Nice place. Close to the beach and pools. Had a very nice time

First, you need to know The that the property Manager had nothing to do with our condo rental, Although she was helpful. Condo is in the hands of a realtor who we eventually were able to get in contact with. The door entry to the condo needs to be replaced. It was very difficult to open and close. We enjoyed the location of Colony Beachside. The two pools were useful and the deck restaurant was a added amenity. Overall we had a satisfactory experience.

Nice area, quiet. Bathrooms need updating and not enough towels and wash clothes for entire stay. Overall ok.

Stayed a couple days out at Tybee, property was perfect. Great location and amenities.

Our family loved staying here. It is a beautiful condo. Although the AC wasn’t the best.

Great stay!

Best location in the middle of the island. Perfect spot for walking the shore or sitting reading on the beach. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable condo for 2 couples with all the amenities we needed.

Perfect location for our family to visit Tybee Island. Kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated the washer/dryer so I’m not going home to a bunch of laundry. The kids enjoyed the heated pool as well.

Stayed a few days. Enjoyed our stay. Wish the AC worked better. Since all the blocks are required, hope you like the results.

Very nice property and condo. Well kept public areas, lovely heated pool. Lots of friendly people. Good location and nice beach. Couldn’t get the master TV to work and it would be great to have an extra blanket in each bedroom. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the condo. We only stayed for 2 nights The kitchen was stocked well and clean. The balcony has a side view of the ocean. We were able to see the sunset. Walking distance to beach (1/2 block) perfect. Master bedroom had porch access to balcony. Condo perfect for 2 couples. Hall bathroom connections to 2nd bedroom

The location was great! Unfortunately the check in information went to my spam. Mikki was great on the phone. The VRBO person, not so much. Also, the code to the pool and gate was not correct in the information on the check in nor on the paperwork in the unit. I had to call Mikki again and she answered right away which was great. I would definitely come back to this unit/place. We had a wonderful time!

The condo unit was very spacious. We enjoyed the extra space of the kitchen and living space. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer in the kitchen. The property was very close to beach access and it was easy to come and go to enjoy the ocean. There was ample parking and it was easy to access the elevator to the unit. The property could use some updating and cleaning in the common areas. The elevator was filthy. The unit could use some furniture updates, as all of it is older and obviously well used. It was functional for it’s purposes, just not much to look at, made the unit seem more unclean than it was, and the primary bed was quite uncomfortable. We were not told that the pool hours changed to close at 6pm rather than 9pm and one did not appear to be heated as noted in the listing.

Nice property, easy beach access, walking distance to all things in town!

Property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We freaked out a bit when we parked in the garage because we weren't told we needed a parking permit which we found in the unit. Communication with the owner was very slow when we had questions before our stay. Check In was easy.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The communication with the host is absolutely awful. Unfortunately, we booked our one & only family vacation during the same week as Hurricane Idalia. We checked in on Sun & planned to stay until Fri. The hurricane was coming right for Tybee as a Cat 1. We reached out to the host inquiring about a refund for the last 2 nights due to not wanting to risk the safety of our two young children. There were multiple warnings from government officials for power outage, storm surge, high winds, and flooding. The host responded basically saying that they will only give refund for mandatory evacuations which did not happen. They also stated to give them space because they could possibly be evacuating as well & to bring in their patio furniture. The response seemed cold & as if they had no regards to our safety or well being. There were no flash lights, first aid kits or anything to help us in case of emergency. I have sent multiple messages to the host & have still had no response. I had to call VRBO to contact the host for them to deny any refund or credit for our stay. All these people care about is your money & have no regards to your safety. We understand that they cannot control the weather. But would appreciate some compassion.

Very clean condo had everything we needed. Steps away from the beach the pool was really nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot, Great location! The only thing was the keypad to hard to get back on at first. However very happy with the condo and the experience.

Good location with all the amenities we were looking for

Other than one day from noon until 2pm some noise from construction was going on and some drunk upstairs neighbors being loud.... It was peaceful and pleasant. We had a lovely time.

It was great! Very clean and quiet condo, beautiful beach, great pools! Tried the restaurant the last night and it was delicious!!

First time visiting Tybee with my family. Property was clean, spacious, had the most comfortable beds, stocked kitchen for cooking, short walk to beach and well maintained resort. Would stay here again. Thank you!

This place was easy to find and was a great place to stay. It has a view of the ocean from the balcony so every morning you can have your coffee watch it! Access is easy to the room and the beach the pictures of the room are accurate the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay on the island and with the condo! Would love to do it again! If you go check out Huck-a-poos for pizza and Bubba gumbo’s for seafood! Anyway you’ll have a great place to stay with a laid back vacation worth the trip!!

This was our first time visiting Tybee Island, GA - usually Mom and Dad's annual January thaw trip was to southern Florida but we decided to stay within a day's drive and discovered this gem. Part of me wants to say that it was terrible so that nobody else figures out just how wonderful this place is! But I can't. The unit was perfectly suited for the three of us from the well-equipped kitchen to the step-in shower for parents who can't navigate stepping over the side of a tub safely. We even had a view of the ocean from our balcony - what a treat! Looking forward to visiting again and again.

This was a great little hideaway for our mini-vacation! It was clean, bright, well-stocked, and right next to the beach! Communication with the renter was also really solid. She picked right up and asked me to text her back if I had any other questions. 10/10, would book again.

The place was very nice. The parking garage make it easy. It looked like a nice beach, but the cool weather (January) didn't allow us to spend much time on it. Got to visit two civil war forts and the island lighthouse. We come again with the hope of warmer weather.
