The place was in the perfect location to go to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We didn't need a car to go anywhere. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with a bonus common hangout area with lounge chairs, firepit and outdoor kitchen. Would LOVE to return in the Summer when it's warm enough for the beach.

Great location and the apartment was comfortable and clean. The beach is literally across the street. I’ll be staying here again :-)

My family of 5 visited for 4 days. This place was great. From beach chairs and umbrellas to everything you'd need for meal preparation. The outside grill area was amazing. We walked to the beach in 2 minutes, had an amazing time. I'll be back for sure!

Clean, conveniently located near restaurants and beach. Could have used a frying pan. Quick responses from owners when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again. Loved boogie boards and beach chairs. Nice touch.

We had a great stay! Easy check in and out process . Steps to the ocean and had everything we needed at the house . Having the Wagon and beach chairs was the best. The covered parking was perfect. We love the manager Angle too .

Awesome location, very clean, spacious and updated unit. No complaints at all- bargain for the value received. Only word of caution is that access to parking is very tight- full size pickup or SUV is difficult to get in/out

This property is sparkling clean, attractive and incredibly stocked. The location is exactly where I want to be. The outside area is a pleasant surprise. I will look here for my next trip to Carlsbad.

place was perfectly located in Carlsbad.. close to everything. The only negative is that you had no view of the ocean. it was only a minute or 2 walking distance, but still..

We loved our stay. The beach was across the street. The kitchen and baths were adequately stocked. It was clean and nice. The beds were a bit on the hard side but the bedding was nice. The decor was lacking but I would just go outside and look at the beach for something to look at. Overall great place. Probably would go back.

Great location, very clean, comfy beds, close to town!

Location was GREAT. Only problem was I had people parking in my spot 2 out of the four nights . Found parking on street but it was a bit of a hassle for my 85 year dad. Had to drop him off , back out of drive way . Not a big deal but that's why I gave it a 4 star. I have family in the area and I travel here a couple times a year and I will diffently book again.😎�👍�

We enjoyed staying there. Very comfortable beds and close to Carlsbad Village and the state beach. We also enjoyed using the fire pit and the grills in the common area.

Couldn't be happier with a vacation rental.

Great location to beach and to Carsbad shopping and restaurants. Very nice appliances and extras like coffee and condiments. Would recommend that the big arm chair be replaced. Very nice smart TV that offers Amazon and Netflix programming if you have a membership. Overall a very good value with a wonderful courtyard with two outdoor kitchens!

1/2 block to beach; 2 blocks to the heart of Carlsbad Clean Everything we needed to get started Very comfortable beds Quiet neighborhood and neighbors Unfortunately we picked the rainiest week of the year. The clouds broke and the sun emerged as we entered the San Diego airport to return to the snowy Midwest. We'll try again next year! Thankyou

Military Families BEWARE!! I Booked this trip from NJ to see my son at Camp Pendleton, however after the strict 60 day cancel policy with 50 days until trip he advised he was being sent out for training (out of his control) and would not be able to see me. I contacted owners asking for a future credit. They were not cooperative at all!! I asked about certain dates and never got a response. ALL they wanted to know if I was canceling (no doubt to get paid twice for same week)and if I wanted a future credit, I needed to book dates THAT day cause after all they are a small business trying to make money. Military Families know it’s not that easy!!! So my recommendation is to stay somewhere else with owners who Care about Military families and their desire to see their children! A place with a less strict policy!!! I was not about to lose X amount of dollars for the rental, and I went anyway with a heavy heart! Yes, I should of known to book somewhere with a better cancellation policy, however where’s your heart people?? - Melanie Marine Mom!!
