My family stayed here; we were a group of 4 adults and two kids, and it was very comfortable. There were games for us to play, and we enjoyed spending nights working on a puzzle. The house fit us really well and it had plenty of space for us to not be on top of one another, and the beds are very comfortable so we enjoyed our sleep! Sound and voices do travel up easily because of the staircase, but nothing too terrible. The house is located right in front of a park/playground area, which made it super easy with the kids, and it’s easy access to the beach. The closest access is a long way down a set of stairs, but we drove about 5 mins to the nearest access and it was no problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

This is our second stay at this house and we highly recommend it. My previous review was very detailed, so I’ll give just a few highlights. 1) The owner is very responsive and professional. 2) The house is very clean. 3) The walk to the beach is short and beautiful but note that one must be able to ascend/descend many stairs to do it. 4) I think a hot tub is a must on the Oregon coast, so this is a huge plus for this house! 5) The house is bigger than it looks on paper and the carriage house allows room to overflow for big groups. 6) In my opinion, Olivia Beach is the best neighborhood in Lincoln City. Incredibly charming and everyone is so nice. 7) This house is priced better than most in Olivia Beach. If you like to hike, be sure to do the God’s Thumb hike and see the Knoll on your way down. We did the big loop and it was great! Steep and times, so be ready to climb. I’m afraid of heights and was able to go out to the Thumb without any trauma!

The home was very nice and clean. Every room was nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Just a short distance to the beach. Our family enjoyed our trip.

This was the perfect house to relax and reconnect with family. The house was very clean , beds and linens were so comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

This was a fantastic stay. Super clean house and super accurate description of the property. We had grandma, my wife, and our two sons and we had tons of room for everyone. Super close access to the beach (going down an extreme staircase) but the beach was super private and awesome! We will definately be back!

The house was spotless and beautiful. The owners were wonderful to work with. They always answered email and phone calls immediately. We would definitely come again.

We rented this property along with another very similar one in the same location, for a family reunion. It was ideal for the children as there is a park right in front of the house, and there is a short path to the beach from the back of the property. For the adults it was close to town for restaurants and bars. The location is very quiet and away from all the traffic along highway 101. The house itself was well equipped, clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for eight people. I would certainly recommend this property.

We had 5 adults & 2 kids with plenty of space to spread out! Couldn’t really imagine a better house in a better location. Excellent value too and split three ways much better deal than hotels.

This is our 4th time staying at this property and once again, everything met expectations with zero complaints! We love the location and the space. Clean and well taken care of. Can’t go wrong booking here.

This house was absolutely adorable and very accommodating for us! It was perfect. We had an issue with one of the cable boxes not working and communication with the homeowner was amazing and problem was fixed asap! I will definitely be coming back here to stay. Such a cute neighborhood too!

It was a very nice property and met all our needs -- only complaint from one family member was that there wasn't a view of the ocean. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Perfect home and location for family members of all ages. Loved the easy access to beach and being right across from the park for our little ones.

This place was amazing! Just a short stroll from the beach, play ground in the middle of the neighborhood where we can watch the kids, has a fire pit in the park, the barbeque was new and very clean. Definitely will be coming back here

Girls weekend was a blast and the house was super cute! Would be perfect to bring our families to as well.

The house is just adorable and very well appointed with everything you would need. Two things, the description makes it sound close to the beach. Fails to mention the number of stairs actually involved...let's just say hundreds down and then hundreds back up! Not for the faint of heart. Second, the linens in all of the bedrooms need a serious upgrade. Ewwww when I took the pillowcases off of the pillows. We did have a very nice time!

Love how this house it situated close to the park and access to the beach. This was our third stay. It was great to sit out on the front porch and be able to keep an eye on kids out on the field. The house set up is great. Contact with host was quick and easy.

The house was picture prefect, in the cutest community. It was a great size for our group of 8. It had everything we needed, including being very close to the beach.

Great house and great place to gather as a family

We rented this house as a reunion location for 2 sons and their families. This included 2 children ages 5 and 2-1/2. The park across the street, close access to beach and hot tub were appreciated for family members young and old. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to rent again.

It had everything we need and the room for everyone to have their own space as well as great gathering spots. I really liked being able to watch my kids play at the park from the living room and the master bedroom. It was also a 5 minute walk to the beach which at certain times during the day had a great expanse of tide pools to explore. It really was an amazing time for me, my husband, and our 4 girls.

Great vacation rental. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances. TV's in every room. Overall great stay!

Lovely home with all the amenities. Very convenient to the beach. The heated outdoor pool was fabulous for those cooler days and the hot tub was blissful. We had fun cooking at the house and it is also well located to local restaurants for takeaway one evening. The carriage house was also convenient when one of our party had to do a couple work calls and needed quiet. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the house and the location. Being able to sip coffee on the porch while watching the kids play at the playground was nice. Lovely neighborhood and wonderful house.
