Wonderful property in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Great layout - our group of 10 fit comfortably. Easy to walk to downtown Annapolis (about 1 mile away).

We were in town for a wedding at the Naval Academy and this house was perfect for a crew...3 couples and a baby. We all had our own spaces and a common spot to come together. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Megan arranged to have a portable crib and high chair delivered and it was waiting for us when we got there. The location was great...we could easily walk into Annapolis or Eastport but were far enough away from the hubbub to enjoy the peace and quiet of the creek.

Stayed here with large family, all adults. Great stay, everything was clearly marked and property was in a great location. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Brought our own kayaks and loved the easy access to the dock and bay. Plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Would come back and stay again!!

We enjoyed our trip so much - the house is stocked with everything you need and Main Street is a short walk. Very comfortable - we were 5 friends who went to college again staying for a weekend reunion. Highly recommend!

The home was very well furnished. Kitchen appliances are excellent and pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc, are good quality and plentiful. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice view out the back. Parking is very limited. The owner stresses that only two cars can park in the driveway. For a house that can accommodate 10 people, that can be a problem. All-in-all, am excellent place to stay.

The house exceeded expectations. The floor plan and furnishings were ideal for our large family weekend. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and close to the action. We would definitely stay again when in town.

Great space to spread out in. Plenty of room for the 10 of us! Within walking distance of Annapolis historic area. Loved it!

House was great but far from professionally cleaned. Dog hairs everywhere. Kitchen floor dirty. Hairbrush found under the bed and a medical tablet in a drawer. Thank goodness no children with us to take it. Kitchen trash container was filthy and so were kitchen baseboards. Also for 5 day stay only 1 set of towels provided and when I called to ask for more towels, I was told to do laundry. Then when we tried to use the grill and it did not work- the prop mgr offered no solution. Stayed at many Vrbo properties this was the first one that was not clean and with such an unaccommodating prop mgr.

We visited Megan's home to attend a family wedding in November. It was a great space for our 10 guests! We especially appreciated the spacious living area on the main floor where we did not feel on top of each other. The home was well-appointed and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Being on the creek was awesome, but we'll need to return when it's not so chilly to enjoy it fully! Parking was a bit of a challenge with 10 adults and 2 parking spaces. However, there was ample street parking nearby. We'd recommend a stay here if you are looking for a quiet retreat nearby to all Annapolis has to offer!

We had an office retreat at this house and it was perfect with regards to the house itself, location and amenities. Good chance will do it all again in the future

This was the perfect venue to host our family for our daughters wedding at The Naval Academy this September (wish I can include photos!). The location is peaceful and in walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries, and downtown. There is plenty of room for people to have their own space and it is clean and organized (everything labeled). Highly recommend this home and hope to be able to return soon for some R & R.

My family was in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect place for us to spend time together in an absolutely beautiful location. The house is just as seen in pictures and is very well stocked. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, utensils- anything you need. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed taking the water taxi directly from the back yard into town. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive to any questions we had her anything that we needed. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Our family was in Annapolis for a wedding. This home's location is convenient for walking downtown. The entire rental process was efficient, allowing us to just plain relax and enjoy the events. Sitting on the back deck enjoying the water view added to the ambiance. Instructions provided and labels, for example in the kitchen, allowed us to quickly find things and feel at home. I have rented out properties professionally for over 30 years so all I can say is KUDOs to the owners. To future guests: you will not be disappointed.

Perfect weather in Annapolis on Saturday. The house was very well equipped and clean. Beautiful views. We were very quiet for the neighbors. Very close driving distance to downtown Annapolis.

The property is exceptional. The location is phenomenal. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and great linens. The home can sleep12 people in beds. We loved our stay. We are very responsible guests and this is an expensive rental. I felt like the communication was all about rules and not about making the property work for us as renters. We were not allowed to check in before 4pm. Only 2 cars may be parked in driveway at any time which is fine. The garage is off limits.The communication on that emphasized contract cancellation and not the plentiful on street parking or strange driveway layout.

Visiting our 2 MIDS with family and friends. Had a lovely stay. Plenty of room, water views, great kitchen, well stocked to cook and entertain. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This house is amazing! It was so clean and had everything possibly needed for the stay. We walked into downtown and walked back late at night- we felt completely safe at all times. We also took an Uber for $9. There were 9 of us and we all had plenty of space. It was my 40th birthday weekend getaway and I can’t say enough good things about this place. We’re already trying to think of another time to get away and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a boat show and the house, location, everything could not have been more perfect for our group! Such a wonderful neighborhood and being within walking distance to downtown was a huge plus!

We had a wonderful time with our Mid during USNA’s 2/C Parent Weekend 2021. This home was the perfect location with plenty of space for our party of 10. We had one person in our party that decided to join us during the late stages of our planning. Unbeknownst to us, our guest reached out to Megan ahead of time because they have severe allergies and had questions about the home. A couple of days into our trip, our guest commented on how immaculate the home was and how much she appreciated Megan’s patient responses to her questions. While we were surprised by the communication with the owner, I told her that I would pass her message along. This guest was extremely happy with our stay and was effusive with her praise of the home. This trip was made extra special because our Mid’s grandmother celebrated her 80th birthday while we were in Annapolis. As someone who rarely travels away from home, she ventured out and was surrounded by her family for her big day and had an opportunity to finally see where her grandson attends school. Thank you for your patience, hospitality, and all-around great experience.

Like the other reviewers, it's tough to be anything but pleased with this property! It's exceptionally well equipped, especially the kitchen. Every light switch, cabinet and drawer is labelled for convenient use. It's clean and nicely decorated. The location is fabulous - close to the center of town and right on the water. Ours was a long ladies weekend with a small group of friends from near and far. It was the perfect space. Everyone had enough room for themselves yet there were plenty of central spots to gather to catch up. We spent a part of each day outside on the deck and used the grill for a dinner in. If you are considering renting this house, you can't go wrong with this one. Well done!

Megan is extremely generous for letting us have our bachelorette party at her house. The house and location was exactly what we were looking for. The house had everything labeled perfectly and had everything we needed. We walked into town two different days which was amazing. Also being right on the water was absolutely beautiful!!
