A fabulous location to see the main attractions this city has to offer. Ralph was so easy to deal with and was so wonderful with providing some excellent and comprehensive recommendations for the area. We loved our stay here, a little home away from home.

We had a great time here. It was in the middle of a heatwave and unfortunately that made for some uncomfortable nights as the cooler was broken, but once the cool change came through everything was fine. Walking distance to Fishermans Wharf, Little Italy and Chinatown. Note there are 3 flights of stairs to walk to get in to the property.

We had an amazing stay! Great location to easily walk to the pier, multiple food locations, Trader Joe’s, parking etc. The rooftop was a great location for 360 views of the city. Amazing water pressure. Bunk bed is different than pictured, sisters said it didn’t feel as stable but was comfortable. Lots of appliances, spices, and extras if you’re looking to cook in. Would definitely come back!

We loved this apartment! The 6 of us were very comfortable. Great location, all in walking distance. The rooftop is great and the kitchen has defenitely all you need!

The location was excellent! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants in the area. The condo had anything and everything we needed. Rooftop deck was very comfortable and the 360 view cannot be topped! The host was great and he e-mails so many recommendations for everything from live music to food. Would recommend 10/10!!

Ralph was a very communicative, accommodating host. His rental was a short walk from the Wharf and central to just about everything. It was quiet at night and we felt safe. The place has great views and just about everything you need - very clean too! Will return again next time I venture to SF.

We stayed here for a spring break adventure with the kids. It is truly an ideal place to stay in SF. Location was perfect - close to so many things and the neighborhood felt safe. The apartment is well-appointed and very well stocked. The rooftop deck was the real deal. Great view!. Only bummer was the fireplace was out of service during our visit. Most notable was communication and responsiveness of the host. Ralph was very responsive when we had a little housekeeping glitch and sent very thorough instructions prior to our check-in. He also gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations and ideas of things to do in the city with older kids! Thank you Ralph! We will definitely be back to visit this gem in North Beach!

Can't imagine staying in a better location. We could walk everywhere. Coffee shop on the corner, Trader Joe's & Safeway a block away - and amazing restaurants within walking distance. Cable car stop near by. Rental car agency down the street if you want to rent a car for a couple days. Apartment was clean with plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Ralph is a kind, thoughtful host - checking in to ensure we arrived ok and that all was satisfactory (all was more than satisfactory!) Highly recommend this apartment - if back in San Francisco this would be our top pick. Thank you, Ralph.

This is an awesome property located in safe area near North beach and Fisherman's wharf. Perfect spot to start all adventures. Without a car you can easily walk in one direction down to explore Fisherman's wharf...and for an extended enjoyable walk to Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard street in one direction and in another easy to walk to all the cool restaurants in north beach. Cable car is also easy to jump on about 1-2 blocks away with a little planning to purchase tickets on app. We had a car as well while we were there and it was easy to find street parking (just need to manage the time) as well as a garage nearby. The apartment was GREAT as well and the view on the top deck was AMAZING. We were there during the rain storms in SF but it always seemed to clear up after the morning so was able to make use of it. The apartment had plenty of space. We were 6 (5 college age girls and a mom) and hand ample space for everyone and it was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with Trader Joe's and Safeway a block away if you prefer to cook and there is restaurants and coffee shops close by if you prefer not to cook. Ralph was awesome to work with. It was my first VRBO experience and he made it super easy, very communicative. He was very helpful with providing tips for the area and attractions and very helpful when we had changes in our travel to allow us to stay a little later when flights were delayed out. I would definitely look to stay here again!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was in a fabulous location with easy walks to the coast and downtown. The amenities in the apartment were thoughtful and generous. Amazing views from the roof terrace made it a very special spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

We came to SF to celebrate my husband’s 40th and this was such a perfect place. It felt safe and cozy. We loved the rooftop with the fire pit. We enjoyed relaxing with family in the living room. And everyone in our group loved how convenient it was to walk to sooo many of the fun things to see and do in SF. The host was very responsive when we needed help with things. I highly recommend this place.

Everything we hoped for and more!

My wife and two boys (6 and 10) spent four nights in this apartment for fleet week. I have difficulty imagining a better-located property. Trader Joe's and Safeway are one block away. Fisherman's Warf and Pier 39 are 2-3 blocks away. Washington Square Park and heart of North Beach are 3 blocks away. The kids must have spent 10 hours over 4 days playing on the awesome play structures at Joe DiMaggio Park, a 3 minute walk up the road. We walked to Ghiradelli Square and the Powell/Hyde cable car terminus, Coit Tower and China Town. The F-line is like 2 blocks away, and we rode that down to the Ferry Building. It's just a perfect location - convenient, clean, and safe-feeling. The apartment itself was great - clean, well-stocked, and the roof deck was awesome. We had a minor plumbing issue that Ralph resolved immediately. Highly recommend this place.

This is a fantastic property located in wonderful position in North Beach / Fisherman's Wharf area. There are many restaurants and bars located just around the corner along with two well stocked supermarkets a block away. The area didn't feel too much like a tourist trap and we were glad that we were not in a hotel in the Union Square area. The roof top was amazing and a great place for a drink after touring around SF. The kitchen included everything that you could possibly need and there were so many condiments / spices, etc meant that we just needed the essential ingredients to cook. There were two TVs with excellent streaming services that kept the teens happy, particularly one of the days when it rained for most of the day. The communication throughout the booking, checking-in and stay was excellent, Ralph always responded promptly. There were a few faults (lights, etc) that Ralph was happy to rectify quickly.

Ralph was extremely helpful throughout the booking. Any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly. The place was spotless when we checked in and was bigger than expected. The roof deck was unreal, I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening drinks taking in the views up there. The stairs going up to the roof looked steep but my daughter (aged 5) and son (aged 8) had no problem going up and down them. The location was perfect for going to the pier, Lombard st and cable cars. We were able to come back to the apartment from those locations mid day for a break with ease. We used the transit system during our stay and had no problems. Not too long after we had booked the apartment Ralph sent us loads of information on attractions, restaurants, parking which really helped us try to plan before our stay. Overall it was a great place to stay and definitely will recommend to anyone going to San Francisco.

Our family of 4 stayed at Ralph's apartment for 3 nights and honestly we wished it were longer! The rooftop patio was probably one of the nicest features and was well used by our family for morning coffee and lounging after sightseeing all day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to prepare a meal and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. The location was also a bonus, close to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf and the many restaurants in Little Italy. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The host was very attentive prior to, upon, and during our stay. He gave great local recommendations and was ready to assist us at any point. The condo was VERY clean and was the best stocked/supplied VRBO unit I have ever stayed in. The property was in a fabulous location...super close to groceries and Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Big Bus location & Ghiardelli Square! You must open the windows to cool off the third floor. It was very warm in the afternoons unless the windows were kept open all day.

We spent 4 special nights in SF. We traveled from Australia to the US and could not have been happier with this place. Perfect for a family of 4. We will be happy to stay again. Communication was ideal! Roof top is amazing. Highly recommended!
