The property was within walking distance restaurants and the beach. The cleanliness was perfect and mostly everything was provided making our vacation exciting and memorable.

Loved the location. Could walk to all the features of Pismo Pier. So easy to find and secure garage and condo. Great kitchen and supplies. Could use a big comfy chair in addition to the couch. We brought our camp chair in to fill out the sitting area comfortably. Note to future guests, fully read the instructions for each TV. They are different.

We loved this place. The kitchen was large and so was the bathroom. Easy quick 5 minute walk to the beach and I loved that there were designated parking spaces in a gated garage.

I’m surprised no one in the reviews states how the door knob has to be turned numerous times to open and close the door to the unit. The green carpet as one reviewer stated smelled. The view from the balcony was of a dirt plot next to someone’s backyard and buildings. I could go on. But the only positive thing was that it was within walking distance of the beach and local establishments.

Everything you could need is there!! The kitchen was especially nice with plenty of dishes, cookware etc. beds are comfortable and everything was sparkling clean.

This apartment could have been very nice, if it were not for the gross green shag carpet, with stains everywhere! The bedspreads even had stains on them. The bathroom and kitchen seemed to be updated and nice. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Basic, well maintained and clean house. None of the other condos were occupied and the two gated parking spots is good. You can walk to restaurants and basic grocery store. No ocean views. My biggest issue is that the house claims that it sleeps 6. There are two queens and one small futon (if you can call it that). When I had queried the owner before, I was told there were 2 queens and 2 futons. They are counting the couch as the 2nd futon (because we didn't find anything else). Moreover, the one futon they have is too small for an adult male. We had 4 adult males in the party and despite my query before booking, one adult had to sleep on the couch (which is not even a sofa bed). Total misrepresentation. I see someone else has given similar comments.

The property was as advertised - fantastic reverse floor plan with beautiful living space upstairs. I tend to rent for the kitchen and I was not disappointed. We appreciated the walkability to CA Fresh Market as well as downtown establishments, Pismo State Beach and the monarch grove. We loved the funky city/roof-too views and peaks at the Pacific beyond. Some things I would change - the primary mattress (super soft and kind of small), pots and pans are all Teflon, and no sheet pans for baking cookies or roasting vegetables.

The check in process was easy, but once inside we were disappointed to find 1 less bed than advertised. If they consider a chaise lounge in the master bedroom a bed, it’s way too small. So my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Also, we went on the deck & couldn’t see the ocean.

The home was quiet, clean, and super close to the beach. The manager was very prompt to speak with me if I needed her. Great stay!

Our stay was short and focused on moving our son into the Cal Poly dorms. The unit was clean, comfortable and close the the beach. Very nice. We would stay here again.

Great condo in great location. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. Close to restaurants is a plus!

I loved the kitchen& skylights. Loved being able to wash clothes and towels. Very quiet and everything is within short walking distance, even the beach is just steps away. Super comfortable for my family of 4. Enjoyed the TV in the master. An upgraded, modern TV like in the master, put in the living area would make this place even more awesome. This place has most all comforts and conveniences of home. We enjoyed really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Exactly as it is described. Great for a family of four or two couples. Easy walk to the beach, pier and into town. Front door was difficult to lock. Suggests you provide instructions for that. Thanks for the nice place to stay!

This property was a great place for our family of 4 to stay. We walked to the beach and walked whenever we ordered takeout-the car stayed in the garage and we never had to deal with finding a parking space! We would consider staying here again if we return to Pismo.

This condo was very nice. The location was phenomenal, everything is walking distance. Our family really enjoyed our stay, since the condo was clean and had all the essentials. We ate dinner at the near by restaurants, but save money by cooking breakfast and lunch at the condo. My husband really enjoyed grilling some burgers and hot dogs on the grill. We will definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Pismo Beach.

We stayed here for my 30th birthday. Location was great, you can easily walk everywhere. The key wasn’t in the right spot when we arrived and then the code to get in the door wouldn’t work but we were able to get through to the property manager and get in.

Location and convenience of this rental was great. Perfect for our family of 4. Wasn’t as comfortable as we’d have liked, but had everything we needed. Not quite as clean as expected due to the Covid -19 guidelines, but overall a good value when comparing other rentals of similar size and convenience.

We had a wonderful Stay with this host. It’s a great little spot. Bedrooms down stairs open living area and kitchen upstairs. The parking is gated and safe. Once we parked we never moved our car one time because you are literally walking distance from everything in Pismo! It was nice and quiet, clean and cozy! I would definitely stay again!
