have those 2 rooms and didnt have provision for 1 more person. I did ask if they can just waive that since 2 of my kids will not be availing of the breakfast anyway as they have a special diet, and we were not asking for an extra bed, but the hotel insisted i paid for 1 more person since it stated 4 only in the description in Booking.com eventhough I placed I need 2 rooms for 7 people. Bigger hotel chains would usually accommodate especially I have kids with special needs. The floors in the common area were a bit dirty, i think from the people who were dripping coming from the pool (Im guessing cos its everywhere along the way to our room), and the elevator has an off smell.

Honestly I really liked the location, the cleanliness, and price, staff was very friendly and accomidating. It would have been nice if the pool was cooler and the gym had more private curtains but that was it. The parking away from the sun was great considering the heat

It is super close to the airport, no hassle in transportation, easy access to malls and they have super delicious breakfast buffet! 10/10

Personally when i check in hotels i always wanted to be designated into a higher floor but since there is an event going on we were assigned on the first floor. But its ok there is a veranda outside our room where you can read have a coffee and enjoy the morning sun! We would like to come back to try other rooms and see the other views hue hotel may have to offer.

I like the bed, the room, the location and the staff

We were only stopping for one night but we managed to check in and use the swimming pool and gym. The facilities are good and the room was nice. The entrance is lovely and the restaurant provided reasonable food.

No major negatives.
