Clean, secure and well maintained

Easily accessible through VRBO. Owners answered our questions quickly and professionally. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at this same condo unit. For some of the details, you can always look at some previous reviews, but generally, here is what you need to know. First, the location of the Condo Azul building is beachfront, with one of the better and bigger pools in Bucerias (and 24 hour security). Second, the property manager and even the owner are just a text or email away and their response if instant. Third, the Condo Azul is in the south half of Bucerias which contains many great places to have dinner or drinks (read: walkable), one of our favourites being La Negra. On the north side of Bucerias, our favourite was Mezzogiorno. The condo itself is fully stocked, everything works, and there was never any real competition for a lounge chair by the pool and the other visitors or residents are friendly. There is currently quite a bit of construction activity in Bucerias but it rarely intruded into our stay.

Wonderful location, facility and service!

Azul is the best location! Very secure well kept property. View is wonderful. Unit is clean & comfortable. Easy communication with the owner & property manager. Don’t want to go home!

The location of this Azul condo is great. Short walk to a different restaurant every night. Easy to get a longer by the heated pool, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful condo.

Our family had a wonderful time over the Christmas holiday. Communication with Radhika was prompt, friendly, and comprehensive and the condo manager, Sally, was extremely helpful answering any questions we had during our stay. The condo itself was clean and quiet with a gorgeous view and kind staff. The kitchen was well stocked. Azul is an impeccably maintained property in a perfect location near many restaurants and shops. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This condo is as advertised and the location is fantastic. The condo is clean and has everything you will need. Great view from the balcony and the rest of the building, pool and grounds are well kept and secure. The owner and her team are very easy to communicate with via phone, email or Whats App. They even helped me get back some prescription glasses that I left in the unit. I would highly recommend this unit as you are dealing with an owner who cares and has a great team in place to assist you if needed.

We had an awesome time in Bucerias at the Condominiums Azul. Great location within walking distance of Chadraui grocery store, lots of restaurants, and galleries. Condo was clean and well maintained with a beautiful pool area and secure parking area. Radhika was responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely love to stay again!

It was fantastic!

Pool and grounds kept spotless. The gentlemen at guard gate answered all kinds of questions, called taxis and even went to local store to buy us water the first night. This condo is great and has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Beds are comfortable. The pool was fantastic. You are right on the beach, so you can sit in pool while watching kite surfers. The condo is close to everything and super market is 1/2 mile up the street. I will return to this condo for sure.

The apartment was highly recommended to us by friends and fully lived up to our expectations. Attractively furnished and well equipped with a great ocean view. Grounds beautifully kept and staff very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of the centre of town and an easy drive into Puerta Vallarta.

We have stayed in 2F at Azul before and we will keep coming back for so many reasons. Azul is a beautiful, safe, well maintained property. It is the best location in Bucerias, close to the best restaurants and on a beautiful, clean beach. The complex is so quiet and relaxing and the heated pool is very refreshing. Radhika's condo is perfect for us. It is so comfortable and well-stocked, we will keep coming back every year. We love watching dolphins and whales in the morning and the sunsets in the evening are spectacular! Radhika has always been so responsive to any issues it puts us at ease. We can't wait to come back next year!

Condo Azul is a little piece of paradise for me. The only thing between the balcony and the sea is the divine swimming pool and the sand. The unit is well equipped and everything works well. The showers are great, the beds are comfy. It's really nice to have internet and smart tv in the apartment. It all works well. Good restaurants are right done the street. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is always a lounge chair available. It is really quiet. There is even a good long path to walk from neaby to Nuevo Vallarta and a nice little gym. Bike rentals a block away. Paddle board rentals a few blocks away. Most days we saw whales way in the distance.

From beginning to end, Radhika the owner couldn’t have made it easier! Communication, transportation, the condo unit! The minute you drive into the complex you are greeted by security! Miguel, Luciano and Manny will be you best friends! They are the best! The property manager Julie, takes care of all your concerns or needs if needed! Javier makes sure know everything about the unit to enjoy! Did I mention the unit? This is the best part! Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit overlooking the Ocean and pool! The surf will put you to sleep! Grocery store nearby so you can stock what you need! Washer/Dryer is always a bonus! Great location! On a the beautiful beach that goes forever! Everything within walking distance! Wonderful restaurants and shops everywhere! A beautiful place to enjoy! Thank you Radhika for a most enjoyable week!

