Loved the condo, location, and complex. Very laid back and relaxing.

This property is extremely clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The bed was super comfortable! It was nice to have beach chairs and a cooler available to use for a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Luquillo!!

I’ve stayed here before was nice , clean and service was excellent. Called for last minute to have roses, wine and heart shape swan beautiful my husband was very surprised 😮 thank you

This condo is perfect for two. It has beautiful views. Nice patio to sit out in the morning and listen to the waves. Most relaxing vacation I’ve had. There was some Wi-Fi and elevators issues. Luckily my data started to work and the place was worth any minor issues

Wonderful stay, and accommodations were satisfactory. I would recommend a touch up of paint. Walls are a bit dirty/marked up and toilet should be looked at. One has to jiggle the handle otherwise it runs continuously after flushing or at least it sounded like it. Kitchen well supplied if you wanted to cook although we ate out the entire time, lol. But it was a nice option. May want to move location of toilet paper holder because when someone is showering toilet paper gets wet. We realized it and would remove the roll when showering. Would come back for sure, my comments are just minor suggestions and would not prevent me from coming back.

As promised, our stay was relaxing with a beautiful view of the ocean. Access to clean pool and walking distance to various food and drink establishments. Carmen included everything needed and answered our questions along the way. Great place, great people and respectful neighbors. We hope to come back!

the property is exactly how it looks in photos. the host provided us with so much important stuff like beach chairs, basketball, pool towels, washer and dryer so we wouldnt have to go back with any dirty clothes i was so appreciative of that. Book with this host the stay was amazing

Our stay at Carmen’s lovely property was even better than we could have imagined. Beyond the amazing views, cozy apartment, amenities and extra touches (beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc), we found the location to be very convenient for our plans Luquillo kiosks, Carabali Park and Walmart!! Will definitely book again!

Great view of the coast/beach from the condo and balcony. Great location close to shopping center (groceries, Walgreens), main Luquillo beach and town. Secure building and amenities (pool, basketball court, etc).

Our short week in this condo was wonderful, and we would definitely book it again. It is a very comfortable studio in a great location at Playa Azul. The photos are mostly accurate, except for the beautiful wood/cork ? wall, which is now a Caribbean blue. Pros: The view and the beach! Not crowded and clean. The mattress and pillows - comfy and clean. The balcony was a wonderful second room. Grocery, drug store, fast food, and a bank all within two blocks. Security 24/7 and they were friendly and very helpful. Beach chairs, towels, a cooler and a basketball were provided. Hair dryers, iron and board, some laundry soap available. Cons: Lighting was romantic, but not adequate for everyday living when it is dark at 6:00 pm. Only one set of keys - doesn’t work well for two people. Could use some updating of kitchen essentials, some patio friendly drink ware, and some hangers would be a huge bonus, for very little expense. All in all, this condo was a winner.

The place was just as advertised. The community it's great and I been staying in that community for over 10 years. I love it. Regarding this stay just a few minor issues lack of hangers for 2 people 4 hangers,the dish rack is rusty so you need to put paper towels to dry the dishes. The dishes itself were mismatch n understanding it's a place for 2 but unable to serve anyone who came to see me just 2 plates n 2 bowl. Hopefully that can change for the next guess. And yes I will rent again the view and serenity can make me overlook the small stuff. Happy holidays. 😊

The stay was great! It was close to the rainforest and beautiful beaches. Only a 20 minute drive from seven seas beach which has the clearest water!!

Bad service, no amenitie, bad communication. I don’t rent again this place.

Beautiful property, but missed the mark on a few details.Post check-in time, before arrival, I received a text from Carmen explaining a handyman was to show up at some point to fix an issue with the door frame. Slightly put off by the inconvenience but understanding the trials of home ownership, I simply acknowledged and assumed beach time while he did his work.Well, upon arriving to the condo and following directions to enter via lockbox and key, the key was so rusted it could not fit into the door. After many minutes of attempts, the key finally worked and we were able to get inside. It did not, however, come back out. I had immediately texted Carmen so she was aware of the situation and this new issue with the door. We waited in limbo for solutions as ourselves and luggage were not safe to be unattended in a completely open room. Side note: WiFi password didn’t work but was quickly rectified.I went down to the front desk and Miguel (our hero!) saved the day with some WD-40 and elbow grease.An easy enough fix for the key and only 30 minutes lost so we decided to still spend time on the beach before property access closed. Only one problem: no key to that gate. Carmen could not provide a solution other than send housekeeping with one the next day at 11a. She mentioned we wouldn’t have much time anyway since the gate closes at 630p and it was now 530p.Private access to the beach was the number one reason I chose this unit as my birthday destination. Luckily, Miguel rescued us again and loaned one for the remaining beach access time, which he confirmed was until 7p. Carmen explained she told us 630p so we wouldn’t get locked out and have to walk around the entire property to re-enter. I must note that that key was also significantly difficult to use and the doors here seem to require some patience and effort.Once back to the unit, it was time to clean up for dinner and we received our next surprise: no hot water! Tried all tricks to no avail or solution. Communication with Carmen was simple and she seemed equally frustrated with all the problems. She did agree to refund fairly as we found alternative accommodations for the remainder of our stay in PR. The location is great and overall property feels secure. The door double locks and the spacious patio has a nice view once you get past the unattractive renovations on site. The AC unit over the cozy bed is also very loud.Could’ve been worse but definitely could’ve been better.
