The condo was perfect for our 10 day stay! The view from the deck couldn't be better, great way to start and end the day! Proximity from the condo to the pool and beach is so close and having the golf cart is so convenient for trips to the store and restaurants. Wilson helped with our boat rental; and our captain Alton took us on a gorgeous island hopping/snorkeling tour. Doug's attention to detail with his condo and his guests is priceless. One of our best family vacations yet. We'll be back... hopefully soon. :)

Loved the condo and location. Doug and Wilson were prompt to answer any questions that we had. The golf cart was excellent and so much better than the rental carts! Beautiful decor. The absolute only negative is that the couch was uncomfortable. Could use some better cushions.

Condo is in a great location. It was clean and well furnished. It has a great view of a beautiful beach. Close to shopping and numerous restaurants. Doug was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The golf cart was a great perk and super convenient.

Doug's condo was the best rental I've stayed at thus far. The view was incredible and there was SO much space in the apartment as well as plenty of towels and amenities. Having access to his golf cart provided so much convenience for getting around the island. His driver Lucky was also SUPER helpful in getting us to and from the airport as well as lunch and grocery stores. Thank you for checking in on us throughout the trip Doug. WE WILL BE BACK

The resort area was beautiful and the beach was amazing. We took the cart down to the sandbar and it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. The unit was clean and well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bahama Beach Club immensely! Our family of 6 had plenty of towels in the unit and slept soundly on the comfortable beds and pillows. Doug sent lots of information regarding restaurants and places to go prior to our arrival. We will be back asap!

We had the best time at Doug’s condo on TC beach! Rent a boat from Winston at The Marina and get Stumpy as your guide. Best day ever island hoping swimming with pigs , stingrays, sharks etc. Beautiful beach and condo area with restaurants and pool bar. Food and drinks were great! Use Lucky for transportation from airport! Golf cart is all you need to explore! I’ll be back yearly for that luxury condo and crystal clear ocean!

Our family stayed at this Treasure Cay property for 12 days, and we enjoyed everything Treasure Cay had to offer. The beach was beautiful, and the access to the surrounding islands by boat was the highlight to the trip. Treasure Cay itself is a place trapped in time. We will be back.

We had a wonderful vacation in Treasure Cay. This condo had everything we needed: 3 bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen (we ate all breakfasts in and some lunches), amazing views of the beach/aqua waters, and tasteful 'beach-themed'' decor (w/a pottery barn vibe). It's on the 2nd floor, so the views were unobstructed by the large bushes that would likely block the view from the 1st floor. Having said that, it's stairs only to the unit, so if you have someone in your party who can't do stairs, then you should check out the other unit Doug owns on the first floor. We saw where the 1st floor unit was, and it was in a fabulous location as well. Our unit was a short walk to the pool/bar and the beach. The golf cart, which was included with the unit, was extremely helpful for getting to nearby restaurants, grocery store, etc. No car needed on this island, unless you plan on driving back to Marsh Harbor. This area is definitely for a relaxing vacation (as opposed to a theme park). However, we were able to find some adventurous activities for the kids to balance our relaxing, slow-paced days at the beach. We had Wilson (mgr of the unit--super nice guy) set us up with a boat rental with a Captain who took us fishing for 1/2 a day (captain claude-great guy), and island hopping for the other half. Kids were able to visit the Cay with the swimming wild pigs--we fed them apples (they loved that). We also went to Manjack Cay where we were able to pet and feed wild stingrays and see sharks closeup (nurse and sandshark). That was really cool! We also went shelling, which our daughter enjoyed. On another day, we went Kayaking in the mangroves and snorkeling at a hidden reef (an adventure we set up with Tanique at the rental shop next to the bakery). Tanique was amazing!...super friendly, full of great local knowledge, and really made that day special. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Lucky, our driver to and from the airport (who Doug set us up with). He too was extremely friendly, and started our trip with a bunch of great tips/advice. Overall, I've never seen our kids spend so much time in the ocean. Usually, they prefer the pool for swimming. But, the waters were so warm, and inviting (being crystal clear and aqua). There was super soft sand at the bottom of the ocean, no sharp rocks. The beach itself was the softest and whitest sand I've ever felt...simply gorgeous beach! This was definitely a vacation I would recommend to any and everyone! Family friendly.

We had a fabulous time at the Bahama Beach Club! The condo is perfectly appointed and in a perfect location! The owner and his property caretaker could not have been more helpful with insider tips for side trips and activities! The food and service at the Pool Bar were fantastic and we had 2 delicious beach side dinners at the Pavillion!! Treasure Cay is a wonderful escape and we will go back again and stay in the Benson condo again!

We had a great 10 day visit to Abaco and the surrounding area. The Bahama Beach Club sits on a 3 mile beach that is just beautiful. This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (ages 17 and up), and you could be very comfortable with 6. The living area is very spacious. The washer and drier can in handy, and allows you to pack less without worrying. This is a 2nd floor unit with stairs. If there stairs are not a problem this unit is great with its vaulted ceilings that add to the openness. There are plenty of nearby choices for food and drink (From Pizza and Burgers to steak and seafood dinner), but I would not call Treasure Cay, or even Abaco a place for foodies... unless you plan to cook yourself. The food at the pool bar was very good bar food, and the Steak Night (Fridays) offers a good meal too. Having access to a boat, or taking a ferry to Green Turtle Cay or Great Guana Cay will add to the adventure, but is not required if you just want to relax by the pool or on the beach. We had a car that we rented, but it is not required. A golf cart came in handy, but again it's not required of you are OK with walking a bit. Dealing with the owner was very easy, and Wilson his caretaker stopped by to make sure everything was as expected. When we return to Abaco we hope this unit is available.