Would highly recommend this spot for a great vacation in Bucerias!

This was our fourth time staying at the Azul and Radhika's unit was fantastic! We love the location and it had everything we needed - including washer/dryer. The grounds are immaculate, the staff are wonderful, the pool is refreshing and the views are amazing from the deck. Radhika followed up that all was well once we arrived and again during the trip (even though she was on vacation herself). Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for two weeks and loved every minute! The condo was spacious for the two of us, clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for walking the beach and to restaurants etc. Would stay here again.

Wow! This was a surprise trip for my husband's 50th Birthday and it was amazing! It was the perfect location - close to town and right on the beach! My husband got to kitesurf 5 out of 8 days! The restaurants in town were great...The security guards were all friendly and helpful! We will be back!

Azul is a great complex. Heated pool, gated property with 24 hr security. It is easy walking distance to many good restaurants. The condo has beautiful views and is clean & comfortable. It’s nice to have a washer & dryer. Great A/C. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the bay. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Had a great time the building is in a good location pool and grounds are nice beach access is good . The security people are very friendly and helpful. The condo was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the area. Everything is in walking distance.

The property was beautiful. The condo well appointed with every amenity. It is situated within walking distance to many of the restaurants in Bucerias. Easy walk to the grocery store, markets and other attractions.

We had a wonderful week here and plan on returning.

The week of 8/4/18, was my 4th stay at the Thapa Azul condo & I cannot wait for number 5! Last year I stayed 2 months! There are an amazing amount of new & existing condos in Bucerias but I will always go back to 2F at the Azul. The area is on the south end of town which is the best & the particular location of the Azul is ideal because of the pristine beach, beautiful views, & lots of eating, drinking, and shopping. I always rent a car but it's not really necessary because there are so many things to do within walking distance. The beach is smooth sand...no rocks...and a "sand cleaner/brusher" comes by every morning bright & early. You can see the entire bay from the balcony & it's just breathtaking. The Azul staff (security/groundskeeper/housekeeping) are amazing & security is there 24/7. I have stayed in many places in Bucerias & found the Azul to have the best staff anywhere & they are constant...no turnover...I see the same wonderful folks every time I return. They are so welcoming & helpful in every way. They greet me every time I enter or leave the grounds & I never once had to carry my trash to the bins. They always take the bags from me. As to the condo itself, it's the perfect place for me & my 5 pound Chihuahua, Chili Pepper. The Thapas do not normally accept pets, but when I told them her size, perfect manners, and her friendliness, they made an exception, so this was her 4th trip there as well. The staff adore her & often carry her around like she is a little baby. I'm so fortunate to have her welcomed that way. 2F is perfect in every way. There are too many amenities to mention here, but what you see on VRBO is what you get. I did not want for anything during any stay. I slept like a baby there, especially knowing how competent the security guards are. The property manager is top-notch & very attentive & friendly. I didn't really need attention this trip, but I knew they were there at any time, day or night. And the owners are also top-notch & want to make sure your stay is perfect & will do whatever it takes to make it so. The last thing I want to say is my only negative comment...the condo is so ideal and comfortable, I had a hard time leaving every morning. I would sit on the balcony with my coffee & Chili & just take in the beautiful sights & sounds & was late for meeting friends for breakfast almost every day! Thank you Radhika Thapa & family!!!! Be back soon.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Azul. Owners should be proud to share this slice of paradise. Property is well managed and maintained. Staff is friendly and professional. Great amenities and location.

The complex and condo were just what we needed! Radhika's condo is well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful finishes, full kitchen, washer and dryer lots of space and privacy! The second floor location is great to have a broad view of the bay area from the balcony and living room. The staff is great. They keep the property immaculate! Miguel is ready to help with any question or need you may have. Roberto the property manager is readily available if you have questions for him too. The location of the property is great for walking on the beach or street to restaurants, galleries and the farmers market! If you want a quiet get away in a romantic setting Azul is the place. I just returned from this fantastic condo. It's my second visit there and this time I was able to "live" there. I cannot recommend this property enough. The owners are amazing and the property manager was on top of everything. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you may need for 2 weeks or 2 months. Can't wait to go back.
