Absolutely loved it. The entire place is rich in history, culture and royalty. Loved their food. Staff were very well behaved.

The location of this hotel is not very convenient. New market and other popular places of kolkata are a bit far from this place.

The service especially given by Suparna at reception was brilliant! The food at the restaurant, cleanliness and pool are all great!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hospitality was exceptional and the ambiance of the property was delightful. I particularly enjoyed the Kolkata delights that they offered complimentary.

Liked the hosting attitude ...loved the sous chef biswarup...very humble and down to earth and shared some beautiful and intriguing incidents of his work life in the property and made us seek another excuse in future for staycation.overall it's a sweet and royal stay.....

The stopped watch inside the room 310...it's a personal suggestion to the management don't ever keep a stopped watch or non working watch inside any space ..it's not good ..

As a paying customer, I expected to receive a certain level of service and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I would like to bring to your attention the issue I faced during my stay at your hotel. Our personal details was shared to third party which was unexpected from a renowned hotel group like Taj. As a customer, I expect that my personal details should not be shared to anyone without my consent. This privacy breach is unexpected from your group. I am not sure who or how those informations are leaked, but someone called on this number ......... and shared my booking details with him. I urge you to look at this issue at the earliest and report against the person who has shared those details.