Our family of 4 visited Abaco a couple of weeks ago. This was our first visit and we will certainly return as it is an absolutely beautiful place! Doug's unit is exactly as listed on the website. It is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, very spacious, very well appointed, very clean and very well maintained! The view is out of this world and the location of the unit is perfect, near the pool bar & grill and a few steps away from the stunning beach! There is a gas powered golf cart available and it was extremely handy! We loved it! Doug was wonderful and we were really lucky that he was on the island during our visit as he was very helpful with any questions that we had. Thank you so much for being so welcoming and friendly!! Abaco is paradise on earth!!

Outstanding property with an absolutely beautiful view. Nicely decorated and furnished. All necessary household items provided. The beach at Treasure Cay is the most beautiful I have ever experienced and not the least bit crowded. Probably what contributed most to our outstanding vacation experience was the timely and thorough communications with the owner. Doug is responsive and answered all of our inquiries with accurate information and valuable on-point recommendations. In addition, Doug's property manager Wilson is the best we have ever dealt with over the course of 14 vacation rentals. Wilson helped to get us initially situated, point us in the proper direction, helped to arrange related events, and was one of the most courteous and respectful persons we dealt with over a two month stay in Abaco. This owner/manager team is easy to engage and made the vacation home rental experience very comfortable. Finally, the Bahama Beach Club is a first class resort with very nice pools and beach frontage. We enjoyed outdoor dinner dining three times at the five star restaurant which rapidly became our favorite. Overall, the resort gets five stars from us as well. Scott Seacat

This place truly is PARADISE! The condo is absolutely beautiful with cathedral ceilings making it feel even bigger than it already is. The unit is stocked with all the amenities you would expect in rental of this caliber with really nice decor, cozy beds, and more items like a blender for making cocktails and a rack of spices. However, the main attraction is the view from the living room, master bedroom, and lanai of the beach with the turquoise waters of the ocean, breathtaking. I've been all around the world and this beach truly is amazing, baby powder sand and luke warm waters. But what i noticed was there is a feeling of seclusion as its not built up like many other beaches around the globe. Also I never once had a problem getting beach chairs for our family of 5. The pool was nice with a swim up bar if you wanted but why would you go to the pool with that amazing beach?? The lunch at the Bahamas Beach Club was Awesome with a great conch salad. The golf cart was an added bonus and gives you the flexibility to go to the shops to get food and supplies and to get to the restaurants, even the far away ones like Treasure Sands. My kids loved the golf cart rides as much as the beach. To be honest, before coming here, I was a little skeptical seeing so many positive reviews figuring that they could of been family or friends with the owner. I didn't know Doug before this trip but I got to know him over the phone prior to the vacation. Doug is a stand up guy, answering any questions pre-trip, sorting out taxi for me with lucky-awesome guy, ensuring that we got a boat rental with Wilson-another star-when there were no other options and helping me get items that we left behind in the condo by personally ensuring we would get them back. I guess this is why people want to write reviews because of the warm hospitality and feeling that you get from the owner and because you get value for what you pay for. Awesome trip and I highly recommend!

The view of that beautiful aqua water from this condo is unbeatable. The condo is tastefully decorated , has very comfortable beds and the rooms are larger than they appear online.It exceeded our expectations. The owner, Gary was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The free golf cart was a wonderful bonus. Hope to "hasten back" next year.

My wife, her sister and I traveled to Abaco arriving on February 6 of this year. This was our first time booking a VRBO property so we weren't sure what to expect. The arrangements were easily made and the owner, Doug, did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. We provided Doug our travel information and he made arrangements to have Lucky meet us at the airport. During the trip to Bahama Beach Club, about a 35 minute, easy drive from the Marsh Harbor Airport, Lucky gave us some suggestions on places to eat, things to do and shopping options in Treasure Cay. He made sure that we were settled in the condo and gave us his contact information before he left us. The condo was really terrific. It is located on the second floor with a beautiful view of the pool, beach and water and is beautifully decorated with 3 large bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen has everything we needed. Our first stop was a visit to the grocery store and liquor store located in a little shopping area about a quarter mile from the condo....easily walkable but we used the golf cart furnished by Doug. The grocery is large enough to have a pretty decent selection of most everything you'll need. . Bristol's Liquor Store had a decent selection of wine, beer and hard liquor. We ate breakfast in the condo and then usually went out for lunch and dinner. During the visit we went for lunch at Coco's...right on the beach and really casual. They have a great BBQ and bonfire on Tuesday nights and a band plays on Saturday during the day. Lot's of fun. The Bahama Beach Club has two restaurants; one very casual....good food and drink to have at the pool or beach. The other more formal and only open on Friday and Saturday nights. The food at both was very good. We also watched the Superbowl and went for pizza at the Tipsy Seagull....both lots of fun. We also had dinner at Spinnakers and Treasure Sands. Both were outstanding and the Sands had a great view of the bay. The weather while we were there was not good. Temps were in the low to mid 60's and lots of wind. Our last day we had some sun and little wind. Wilson, our host on site (that Doug uses to assist with his guests) set us up with Stumpy and we enjoyed a day on the water fishing, shelling, and a visit to Nippers for lunch (which is a must). All in all a wonderful trip and the people on the island were some of the most friendly we have ever met in the islands. We will go back for sure.
